My experience using Solutions2care has been excellent from the first day up until now no faults whatsoever. My son is very happy with his carer or who ever may come in her place if she's off they are always on time and deliver an outstanding service.

Have had the best care and communication and highly recommend the service to others that requires care services , I go out regularly and have support daily

The managers have been extremely helpful and flexible on occasions

Lorenza and her team have been fabulous in the care they have given to my mom
From when she first needed care following been diagnosed with dementia to the point social services have said my mom needs to be in a care home lorenza and her team have shown understanding,compassion, endless support and care towards my mom and us as a family. Lorenza has gone out of her way to visit my mom personally when difficulties have arose. I cannot thank lorenza and her team enough for all they have done and to lorenza in particular who has kept us informed at all times regarding situations with my mom and, has always been there at the end of the phone, giving her time and patience.
I cannot express my thanks enough for lorenza and her endless dedication to.ensuring my mom recieved the care she needed and to the support she has given me.

Lorenza has even volunteered to personally take my mom into her care home due to myself being unable to which shows the level of dedication lorenza has.

Overall Experience

My dad has looked been happier and looked healthier since the carers have been attending to him at breakfast time. He looks forward to their visits and enjoys the chat. Their visits give you dad something to look forward to each morning and it's comforting knowing there's someone there to get him up in the morning

The carer is very experienced and does the work with a lot of empathy. She is patient, provides me with dignity and respect and looks after me. The carer seeks consent before she provides personal care.

My dad received care at home from Solution2Care for approximately 18 months. He had excellent care, all of the carers were amazing, in particular one, who had a wonderful relationship with my dad. Unfortunately dad is now in full time care.

Overall Experience
My neighbour as a good level of care provided by Solution2 Care to cover his needs. Over the last 16 months carers are helpful, polite and never missed a call, with what can be a difficult person at times.

There is management on hand 24 hours a day to answer calls to give advice and guidance which as been very helpful to me. I would recommend Soultion2Care.

Overall Experience
Some carers are better than others, some very good some quite poor.

Main issue is that none of the carers have English as a first language. This causes communication problems and misunderstandings.

Overall Experience

Service all year has been excellent. The care package and improved to suit Mum's needs as required. The staff have constantly made every effort to make Mum comfortable and ensured her needs are met while being polite and kind. They also help with housework when they have spare time.

Dad has a good service of care and one carer in particular is very caring and helpful and can be contacted at any time.
Medication is well handled and Dad is spoken to in the correct manner.
Since the start of my dad's poc solution 2 care services have been always on hand with any help and support. They help when the medication is running out and carry out welfare checks regularly since he lives alone.

I will recommend Solution2 care services any day.

We have had the carers coming for two months now. At first, Mom needed to trust and settle down with the girls. Now she is settled and comfortable with them she has come on so well and getting more confidence in herself.

Fantastic service used when I was in hospital and after my op to look after my son. Very helpful and friendly staff, always polite and on time, did what was asked of them and followed the care plan for my son's needs. We loved having them and will miss the team now our contract has finished but would definitely recommend it. Many thanks.

Solution2care is good at delivering care for my daughter. The staff are approachable and respectful. Following the company procedure. The staff arrives on time and builds a clear channel of communication.
The management is contactable and a clear complaint and escalation procedure is in place.
