We have been so happy with the care received by the kind carers and staff at Palm2Palm Home Care. Every request we’ve made has been dealt with professionally and in a friendly manner. Initially, we were incredibly worried about passing on the care needs of my parents to someone else but have had our minds put at ease by the compassion and care shown by not only the carers but also the manager. They have been so flexible with my parent's care needs and have also taken away the burden of housework so we can spend quality time with them. I highly recommend Palm2Palm Home Care. They always try to do their very best and are understanding and easy to talk to. On a final note, we especially like the 24 hours, 7 days a week phone number in emergencies. The organisers and staff at Palm2Palm Home Care are truly amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for them to do. My mother has 4 visits a day and the service is personalised and caring; she is happy to let carers help her wash and organise her food- something she didn’t like to do before Palm2Palm Home Care. The company has taken part of the burden of caring for an elderly relative away from me, thus reducing a lot of the stress. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for care for a relative.

Palm2Palm Home Care and Reablement Services have assisted in getting my mum back to mobilising independently. They assist her with personal care too. All the carers have formed lovely friendships with my mum and go above and beyond to support her in anything she needs within the home. All carers have shown a professional manner, caring and attentive towards Mum.

My mum is 91 and has Dementia. The care she receives has been excellent. All of the carers treat mum with compassion and dignity, have a laugh and joke as if she is a member of their family. The manager has bent over backwards to get her extra help and equipment that she now needs. I cannot thank them all enough. I don't know how I would cope without their invaluable help.
All carers are very nice and kind.
The staff of Palm2Palm Home Care and Reablement Services are excellent. They truly care for me doing everything I need, from ensuring I am clean and helping me shower and getting dress. They ensure that my bungalow is clean and tidy. They put my rubbish out and make sure it is safe inside my home. They are chatty, very polite and smiling.

Meet the Team (4)
Jill joined our team in July 2025 and really hit the ground running! We all fell in love with Jill's enthusiasm and perspective as soon as she walked in for her interview.
Jill is leading from the front and ensuring that care is delivered as it should be - 100% person centred, whilst promoting independence wherever possible. Jill has great experience from working in Care Homes, which she has brought with her to further enhance the great work that all of our care assistants undertake.
Jill is office-based but can very often be found out in the field meeting our people and ensuring that care delivery is meeting everyone's expectations.
Caz has been a fundamental part of the Palm 2 Palm Family since May 2022, when she joined as a care coordinator.
Since joining the company, Caz has supported the growth and development of the Southend-based team to the strong and dedicated workforce that is now in place.
Caz's knowledge of our service users is second to none, and this makes her the perfect person to be leading on coordination of care. Her skills and knowledge extend to delivering training, overseeing competencies and ensuring that everyone is doing their very best at all times
Andrea has been a crucial part of our Palm 2 Palm team in Southend over many years as a part-time care assistant, field supervisor, trainer and care coordinator.
Andrea has seen every part of our Southend operation, and since joining full-time in October 2025, she has settled into a more office-based role. However, this doesn't stop her from getting out into the field to ensure that carers are delivering care in alignment with their training, are competent to deliver specialist care, and that feedback is gathered from our service users to help us continually improve our services.
Atheek is our newest colleague within the Southend branch and brings with him a wealth of experience in the form of finance and compliance expertise! Atheek worked with other care providers, so he understands the critical nature of ensuring that regulated services such as ours remain compliant at all times.
Atheek supports our Registered Manager and the wider team with tracking and monitoring progress alongside oversight of financial matters for the company, and he is a true asset to our organisation.
