Avanti Homecare, established in 2018, is a local, family-run, award-winning provider of at-home care services in the Ilkeston and Ripley areas of Derbyshire. The company is dedicated to building a team that clients can trust with their own family members, a commitment that was personally affirmed when one of the founders' loved ones required support.

Avanti Homecare believes that excellent care begins with understanding each individual on a personal level. The team takes the time to listen to clients' stories, learn about their preferences and lifestyles, and support them in continuing the activities they love.

Offering a range of services from everyday assistance to more complex care, Avanti Homecare specialises in Dementia Care, Mobility Assistance, Palliative Care, Stroke Care, Parkinson's Care, and support for Sensory Impairments. Clients receive tailored care packages to help them live comfortably at home, including help with medication, personal care, household tasks, meal preparation, shopping and errands, and companionship.

I am very happy with the care and support received, the carers are always on time and very supportive.
I feel at ease knowing they are coming and looking after my mum who is 93 years old.
Very polite and friendly team and will always contact me if they are worried or concerned about anything.
After
reading about other care companies I will highly recommend Avanti Homecare and always recommend them to my friends on social media.
Overall I am highly satisfied.

Over the last weeks, we have received an excellent service from the team. All have been so kind. Unfortunately, the costs have been the reason for terminating the contract. Keep up the great work for future clients.

My husband had cancer and began to need a lot of help with his personal care. We chose Avanti Homecare. The assessment was done by the managers who were lovely and put us both at ease and the subsequent care we received was wonderful. All the carers were introduced to us and were so efficient but also
so cheery, kind and interested. We both looked forward to their visits and it was also good to hear from the managers who kept in touch. I think they were checking that we were happy with the care. We were very happy. I would recommend these people to anyone. My husband thought the world of them. They made such a positive difference to us at such a difficult time.

The carers come in and support my dad and chat and have a laugh with my dad, which I like - my regular care team know what he is like and sense of humour. Having access to the app so I can see the calls is really good and gives me reassurance.

My mum has been receiving care and support from Avanti for over a year and I am delighted with the service. Mum is cared for in a thoughtful, professional, dignified and friendly way. The service is reliable and there is excellent communication between me and the service provider.
Since the care began,
the quality of Mum's life is so much better and she is able to continue to live in her own home which is what she wants more than anything. She is clean, fed, medicated and very importantly stimulated by the regular visits of this dedicated team.

As the Registered Manager for our Ilkeston and Long Eaton branch, I oversee everything to ensure our clients and care team are well-supported and everything runs smoothly. I also work closely with our other branches to ensure consistency and quality across all our locations. It’s a collaborative effort, and I’m always here to help wherever needed! You will hear from me regularly and I’ll come and visit you at least twice a year to review how your care is going. I love to spend quality time with our clients and making sure we’re doing everything we can to make a difference in their lives.

At Avanti, I work closely with our Care Coordinator and make sure each carer has enough time to properly support every client we have. I make sure the rotas are fair and geographically friendly for our care team too! I stay in regular contact with GPs, social workers, and District Nurses to ensure that any updates to your care are communicated to our team quickly. By working closely with them, I make sure you always have everything you need, and that your care is delivered smoothly and consistently. I am the first person carers can reach out to if they need support with their rota!
