Meet the Team (6)
Demi has shown passion and commitment within her role so far and has received numerous positive feedbacks from the clients she cares for. Demi received her first Carer of the Month award in December 2020 for ‘hard work, commitment and dedication within her role. Demi has recently enrolled for Medication Management to greater her knowledge in the health and social care sector.
Elaine joined Mercury Healthcare in 2019 as a Healthcare assistant, she has recently been promoted to Senior Healthcare Assistant covering the Clacton-on-Sea area. Elaine started with Mercury because she wanted a change in her career, Elaine says she’s extremely pleased with the change she made. Elaine is currently studying towards an NVQ in the Heath and Social Care sector.
Nicole joined Mercury Healthcare in 2019 doing Administration and Human Resources for Mercury, Nicole loves to help others so she also cares for our Colchester clients too.
Nicole has been working in the Health and Social care sector since 2013, she has completed many training programs such as CQC workshops, team leader workshops and dementia training. Nicole is currently studying toward her level 5 diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
Nicole received her Employee of the Month award in April 2020 for being an exceptional role model to the junior staff.
Candice has been working for Mercury Healthcare since November 2020. Candice feels that working for Mercury Healthcare works really well around her school-age children. Candice is a hard-working, reliable member of the team. She has previously been selected for Employee of the Month and most recently won an award for being the first team member to complete all of her e-learning and refresher training. You will find Candice working in the Clacton area.
Diane is one of our newest members of the team, starting with Mercury in April 2022. Diane has been a great addition to the team. She has already shown her initiative and caring side, by helping a neighbour of a client who had fallen and called an ambulance for her. Diane has a wealth of experience in the caring sector and has previously spent many years supporting a family member through dementia.
Jurgita was one of our first employees with Mercury Healthcare and continues to show that she is a valuable member of the team.
