The care organisation and all the staff are extremely helpful and flexible, providing additional care (such as overnight or accompanying mum to a hospital visit) when I've requested it and sometimes at very short notice.

I would not hesitate to recommend Palm2Palm. My father lives on his own and was becoming very confused with taking his daily medication safely and sometimes forgetting to have breakfast and a drink. Although he was a little resistant at first we agreed that Carers should call every morning to administer medication, offer help with breakfast and check on his wellbeing. I have met a couple of the Carers and they are really lovely - very professional, compassionate and respectful. I think Dad now enjoys having a chat with them. They generally manage to call within the allotted time slot. The management team are helpful and deal with any questions promptly. I now have peace of mind that Dad is in safe hands. Thank you to all the Carers.

I have been very pleased with the care my nan has received from Palm2Palm. I have been impressed with how accommodating and supportive they have been with her changing care needs. She had a rapid decline and needed two carers at a time which they arranged at very short notice. As her health improved they supported the reduction in care level and encouraged her to mobilise and gain back more independence. They have got to know my nan well and have provided company for her as well as meeting her physical needs. My nan was not keen to have carers but she now knows her carers and enjoys her time with them. The management team have been very approachable and helped me with the practicalities of supporting my nan after she was discharged from hospital at one point and also general day-to-day things that help as I had not cared for an elderly relative before. Would highly recommend.

I am very happy with the service my mother receives from Palm2Palm. The staff are always attentive and kind. I like to read the notes on the app so that I can check on her mood that day and what she has had to eat.

My experience re: Palm2Palm is very good. The staff and management are very caring, co-operative and helpful. I sometimes have difficulty with communication. I am somewhat deaf and cannot always hear clearly as the staff are required to wear masks. When staff are likely to be late, their phone calls have been greatly appreciated.

They are now also preparing meals for my mother 3 times a day, which is also a great weight off of my mind, that she is eating properly.

My mum has been having daily visits from Palm2Palm carers for the last two weeks and has told me every single day how wonderful they are. As well as overseeing her practical needs, they are providing companionship and compassion, both of which are as important to her as having help with her day-to-day needs. Thank you Palm2Palm.

It is lovely to have these young ladies from Palm2Palm helping. This does depend on me and on my depression, despair and my stress levels. I am sorry not helping. The care is excellent, of course.

Overall I am very pleased with the care my dad receives, staff are always very caring, efficient and helpful and assist Dad with anything he requires. Any issues I have had have been addressed swiftly by management.

My mother has had Palm2Palm caring for her since mid-February 2023. We had a few hiccups to start with on my mother's part, and this was all dealt with by Palm2Palm with patience, complete understanding, kindness and support. They have taken a weight off of my mind as I don't live or work locally. Once everything settled and fell into place and knowing how they keep you informed and always at the end of the phone for any concerns, I feel I can step back from the worry to a degree, we can't help but worry about our loved ones, but Palm2Palm have made it easier! The office staff are always upbeat and reassuring, and in my opinion, recently went beyond the call of duty for my mother to help out as I was unable to be there to do what was required. It's only left to thank them, so thank you!

The carers and office staff at Palm2Palm have been brilliant. They have and still are looking after my dad really well, with patience, dignity and understanding. My dad has been in and out of the hospital in the past, and since using Palm to Palm after a bad experience with the agency provided by the local authority, he has greatly improved. I am confident some of that is down to the care he is receiving from people who really do care. He has the same carers and at regular times, which is very important for him. He requested male carers when possible, and that has been provided for him. Any concerns about my dad have always been addressed efficiently, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asked me, as I know how difficult it is to find the right care for your loved ones, especially when they have always been so independent and private like my dad. The carers take the time to talk to my dad, which is fantastic and don't just rush in and out, which is what I feared.

As a current client of Palm2Palm, I just wanted to say how happy and delighted I am with the care that I am receiving. The staff in the office are always on hand to answer questions I have. I get a weekly planner so I know who is coming; I have a team of regular carers so they know me and my routine. The carers are fantastic and really care which makes such a difference. They turn up on time and are so friendly. I'm really lucky to have found them as I feel part of a family that really cares which is so important to me as I do not have family near me. I cannot rate them enough they have really given me hope that I can get some of my independence back.

An excellent service again throughout the year. Great carer's who do a very good job. Friendly, helpful staff and office staff have been great as well.

Cannot recommend this company enough and the Manager has been very helpful and understanding over any concerns.
