Passion Tree Care Services Chelmsford

We have been having home visits for my elderly mother for about 15 months now. The service has been outstanding. The carers are so friendly and helpful. Also very consistent and punctual. Mum has the same main carer and back ups and they arrive at the same times every day. She has got to know them really well and this is so important for her morale. There is fabulous attention to detail. Had an emergency a few weeks back and support was exceptional. Can't rate more highly.

Very grateful to Passion Tree Care for the prompt and efficient service and especially to the carers who were all kind and professional. They provided valuable support during a difficult period. Whatever the time of day they were upbeat and courteous.

My elderly aunt's carer has been 'wonderful.' Caring, empathetic, encouraging & professional. I could go on, but suffice to say, he is an asset to Passion Tree & gives our family peace of mind, knowing my aunt is in excellent hands. Thanks also to the 'back office' staff, without you the face to face services would not happen.

Sincerely, I know that my life couldn't have improved without the support I received from this company. Passion Tree Care Services (Daily) provided me with more than a lifeline. Initially, I feared that my hygiene standards could not be met because of the chronic pain I was experiencing. However, I was grateful to have all my needs met with such professionalism, gentleness and overall kindness. They also prepared all my meals and to my specified instructions especially, as I'm fussy about how food is cooked! This gladdened my heart for sure. Gratitude abound to Passion Tree Care Services for having such brilliant Carers. (Always punctual and friendly as well). If ever I had a reason to contact the office their response or support was always prompt and efficiently executed. Passion Tree Care Services, I will certainly continue to sing your praises!
