As the Registered Manager for our Ilkeston and Long Eaton branch, I oversee everything to ensure our clients and care team are well-supported, and everything runs smoothly. I also work closely with our other branches to ensure consistency and quality across all our locations. It’s a collaborative effort, and I’m always here to help wherever needed! As a Care Quality Manager, my responsibility is to make sure we are meeting and adapting to your needs. Every couple of months, I’ll be coming to see you so that we can have a chat about how you are, what’s going well with your care and what you would like us to improve on.
