Senior Moments Care provide a very reliable care package which is staffed by excellent carers.
She enjoys the company of the staff as well as the care and attention she gets. Nothing is a problem for them. Great to have them in her life.
Thanks for the kind words, it's our pleasure to support your Aunt.
Excellent, friendly service. Very responsive.
This company is excellent with regard to carers and I feel that the rotas could be more rigid. I have been with seven care co/homes and this one is by far the best.
Fantastic since Senior Moments have been attending to my mother. You can see the difference in her as she's a lot brighter, more talkative and trying to do things for herself more. She looks forward to the carers going and loves the dog. Keep up the good work you've made a real difference to her.
Thanks for the lovely words. We love going to visit, even Simba does too.
I would recommend this company/facility to anybody.
Many thanks for the kind words, it's always a pleasure to spend time with mum.
I cared for my husband for 4 years but when this became too much for me I turned to Senior Moments who were a lifesaver for me and my husband, nothing was too much. Their patience to both client and carer was second to none. They are there to talk and help in every way possible. I cannot thank the management and staff enough for taking the stress I was in for releasing that tension. You are indeed a godsend. Thank you Moments.
Words do not do justice to how caring and professional everyone in the team were in caring for my mum. I could not recommend this company highly enough.
Many thanks, it was a pleasure to have been part of mums life.
The owner was free with her time and her experience and advice as mum's needs changed, were invaluable and of great comfort to the family.
I genuinely struggle to comprehend how, as a relatively small team, they could offer such a wonderful responsive, professional service!
I embarked upon the prospect of 'paid carers' being involved in my mum's care, with some trepidation, how wrong you can be!
The owner and the team were everything that mum/we could have hoped for! Keep up the good work!
Thanks for the kind words, it was a complete pleasure to have been part of mums life.
This idea was instigated by a person desiring to bring help, support and comfort to the people in need. After 12 months, the business has developed into a caring, full time, busy caring both home care and in the hub itself. Disabled people enjoy the informal situation, with various activities provided for them, handicrafts, games, computer, films etc. The food is home-cooked, tasty and cheap to buy. Excellent company.
Thanks to Senior Moments.
Thank you for your kind words, we are so pleased to offer you company and support.
I have been using Senior Moments for the last 9 months I am very happy with the care I have received. The team are excellent and always go the extra mile. To ensure my wife is very well cared for they also help me with some of my household chores. They come 6 days a week to chat with my wife to allow me time to do any shopping. I can't thank the care team enough as they provide a wonderful service.
The team are just amazing nothing is too much trouble. Staff member has a great personality and just get it with the elderly. She had the ability to communicate with all levels of needs. Nothing is ever too much trouble.
The lady who manages the team is always very accommodating and always offering to do more, make changes to assist and not for financial gain.
The carers are all amazing they do have a great bond, lots of patience and very attentive to all clients needs. They listen, make changes to suit the family where required.
For a new team, the bond is great to see, there is always something going on and this Senior Moments Hub and homecare is ever evolving.
So glad we choose you to look after mum, she is like a new person since joining your hub. She has great company every day and the home care team are like a lifeline getting mum up washed, dressed and fed before taking to the hub for the day.
Just the best set up all around to suit our time of need.
Thanks so much for your kind words, we love looking after mum.
