I'm very happy with my carers as they are kind, caring and helpful. We have lovely chats and laughs when they are here. They make me feel happy and I always look forward to seeing them. Mum has been a customer of Mercury Healthcare for almost 6 months. She does not have particularly complex needs but the family members who look out for her appreciate the additional support from Mercury Healthcare. Mum was rather hesitant initially to have carers call, but now she really appreciates all the things which they can help her with. The carers treat Mum with great respect and care. After the jobs needed have been done, they will make her a drink and sit with her to chat about life in general. Mum now sees the carers as friends and she really appreciates what they do for her. I find Mercury Healthcare reliable and trustworthy, I would recommend them to anyone looking for care at home.

Excellent care for both my parents so far. Care team are always polite, friendly, patient, thoughtful and respectful. They give lots of reassurance when needed but also listen to any issues my parents mention. They always have time for a nice chat and always respond with genuine care and warmth.

Very happy with the professional yet personalised care given to 2 family members, in 2 separate locations. Gives me reassurance they are having their physical, personal and emotional needs met whilst I'm at work. I know they are safe and any concerns will be dealt with swiftly and appropriately. Just having a friendly face seeing them daily makes a difference.

My parents needed help and support following a hip operation just before Christmas. Mercury Healthcare responded quickly and we managed to have this in place for Christmas through to March. Has been easy to contact them and adjust the care as Mum recovered. The carers were great and gave Mum the support she needed allowing her to stay in her home. Sometimes it was just help with some basics such as emptying the washing machine or getting bits and pieces from the local shop they had run out of if we weren't around. Very professional approach throughout. Would I recommend them, absolutely. Will we use Mercury again, as time goes on and parents will likely need support they will be the first ones we call. What we particularly liked was that they not only provide care but also help, meaning Mum and Dad could stay in their home with independence. Thank you.

I have been very happy with everything that has been done to help my husband and myself in every way. Staff are very willing to do anything to help. Always bright and cheerful made us both feel very comfortable in every way. I would recommend them to anyone who needed care of any kind. The staff are very efficient also the office manager is kind and thoughtful, willing to help any way she can. Finally, the manager herself knows her job well and makes sure not only her team or staff are run well she is always there for her clients for whatever their needs are. Thank you everyone.

I am 85 years old, a retired banker and have been involved in financial investments all my working life. The use of Mercury Healthcare services is the best and wisest investment I ever made.

Mercury have been a wonderful help to my mum for the last 18 months. The girls are fantastic and always on time and happy.

Discharge from hospital care was excellent. Carers respected and encouraged the need to regain independence and allowed Mum to move at her own pace. Kind thoughtful considerate carers who were sensitive to changing needs and requests as Mum experienced good and bad days. Respectful of dignity during personal care. Often seeing the same carers giving continuity of care. Good timekeeping both on arrival and leaving always let Mum know if delayed due to traffic. Would definitely recommend this company to those who need support.

Having used Mercury Care some time ago, I was keen to have them care for my mother when she came out of the hospital. The only reason they are no longer able to care for Mum is that she has now moved back to Walton, and Mercury does not currently operate in this region.

We had a maximum of 5/6 carers each week, and each one was simply fantastic. The "girls" all have a great personality. They are warm and friendly and often go beyond the norm. They are absolutely dependable and reliable, and their timekeeping was amazing. Without a doubt, this is the best firm of carers that Mum has ever had. We were so sad to lose them.

I really hope that Mercury will start to service the Walton area again because I will have no hesitation in engaging them once again.
