Palm2Palm Home Care and Reablement Services have assisted in getting my mum back to mobilising independently. They assist her with personal care too. All the carers have formed lovely friendships with my mum and go above and beyond to support her in anything she needs within the home. All carers have
shown a professional manner, caring and attentive towards Mum.

My mum is 91 and has Dementia. The care she receives has been excellent. All of the carers treat mum with compassion and dignity, have a laugh and joke as if she is a member of their family. The manager has bent over backwards to get her extra help and equipment that she now needs. I cannot thank them
all enough. I don't know how I would cope without their invaluable help.

The staff of Palm2Palm Home Care and Reablement Services are excellent. They truly care for me doing everything I need, from ensuring I am clean and helping me shower and getting dress. They ensure that my bungalow is clean and tidy. They put my rubbish out and make sure it is safe inside my home. They
are chatty, very polite and smiling.

The care I received was of the highest standard.
The carers all accorded me courtesy and great respect in all areas of the care I had.
I cannot praise them highly enough.

Palm 2 Palm have staff who are friendly and helpful although they constantly change. The times of calls are generally adhered to though sometimes they vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
The person in charge is approachable and responsive to requests.
She visits the house and knows the family.

From the moment the lady came to assess the situation with my father I felt confident in what care he would receive from Palm2Palm. They have been great, I would highly recommend them. They are always available on the phone at all times of day and nothing is too much trouble. I would like to thank them
