A lovely, warm welcoming environment where you are made to feel part of the team that looks after your loved one. Good advice and a supportive voice are only at the other end of a phone. A safe, structured and stimulating day takes the pressure off close family and provides peace of mind. It's obvious that every member of staff plays a vital part at Senior Moments from leadership, caring, providing quality food and activities for all our much-loved family members. Thank you.
Many thanks for a wonderful review, it is a pleasure to have you all part of our family.
My mum receives exceptional care from Senior Moments. The staff are so kind and caring. I know my mum is in safe hands. The management team always try to accommodate my wishes, eg arranging additional care calls or changing existing ones due to appointments. I am very grateful for everything they do.
Amazing company, well organised, always adapting to meet my needs. Staff genuinely want to help and support me in a kind/courteous manner. Best company on Fylde Coast.
All the staff are very good. I always feel safe knowing Senior Moments are just a phone call away.
Senior Moments have changed my life, as well as my partners. Their daily care takes a step further, not only dealing with dementia but giving support to the family. I would recommend them without a doubt. Well done, the hub!
Thank you so much for your kind words; we love being part of the support team.
The hub has plenty to do, good food, staff are good, lots of variety.
A variety of activities tailored to people's needs and preferences is available at the hub. Its always delivered with enthusiasm by the staff and encourages participation. Its like a club. Its noticeable that social skills improve greatly among the clients when they start to attend regularly. Great effort goes into getting to know them personally. It is run by a dedicated team of friendly professionals who care. Days out feature regularly. There is nothing institutionalised about Senior Moments Care. They have a refreshing approach to dementia and extend their care and concern to family members of clients.
The care my dad receives from Senior Moments is second to none. I am extremely impressed with every aspect of their work. They have made such a difference to my dad's and my lives.
I find it very satisfying to be in the care of Moments hub. They pick me up from home and take me home at the end of the day. All the staff are very friendly and capable in all manners.
Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and the team have been available to help in emergencies and have always been at the end of the phone to offer help and advice. The service is modern for those on the go, enabling you to communicate through an app too, it works perfectly and caters for those who want to leave a quick message for the daily carers to pick up. I cannot fault the service they have provided in the last year.
They are a professional company, and I would highly recommend them if anyone is looking for care for their loved ones. 5-star quality service.
Thank you for all you have done for us.
Thank you so much for your wonderful words; we are pleased that you find the app is a useful tool.
I cannot put into words how incredible Senior Moments Care is. I feel extremely lucky and grateful to have found them. My gran has both daycare and home care from Moments, and they've changed both our lives; I no longer worry constantly over whether she is being taken care of properly because she is always so happy and looks so good. Every single staff member is so dedicated and goes above and beyond to make their clients lives happy, safe and secure. When granny first started attending the daycare, she was in a terrible state, not being properly cared for from carers given to her by social services, her memory was deteriorating fast, and my once sociable, bubbly granny seemed all but gone. I felt hopeless, but within months, Moments have brought her back to life, and I feel like I have my gran again. I will never be able to thank the staff enough for their hard work. Anything I need, they just take care of, and this week, they've even moved her into her new home!
Thanks so much for the lovely words, we love having Granny in our lives.
A friendly, gentle and very responsive care team who are extremely professional and attentive. Nothing is too much trouble. A very understanding management team on hand to give advice and support when needed. Senior moments have reduced my stress levels considerably.
Many thanks for the kind words, so pleased we were able to reduce your stress levels.
The staff are very attentive and willing, very friendly and always have a smile on their face.
I would recommend Senior Moments Care to any person who asks me about them.
Very happy with the service. Happy to do whatever required ad-hoc. All staff very pleasant and friendly. Management is very approachable and easy to contact if necessary. Great that the service is so adaptable regarding visits.
The care that my mum receives surpasses anything I could ever have imagined. She is treated with the utmost respect and her dignity is respected fully. Nothing is too much trouble for my family. I have rung when mum has had a toileting incident and very promptly usually 10-15 minutes help arrives and makes mum comfortable, clean and cared for. Even when I've needed advice I have rung and been helped and advised in a totally professional manner. They are outstanding in everything the word "care" means. If you need care this is the company for you.
Many thanks for your wonderful words, always there to help out when we are needed and so proud of the team.
Senior Moments Care go above and beyond to keep my independence even though I am wheelchair-bound. What little mobility I have left they relieve the stress of looking after me from my family so enhancing family life. They encourage me to keep my mobility going and are exceptional in caring for my welfare and meet all my needs when they are with me, making it easier for my wife to care for me the rest of the day. There is continuity of care which is important for my wellbeing and they are constantly in touch with one another organising my needs. They are discreet and conscientious, caring, tidy, trustworthy, diligent and good company. Nothing is too much trouble and I am eternally grateful.
Thanks for the wonderful words, it's a pleasure to support you and your family.
As a family we only have praise for the wonderful care given to our parents by Senior Moments. Mum and Dad's lives have improved massively with the help and care given by the team. All the carers are great and are very supportive, but the policy to try and keep the same carers looking after them means they have got to know our parents well and Mum and Dad are comfortable and have enjoyed getting to know them.
The service provided has been excellent. The carers have always been on time, cheerful and thorough. My wife has struck up a good relationship with each of the carers and the arrangement is beneficial to all parties.
One of the most positive comments I would wish to make is with regards to the responses to my concerns. Senior staff have always listened to my concerns and have made every effort to accommodate me in relation to the care and support of my mother. There appears to be an emphasis on teamwork; passing on information, good communication, the latter has shown a marked improvement. It is my opinion when staff are working, independently in someone's home that they must have great integrity and a high standard of training.
