Mum likes most of the carers over the past years. Mum is mistrustful of management visits. Mum is not an easy person to manage so we are pleased that carers are generally tolerant and respectful and cope well with her mishaps.
Thank you for your feedback. Were pleased your mum has had positive experiences with our carers and appreciate your recognition of their patience and professionalism in supporting her.
I enjoy seeing the carers and look forward to the visits. They are all so helpful and kind and have the right attitude for dealing with the elderly.
Thank you for the kind words, I will relay this back to the team.
The care I receive is excellent, the carers are so friendly. It's lovely to see them all. I also enjoy my weekly social visit out. It's lovely to have someone to chat with over a cup of coffee.
Thank you Christine for taking the time to leave us a review. I will pass this over to the team.
All carers are friendly, polite and professional in their care for Jane. They ensure that her needs are met before leaving and although Jane has dementia do not appear to be phased by her fluctuating and mercurial moods and stubbornness
Thank you for taking the time to complete a review. I will pass this over to the carers.
Happy with the current service. Always a pleasure to see them. Happy to help when they are asked to do anything in the house. I look forward to seeing them.
Thank you for the kind words, I will relay this back to the team.
We visit every couple of months. We find the clients to be happy and as comfortable as they can be considering both their health situations. The care staff that we have met are very attentive and caring.
Thank you for your kind words I will pass over to the team.
I've been with Safe Harbour now for 6 weeks, I have previously had different carers. I was apprehensive of going with another care company. Safe Harbour carers are chalk and cheese to the previous carers. It is extremely convenient to have carers arrive on time every day. The other carers turned up whenever and mucked my daily routine up, without exemption Safe Harbour carers have been wonderful, very consistent, caring and willing to learn. It appears to me, that any jobs that need doing, they accommodate this. They have helped me sort new equipment. I am very happy with the care I receive and so is my family.
Oh this is so lovely, I will pass on the comments to the team, thank you for taking the time to review the care.
Since joining Safe Harbour find their services really good. Rota each user really helpful and time keeping very reliable. Carers very good and helpful.
Thank you for your kind words I will pass these on to the staff.
The staff are very friendly, attentive, caring and very patient. They talk to her as a human being.
Thank you for your kind words really lovely to hear I will pass on your comments to the staff.
Every members of the caring team made a tremendous effort to assist Dad especially as his needs intensified.
The warmth, friendliness and friendliness of the caring team was excellent. We would strongly recommend - Safe Harbour Homecare.
Thank you so much for the kind words, I will pass on your comments to our wonderful care staff.
Care for my daughter resumed back to normal following the Christmas and New Year. Two carers were back in the swing of things, carrying out their duties to a high standard. They also go above and beyond by helping out domestically. The only thing I would add is that when carers go off sick (which occurred) there is no one available to take their place. Fortunately, no issues this time.
In their care, it's a great help, always willing, cheerful and with kindness.
Quite frankly, I do not know what I would do without them.
I am so pleased with the service I receive. The staff are so kind and caring. Nothing is too much trouble. I would thoroughly recommend Safe Harbour Homecare to anyone.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We really appreciate the kind comments.
During my wife's care, she received outstanding treatment and service. All the carers were exceptionally kind, considerate and performed their tasks with skill and above all, with dignity. They all made my wife relaxed and peaceful and I cannot speak highly enough and to thank all of them, but to say thank you all and god bless you all for a wonderful few months of care.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share such lovely words. We are privileged to have been able to care for your wife. Best wishes.
Always available to discuss worries and care needs with. Very friendly, kind and informative. They become like family and we are truly grateful to them all.
Thank you for taking the time to review the service, so happy to hear that you are happy with the care and support the team are providing, I will pass on these comments.
We are all very happy with the staff that visit and the services they provide. Additionally, the carers have become friends to my parents. Any issues I deal directly with the office and their attentive responses have been first-class.
Thank you so much for taking the time to complete this review, lovely comments and great to hear that your parents are so happy with the care and support.
My wife was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease in 2018, and it has been getting progressively worse. The carers at Safe Harbour have been an absolute lifesaver, and I can only describe them as angels on earth. I couldn't be happier or more grateful.
Thank you so much for your review; we really value feedback, and it is great to hear that your experience has been so positive.
Safe Harbour care staff looked after my mother for nearly four years. In that time, we had a first-class, regular team of carers who were able to get to know my mother and her various needs and catered to them extremely well. The staff were reliable, kind and courteous and always cheerful. The admin team are responsive and communicates well. It always felt like a very personal service.
Management very helpful and flexible. Staff/carers are kind, friendly and willing to perform any tasks as required. Definitely recommended.
The carers arrive on time, are professional and always have time to chat and make Mum feel reassured.
This continuity is important to Mum as she likes a routine.
