Quality Life UK Reviews (24)
Quality Life UK has a Review Score of 9.5 (9.476) out of 10, based on 14 reviews in the last 2 years.
Over all time Quality Life UK has 24 reviews.
All carers have been diligent respectful and pleasant caring people whom our friend has responded to very positively. Their input has enabled him to live at home with the extra company, regular meals, supervision with medication, help with personal hygiene and support with continence issues when needed. This has all helped improve his over all mental well being and allowed to be where he wants to be.
Thank you so much for such a lovely review.
Thank you also for giving us the opportunity to support your friend. We are really enjoying supporting him and giving him a much better quality of life! He is such a character and is really benefiting from our Live In Care service, it is wonderful to see.
The whole Team have provided very good practical empathetic care and support to my Father over the last 13 months, enabling him and my Mum to live well in their own home. The care arrangements have flexed during this time and the Care Manager and team have been very responsive when these have been requested or required.
Flexibility is key and it's something we pride ourselves on as one care package does not fit all!...
I found Quality life carers ,who were looking after a friend, very good & friendly as I visited her once a week. When my husband became ill with untreatable cancer ,I was getting so tired my family wanted me to get some help so I employed 2 different ones who alternated for just 2hrs 4 times a week. My husband liked them better than NHS nurses who had limited jobs they could do in their remit. I found them both lovely & they would do anything I wanted & when he died they became lovely company & help for me until I felt I could manage alone. I found Quality Life an ideal answer to my problems & would not hesitate to employ them again. Both the ones we had just suited us. We only had one once who may have just been learning & not quite as comfortable for us. Personalities are all different & it is important , in this work to "just click?"
We were so delighted you came to us in your hour of need. It was an honour to support you and your husband through such a difficult and sad time. We will never forget him and we are always here when you need anything. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a lovely review. It means...
I find it's very easy to access their services; requests are responded to promptly. Full assessments are carried out prior to the stay to ensure that needs are met appropriately.
I am always given the opportunity to meet with the allocated Carer in advance of the stay.
Carers are, without exception, warm and friendly, knowledgable and professional. I have found them to be very reassuring and are happy for me to contact them whilst I am away for updates.
I always feel that not only are my relatives treated with care and respect but also my home.
I have no hesitation in recommending the company.
What a special review! Thank you so much for taking the time to send this, it means so much to the whole team. We really do love it when you call us up to arrange your next respite cover and to know that you are going away and having a lovely break which you so need and deserve. We have so...
My partner has dementia and I have been well supported by Quality Life UK. The carer they provide is well liked by my partner and has become part of the family. I have also been able to call on extra support when needed.
Thank you so much for this lovely review. It means so much to hear you are happy and that you and your partner are building trusted relationships with your care support worker and the team. We so enjoy supporting you both. Thank you fro the opportunity to do so, it means a lot to us all.
He particularly enjoys the trips out to the nearby town. It is reassuring that there is somebody local to him I can trust to provide any care that he needs both now and in the future.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us this lovely review. It is a complete pleasure supporting your dad. he is such a lovely gentleman and it's brilliant to hear how you feel he is benefitting from the support and companionship. We look forward to a long and trusted relationship and giving your dad the love and support he deserves.
We changed care companies last year because we wanted a local provider and, most importantly, consistency with the same carers each week. My father is very disabled and requires 24-hour live-in care, with my mother on hand to assist when needed.
The start of the new care arrangement was rocky. Some of the challenges were outside the company's control, but during the first few months we experienced a high turnover of different carers. Most of them required training by various bodies, which unfortunately placed a great deal of stress on my elderly mother, who often felt she was doing the job we were paying others to do.
Thankfully, things have now settled. We have two wonderful, consistent carers who look after my father with care and compassion and who also provide much-needed support to my mother. This stability has made a significant positive difference to our family, and we are very grateful for the care now being provided
I am so sorry for the challenges we faced at the beginning. We do often face...
Do not trust this agency, they make promises they can't deliver. We requested a driver and they sent a non driver. There are communication errors and Amelia is incredibly passive aggressive. The carers are ok, but are very job worthy, apparently it was above their job to take my dad to the pub and collect his two friends on route.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are an award winning care agency and are the national winners of the Best Live-In Care Agency 2025 (Home Care Awards). In our 10 year history we have consistently been rated as Good by the CQC with Outstanding in the category of...
My dad has recently needed care and this experience was new to all of the family, however, he received 2 weeks live in care to give my mum a break and the care that he received was fantastic. He was very happy and we spoke to him whilst we were away and he was very relaxed. The carer catered for his every need. We will definitely be using them again.
This is wonderful to hear and thank you so much for taking the time to give us such a lovely review. We are so pleased your mum had a lovey holiday and well deserved break which is os important and we are even more happy to learn that your dad felt so happy and comfortable with his Live In carers. We can't wait to support you all again.
