We have been so happy with the care received by the kind carers and staff at Palm2Palm Home Care. Every request we’ve made has been dealt with professionally and in a friendly manner. Initially, we were incredibly worried about passing on the care needs of my parents to someone else but have had our minds put at ease by the compassion and care shown by not only the carers but also the manager. They have been so flexible with my parent's care needs and have also taken away the burden of housework so we can spend quality time with them. I highly recommend Palm2Palm Home Care. They always try to do their very best and are understanding and easy to talk to. On a final note, we especially like the 24 hours, 7 days a week phone number in emergencies. The organisers and staff at Palm2Palm Home Care are truly amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for them to do. My mother has 4 visits a day and the service is personalised and caring; she is happy to let carers help her wash and organise her food- something she didn’t like to do before Palm2Palm Home Care. The company has taken part of the burden of caring for an elderly relative away from me, thus reducing a lot of the stress. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for care for a relative.

Palm2Palm Home Care and Reablement Services have assisted in getting my mum back to mobilising independently. They assist her with personal care too. All the carers have formed lovely friendships with my mum and go above and beyond to support her in anything she needs within the home. All carers have shown a professional manner, caring and attentive towards Mum.

My mum is 91 and has Dementia. The care she receives has been excellent. All of the carers treat mum with compassion and dignity, have a laugh and joke as if she is a member of their family. The manager has bent over backwards to get her extra help and equipment that she now needs. I cannot thank them all enough. I don't know how I would cope without their invaluable help.

The staff of Palm2Palm Home Care and Reablement Services are excellent. They truly care for me doing everything I need, from ensuring I am clean and helping me shower and getting dress. They ensure that my bungalow is clean and tidy. They put my rubbish out and make sure it is safe inside my home. They are chatty, very polite and smiling.
