From the very start, Palm2Palm have proved that they are such a professional company. I cannot fault them in any way. The management team are always so helpful and polite. The carers are just wonderful, 100% trustworthy and competent in every way. Would not hesitate to recommend.

As a family we're very grateful of the care mum has received. It's been outstanding and we feel very lucky to have been able to use them. All carers are lovely, caring and always friendly. They can't do enough for mum.

I have been very pleased with the care my nan has received from Palm2Palm. I have been impressed with how accommodating and supportive they have been with her changing care needs. She had a rapid decline and needed two carers at a time which they arranged at very short notice. As her health improved
they supported the reduction in care level and encouraged her to mobilise and gain back more independence. They have got to know my nan well and have provided company for her as well as meeting her physical needs. My nan was not keen to have carers but she now knows her carers and enjoys her time with them. The management team have been very approachable and helped me with the practicalities of supporting my nan after she was discharged from hospital at one point and also general day-to-day things that help as I had not cared for an elderly relative before. Would highly recommend.

Thank you to all the staff and carers for looking after our wonderful Mum in the last month of her illness. You went above and beyond to make her as comfortable as possible and looked after her with dignity and respect. I know my mum was extremely grateful for your care when I could no longer manage
to look after her on my own. I would recommend your company to anyone who needs care.

I am very happy with the service my mother receives from Palm2Palm. The staff are always attentive and kind. I like to read the notes on the app so that I can check on her mood that day and what she has had to eat.

My experience re: Palm2Palm is very good. The staff and management are very caring, co-operative and helpful. I sometimes have difficulty with communication. I am somewhat deaf and cannot always hear clearly as the staff are required to wear masks. When staff are likely to be late, their phone calls
have been greatly appreciated.

Always on time, courteous, caring and always keep me up to date with all issues, involving my mother, excellent service.
They are now also preparing meals for my mother 3 times a day, which is also a great weight off of my mind, that she is eating properly.

My mum has been having daily visits from Palm2Palm carers for the last two weeks and has told me every single day how wonderful they are. As well as overseeing her practical needs, they are providing companionship and compassion, both of which are as important to her as having help with her day-to-day

I live 250 miles away from my mum, so the quality of care is extremely important to me.
The carer has built a great relationship with my mum, which gives me huge reassurance about Mum’s care needs being met.
But more than that, the carer lets me know if Mum needs particular items of food for me to
add to the online shopping I do for her. She’ll also let me know if Mum’s prescriptions are getting low before I do the regular repeat prescription.
This attention to my mum’s needs, and keeping me regularly informed is hugely appreciated and reassuring.

Been with Palm2Palm Home Care for many years now never ever had any problems and has just got better and better over the years. Well organised. Managers are top class always keeping us informed of any changes and working together as a team. Our new support worker is brilliant with my husband shows a
lot of care and is helpful to us both. We always appreciate everything the carers do.

My mother has had Palm2Palm caring for her since mid-February 2023. We had a few hiccups to start with on my mother's part, and this was all dealt with by Palm2Palm with patience, complete understanding, kindness and support. They have taken a weight off of my mind as I don't live or work locally. Once
everything settled and fell into place and knowing how they keep you informed and always at the end of the phone for any concerns, I feel I can step back from the worry to a degree, we can't help but worry about our loved ones, but Palm2Palm have made it easier! The office staff are always upbeat and reassuring, and in my opinion, recently went beyond the call of duty for my mother to help out as I was unable to be there to do what was required. It's only left to thank them, so thank you!

The carers and office staff at Palm2Palm have been brilliant. They have and still are looking after my dad really well, with patience, dignity and understanding. My dad has been in and out of the hospital in the past, and since using Palm to Palm after a bad experience with the agency provided by the
local authority, he has greatly improved. I am confident some of that is down to the care he is receiving from people who really do care. He has the same carers and at regular times, which is very important for him. He requested male carers when possible, and that has been provided for him. Any concerns about my dad have always been addressed efficiently, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asked me, as I know how difficult it is to find the right care for your loved ones, especially when they have always been so independent and private like my dad. The carers take the time to talk to my dad, which is fantastic and don't just rush in and out, which is what I feared.

As a current client of Palm2Palm, I just wanted to say how happy and delighted I am with the care that I am receiving. The staff in the office are always on hand to answer questions I have. I get a weekly planner so I know who is coming; I have a team of regular carers so they know me and my routine.
The carers are fantastic and really care which makes such a difference. They turn up on time and are so friendly. I'm really lucky to have found them as I feel part of a family that really cares which is so important to me as I do not have family near me. I cannot rate them enough they have really given me hope that I can get some of my independence back.

I cannot thank the care my mum has received over the last 3 years, she had a major operation and was left with a stoma bag. This left her very weak and poorly when leaving the hospital, the care my mum receives is the utmost the best. Her confidence has returned and she is back to her normal self because
of the encouragement and care. Her carer is consistent and regular - four times a day - and is very good to my mum and has built such a wonderful trust.
Cannot recommend this company enough and the Manager has been very helpful and understanding over any concerns.

We have been so happy with the care received by the kind carers and staff at Palm2Palm Home Care. Every request we’ve made has been dealt with professionally and in a friendly manner. Initially, we were incredibly worried about passing on the care needs of my parents to someone else but have had our
minds put at ease by the compassion and care shown by not only the carers but also the manager. They have been so flexible with my parent's care needs and have also taken away the burden of housework so we can spend quality time with them. I highly recommend Palm2Palm Home Care. They always try to do their very best and are understanding and easy to talk to. On a final note, we especially like the 24 hours, 7 days a week phone number in emergencies. Thank you so much Palm2Palm Home Care- we couldn’t have managed without you.

The organisers and staff at Palm2Palm Home Care are truly amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for them to do. My mother has 4 visits a day and the service is personalised and caring; she is happy to let carers help her wash and organise her food- something she didn’t like to do before Palm2Palm Home
Care. The company has taken part of the burden of caring for an elderly relative away from me, thus reducing a lot of the stress. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for care for a relative.