My parents carer has become like a member of the family. They look forward to her visits everyday. She is so attentive to their needs and what makes them happy, this is so reassuring to me as their daughter. My parents receive so much more than "care". The friendship and companionship that their carer brings to their life is amazing. We are so grateful to Quality Life.
I could read this review again and again!! Thank you so much for sharing your comments and kind words. To hear how happy you and your mother and father are is just wonderful and what the whole team strives to achieve. Please be rest assured that your fantastic support worker will certainly get to...
They are an experienced, friendly and caring "people person" who put the client first.
When Mum eventually came home last March, The Quality Life team had prepared and worked with my family ahead of Mum's arrival.
Great care was taken in choosing carers who fitted Mum's needs and personality. Quality Life is flexible and if things don't go according to plan the close knit team will work together to find a solution.
This benefits both the clients and family members in providing the best possible experience of live in care.
I'd highly recommend Quality Life UK for Live In care.
How wonderful to read. Thank you so much for taking the time to give us this wonderful feedback. We value every word and I am so delighted to hear that you and the family feel this way. Thank you for allowing us the privilege of supporting your wonderful mum and dad. It's been a journey and we have loved working and supporting you all as a family.
Our carer is also kind, patient and hardworking at Mum and Dad's home. My mum really likes her being in the house now.
They even helped us with Social Services and the Dr, to get what Mum and Dad need.
We can't thank them enough for their support and help at a very difficult time.
A 5-star agency!
Oh my goodness what a lovely review. This means the world to us and thank you so much for taking the time to do this. It really is our pleasure to be supporting you all as a family and we look forward to continuing to do our very best for you all. Thank you!
My wife is very poorly, virtually housebound and limited mobility. I am her sole carer and looked around for some additional help. Quality Life was recommended by two family friends who had used their services for ageing relatives. They visited and assessed us, and took us on. They helped us navigate through the labyrinth of Social Services rules and regs as to what assistance they might provide. Communication between us and Quality Life has been first-class. One of their staff now visits 4 mornings/week and it's made a huge positive difference to us both. She is very reliable and pleasant, and we have made friends with her and the other members of staff we have met. I have confidence that when I leave my wife with the carer, she will be well looked after and be safe. We would recommend Quality Life's services wholeheartedly!
This is so fantastic to hear. We love supporting your wife and you all as a family. To know you feel happy, more relaxed and trust us to leave your wife in our hands so you can have some proper time to yourself is amazing! Your wellbeing is equally as important to us! Thank you for allowing us to support you both. Your kind words mean everything to us all.
Quality Life made caring for my aunt their priority and enabled her to stay in her home. Despite living with Alzheimer's and having very limited vision, I believe she enjoyed her familiar surroundings. Live in care was certainly right for her and so much more personal than moving her to a care home.
Thank you so much for a lovely review. You are so right, live-in care is so much more personal and the one-to-one care and support are wonderful. It was a pleasure to support your gorgeous aunt, thank you for giving us the opportunity.
Excellent care for Mum. Couldn't have asked for better. All the carers were wonderful, but I must mention one carer in particular who cared for Mum so well during her last months. She now seems like part of the family. Also, the "office" team was always there whenever I needed them.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. It has been a huge pleasure and honour to support your Mum. I will make sure the whole team gets to see your review, it means so much to us all.
The management team were marvellous and very thorough in dealing in respect of my mum's care. I felt very reassured about my mum's care.
It was an honour to help you support your mum and for you to get some much-needed respite! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a lovely review. Your mum had a wonderful personality, and we really enjoyed supporting her! We think and talk about her a lot!
All of the staff at Quality Life UK have been wonderful and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. The carers were lovely and the management team was extremely efficient. I would highly recommend Quality Life UK.
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a wonderful review and thank you so much for allowing us to support you. We are so happy to hear you are happy. It means so much to us all as a team.
Following a recent decline in my mum’s physical well-being, we took the decision, as a family, to enlist a care provider to support her in her daily life. In what was a tough time for us all emotionally, we found Quality Life UK to be a tower of strength, both in terms of their professionalism and understanding of Mum's needs. The standard of care provided is beyond what I could ever have expected, and Mum has very quickly built a heartwarming rapport and trust with the staff assigned to her. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Quality Life UK to anyone finding themselves in a similar position.
What a wonderful review. Thank you so much for taking the time and for your kind words. It means the world to us all! We really do strive to offer an extremely personalised and quality support service so it's amazing to hear we are achieving this for your mum and you all as a family. It's a huge...

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review as it means the world to us all here at Quality Life Uk. We adore supporting your mother and working with you all as a family. Thank you for having us.
The care support staff are dedicated and conscientious to the care required. With 24/7 live in support the team have integrated into the family environment really well, blending into the background when required and stepping up when the situation arises, allowing the family to feel comfortable with their constant presence.
This is so fantastic to hear. Thank you for taking the time to review our service. We are so proud of our management team and make sure we are always on hand and contactable at all time for all our clients and staff. We pride ourselves on being a very proactive but also reactive team! Thank you again for your kind words, it means the world to us all.
