I could not write a generic nameless review as this would not explain how delighted we are with my uncle's carer's care, in relation to the generic star markings above.

Pineapple have been looking after Mum since March and we are really happy with the care they provide. They are always professional and extremely friendly, caring and helpful. Mum has really clicked with one amazing lady in particular, who she is happy to open up to and who provides Mum with lots of smiles and reassurance. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you Pineapple, great job.

We were recommended Pineapple Care by a family friend and they have been caring for my mum for the last 14th months. The carers are kind and compassionate and understand dementia. There have been a few problems and changes to Mum's care plan which have been dealt with promptly by the office staff. They always contact me when the carers have identified an issue and on two occasions they have acted swiftly to prevent a serious incident. I cannot praise the Pineapple team more highly and would, and have, recommend them to anyone seeking care for a loved one.

I have been with Pineapple Care Services for three-plus years. My main carer is very caring and knows my needs. Over the last three-plus years she has gone above and beyond. My family are also very pleased, I'm well looked after by my carer. It makes life easier for them as they know any problems they will be informed. I would recommend Pineapple Care Services to anyone looking for care.

Pineapple have been looking after my mum for 18 months or so. At this moment in time, as my mum goes further and more rapidly into dementia, I just want to say what fantastic care my mum has received from her regular carers. Mum needs much more support now and we have had to change to doubles, which means losing some of the people that we and Mum have got used to - I want to publicly thank them, they have been so caring and thoughtful of Mum and of us whilst being so professional in their approach too. We were lucky to have them and Pineapple are lucky to have them on their staff.

I have been liaising with Pineapple Care for over a year for my friend who has Alzheimer’s and limited mobility. Her main carer at the time is amazing, her knowledge, wisdom, compassion and support know no bounds. My friend was hospitalized recently, and sent home without the appropriate equipment, as she is now unable to walk or do anything for herself (due to the hospital), if it hadn’t been for the Manager at Pineapple, expediting getting the essential equipment and getting it installed within 5 days, my friend would have suffered a lot of indignities. All through my friend’s hospitalisation she would give a courtesy call or email me, giving support. The two carers who are now in place for my friend 4 times a day are also so compassionate and understanding of the situation in hand, they are lovely girls. Overall if you need care for a loved one/friend, do not hesitate to contact them as all staff are brilliant.

My mother has been client of Pineapple Care for almost four years, they have been excellent. The care staff have adapted as her needs have changed and are always courteous and professional. The management team are easily contactable and involve us in any changes required in the care package. They are extremely knowledgeable and suggest when the care package needs modifying to address Mum's evolving requirements.

We have recently taken on the Care services of Pineapple Care after our previous provider handed our package back. I would say that we are very impressed with the care provided. My nan is a very independent lady and feels that her carers encourage her to do the tasks she is still able to undertake herself. She is happy with the continuity of care and fond of carers sent in to assist her.

Pineapple Care Services have been looking after our father in his home since October 2021. The carers care for him as we would, with compassion, respect and courtesy. I would recommend Pineapple Care to anyone looking for loved ones to be cared for in their home environment.

Everybody at Pineapple Care Services is very friendly and helpful. They have gone out of their way to make the transition of care for my father as smooth as possible. All the carers are very professional, well trained and just get on with the job. We have had one or two minor issues but after contact with the office, these have been dealt with quickly and effectively. The carers are kind and helpful and always with a smile.

I recently needed urgent support for my Mum aged 82 living with Dementia, as we had been struggling as a family to provide care and support for our Mum for the last 18 months. Pineapple Care Services Ltd came to the rescue and provided a personal care package to support our Mum stay safe at home. They took the time upfront to meet with us to assess her needs, involving Mum in the meeting as much as possible to engage her in the process as well. They remained supportive and flexible to her changing needs on a daily basis and nothing was too much trouble, making daily notes and contacting us regularly whenever there were any concerns. Almost like they were caring for her as if she was their own Mum. I would highly recommend Pineapple Care Services Ltd to provide just the right level of support when you most need it, allowing us not to worry as well. Thank you so much to everyone involved in caring for my Mum.

A fantastic team of dedicated ladies who in our experience have gone above and beyond. They cared for my mum with such dignity making her feel comfortable at all times. They were also the ladies who noticed when her health had taken a turn for the worse and alerted the medical professionals ensuring she had emergency care initially saving her life. I cannot thank the whole team enough for what they have done.

I needed care recently after a fall where I broke my back. The hospital arranged for Pineapple Carers to come in a couple of times daily to help wash and dress me, and putting my TLSO (Thoracolumbosacral orthosis) brace on. I couldn't fault the care and support I received.

Very happy with the care given to my mum, prompt clean and show affection. This also goes to the office staff - friendly and always happy to help.

To all the caring staff at Pineapple Care (carers and office staff), thank you for caring for my father over the last couple of years of his life. Sadly he passed away on the 10th November 2019 aged 94. Dad was not always the easiest of clients due to his failing body, his mind still alert. The staff always looked after Dad with a sense of fun and kindness. I am so grateful that they made the last couple of years bearable for Dad and certainly helped to relieve the stress of the rest of the family, looking after an elderly parent who wanted to stay in his own home.
