As the Registered Manager for our Ilkeston and Long Eaton branch, I oversee everything to ensure our clients and care team are well-supported and everything runs smoothly. At Avanti, I work closely with our Care Coordinator and make sure each carer has enough time to properly support every client we have. I make sure the rotas are fair and geographically friendly for our care team too! I stay in regular contact with GPs, social workers, and District Nurses to ensure that any updates to your care are communicated to our team quickly. By working closely with them, I make sure you always have everything you need, and that your care is delivered smoothly and consistently. I am the first person carers can reach out to if they need support with their rota!
In my role, I create the weekly staff rotas, ensuring they meet the needs of both our clients and our team. If you call the office during business hours, there’s a good chance you’ll speak with me! I also handle various administrative tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes. At Avanti, we make sure you are introduced to each carer that you meet so you are likely to have me visit you sometimes.
