After several stays in hospital because of numerous health conditions, we decided that Mum needed help with care in her own home to enable her to maintain a level of independence and stay safe. Mum wasn't keen on the idea at first, but then we found the Mercury Care Team. We've been so impressed by how they go out of their way to spend time with Mum, making her feel cared for and looked after. Mum sees her careers as "her girls" and really looks forward to seeing them every day.
They are a diligent and friendly team and would recommend their services most highly.

Following a short stay in hosptial, Mercury Healthcare took on the task of caring for my mother, morning and evening. We had an initial meeting to confirm requirements before mum returned home and this was updated as mum's condition deteriorated.
The staff were polite and friendly and helped my dad to cope with the new position he found himself in. Mum passed away 12 days later but even then, they have offered support. Many thanks Mercury.
