My husband had his review and the next day the carers came. This was a totally new experience for both of us. I was immediately grateful as they were calm and explained everything they were doing. My husband we resistant for a while as he was used to taking care of himself but gradually he realised
he needed their help. They worked with us as a family and their empathy and compassion showed every day. When he had to go into hospital for 3 weeks one of his concerns was that when he came home he would have a new team but I was able to assure him they would be the same. He came home unexpectedly I rang the office and it was arranged that they would be there in the afternoon to take care of him. The efficiency and the prompt response and the reassurance given to me was a relief. He began to look forward to their visits and I would frequently hear him chatting and laughing with them it was wonderful. Despite the negative press about the care sector my family and I are grateful to them

amazing care team from management to all care staff they are all kind caring and have compassion and empathy my dad loves a laugh and all staff always make him laugh on every visit which is so important ,all carers go above and beyond with all tasks there is nothing they wont do i am personally thankful
for all there kind care and support with my dads health issues and my mothers she does get confused and is hard of hearing but all staff have been so kind to her to all of us as a family we are very thankful and would highly recommend palm to palm care company to anyone.

My carer is gentle, patient, caring, respectful and very attentive to all my needs. My quality of life has improved into a life worthwhile living. My entire home life has become better 100 fold. Each of my needs have been looked after mentally, hygienically and physically. I am made to feel as if my
independence is still within my control and I still have a life worth living. I am very grateful for her caring and would not be here if it wasn't for her specialist care which she does so naturally.

I have worked in social care for many years so have first-hand experience of the quality of care and what that looks like. I have to say on behalf of Mum, myself, and my brother Mum's care cannot be faltered in any way. From the initial assessment of needs meeting to the very last day of support for
Mum. 10/10!
Going the extra mile cannot always be afforded care providers and individuals but most definitely can be used as a way of positive feedback in our experience.
Being on the end of the telephone day and night was such a comfort giving us peace of mind and a friendly empathetic ear when needed. Second to none.
You should be very proud of the way you and the staff have conducted themselves as they are a credit not only to the company but the care sector.

I have been very pleased with the care my nan has received from Palm2Palm. I have been impressed with how accommodating and supportive they have been with her changing care needs. She had a rapid decline and needed two carers at a time which they arranged at very short notice. As her health improved
they supported the reduction in care level and encouraged her to mobilise and gain back more independence. They have got to know my nan well and have provided company for her as well as meeting her physical needs. My nan was not keen to have carers but she now knows her carers and enjoys her time with them. The management team have been very approachable and helped me with the practicalities of supporting my nan after she was discharged from hospital at one point and also general day-to-day things that help as I had not cared for an elderly relative before. Would highly recommend.

To anyone needing home care, Palm2Palm is the company to use. I have had help for my mother in the past but nothing compares to the lovely friendly carers, who always greet Mum with a great big smile. They are gentle, attentive, reliable and very professional. They also take the time to listen

My mother's life has dramatically improved since her carer came to her house. The carer treats my mother delicately and with compassionate care. She has transformed my mother's quality of life. She is patient, understanding, and ensures my mother's needs are met with dignity and care. The carer's attention
never waivers and her attention to detail is always 100%. My mother describes her carer as an angel that she has been blessed with.

I would like to say I am very happy and so is my brother who lives with my mum with the quality of care my mum receives, my mum can be very challenging at times and the staff always remain both friendly and professional and do provide an excellent service and I know my mum is being looked after and
treated with respect from the care staff at all times which gives us peace of mind.

Palm2Palm is an exceptional company and provides exceptional services in caring. The carers/staff are fantastic and go beyond their duties to make their client feel special, and helpful to the family too. My mother was under their care for almost two years and we wouldn't have it otherwise. They give
excellent service and support. Unfortunately, I lost my mother in December 2023 but having a father who will need caring too in the near future we will not hesitate to use Palm2Palm again. All we can say is a big thank you to them. They made my mum's difficult life feel easy. She always looked forward to seeing the carers - they were her friends and shared any problems that she had in her dementia mind. She was treated like a queen.
As for me, I was at ease knowing that mum was cared exceptionally well and I did not have to be with her at all times during the day which has given me the freedom to work and carry on with other daily chores. A big thank you from me.

You went above and beyond to make her as comfortable as possible and looked after her with dignity and respect. I know my mum was extremely grateful for your care when I could no longer manage

Excellent service and support provided by Palm2Palm. The carers providing care for my mum are exceptional. In addition to their professionalism, they are kind, and thoughtful and go above and beyond their duties.
The service provided from the point of assessment to the care provided has been exemplary.
The relief to know that my mum is in safe hands cannot be measured, especially for what has been a difficult and challenging time, caring for mum and navigating additional support for her.
One of my jobs whilst working in local government, was to approve domiciliary agencies, Palm2Palm are of an extremely high quality and standard, which sadly is rare.
Cannot praise and thank this agency enough.

I am very happy with the service my mother receives from Palm2Palm. The staff are always attentive and kind. I like to read the notes on the app so that I can check on her mood that day and what she has had to eat.

I found Palm2Palm very receptive to my mum's needs and provided a carer who clearly enjoys her job of caring and helping those who need care and attention. My mum's carer was very proactive in attending to her by asking what her needs were for the day and making the effort to converse with her the entire
session. Palm2Palm are a professional company with a plethora of choices where some companies fall short of caring. I would absolutely recommend this company if you’re searching for care for a loved one.
