Avanti have been providing care for my mum for about 2 years. They are reliable and provide excellent quality carers. The carers are friendly and my mum likes them all. They take the time to chat to her throughout each visit. All carers appear to be well trained and I can read their notes on the app provided. The management team provide an efficient service and deal with any issues promptly. This service is allowing my mum to stay in her own home.

We chose Avanti after a very poor service from another care company. We were very anxious about the service we would receive. How wrong could we be! From the very first meeting with the care coordinator & the manager, we have had nothing but a professional & caring experience. They definitely put the client first, constantly reviewing how best to meet his needs. There are challenges but they show a great determination to resolve these and importantly they listen and respond. Dementia is not easy but they understand. After my Husband suffered a stroke in Feb 2024 we needed care on his discharge from hospital unfortunately he was in and out of hospital until the August and due to complications and him wanting to stay at home it was agreed that he could with 2 carers 4 times a day.
I picked Avanti based on the times they could offer and I couldn't have picked better, the whole team are so friendly, caring and nothing is too much trouble, they understand when you are having a '
bad' day and that goes for me as well as my husband and respect that they are in your home when times are tough.

We have used Avanti Homecare now for two years. They have been an excellent care company. The carers are always very attentive and make my mum smile before they leave as she is bedridden. This is very important. They are extremely reliable. Have never let her down, where we have used other companies and this has been the case which has been extremely stressful. As a company, they are in contact regularly, checking that things are done and asking if there are any problems. From our experience, this is how care companies should be run, and we appreciate everything they do.

During the last few years of my late father's life, my father was cared for by Avanti Homecare. The care and support of both my father and his extended family was outstanding. During the final months of my father's life, Avanti's dedication shone through. They helped us all to come to terms with the loss of our father.

We want to express our appreciation and thanks for the care provided by Avanti following the cancer diagnosis for our Uncle through 2024 and early 2025. Over nine months we had firstly three care visits a day, reduced to two visits (at our request) and in the final two months increased to four visits a day when his condition worsened. Over all this time we had no complaints at all about the quality of care provided. We can't speak highly enough of Avanti's carers who were professional, experienced and polite with us, his family, but above all, they were genuinely caring and interacted with great kindness with our Uncle. They provided him not just with daily care needs but with valuable social contact and chat which cheered him immensely. We would even hear them singing with him which was lovely. We'd like to thank both the carers and Avanti's management for ensuring that our Uncle received the best possible care in these months. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts.

My husband had cancer and began to need a lot of help with his personal care. We chose Avanti Homecare. The assessment was done by the managers who were lovely and put us both at ease and the subsequent care we received was wonderful. All the carers were introduced to us and were so efficient but also so cheery, kind and interested. We both looked forward to their visits and it was also good to hear from the managers who kept in touch. I think they were checking that we were happy with the care. We were very happy. I would recommend these people to anyone. My husband thought the world of them. They made such a positive difference to us at such a difficult time.

The carers come in and support my dad and chat and have a laugh with my dad, which I like - my regular care team know what he is like and sense of humour. Having access to the app so I can see the calls is really good and gives me reassurance.

As the Registered Manager for our Ilkeston and Long Eaton branch, I oversee everything to ensure our clients and care team are well-supported, and everything runs smoothly. I also work closely with our other branches to ensure consistency and quality across all our locations. It’s a collaborative effort, and I’m always here to help wherever needed! You will hear from me regularly, and I’ll come and visit you at least twice a year to review how your care is going. I love to spend quality time with our clients and make sure we’re doing everything we can to make a difference in their lives.
As a Care Quality Manager, my responsibility is to make sure we are meeting and adapting to your needs. Every couple of months, I’ll be coming to see you so that we can have a chat about how you are, what’s going well with your care and what you would like us to improve on. If you have any concerns, I’ll make sure we take action right away and connect with any other health professionals you might need. I regularly visit clients’ homes alongside our care team to ensure we’re maintaining the highest standards. I absolutely love working with our wonderful team and getting to meet clients like you. I can’t wait to see you soon!
At Avanti, I work closely with our Care Coordinator and make sure each carer has enough time to properly support every client we have. I make sure the rotas are fair and geographically friendly for our care team too! I stay in regular contact with GPs, social workers, and District Nurses to ensure that any updates to your care are communicated to our team quickly. By working closely with them, I make sure you always have everything you need, and that your care is delivered smoothly and consistently. I am the first person carers can reach out to if they need support with their rota!

I am also a key point of contact for our carers, providing guidance, support, and assistance whenever needed, helping them deliver outstanding care with confidence.

I work closely with our branch teams to monitor quality, support continuous improvement, and ensure we consistently meet regulatory requirements and best practice standards.
I regularly review care processes, conduct audits, and work alongside managers, carers, clients, and their families to identify opportunities to enhance the quality of our services. I also liaise with healthcare professionals and external agencies where needed to help ensure our clients receive coordinated and person-centred care.
My role is focused on supporting our teams to deliver outstanding care, promoting a culture of excellence, and making sure every client receives the compassionate, high-quality support they deserve. I am always available to provide guidance and support to our branches, helping them maintain the exceptional standards that Avanti is known for.
At Avanti, as Senior Care Coordinator, I play a key role in ensuring our clients receive reliable, person-centred care that meets their individual needs. I work closely with our care team to coordinate rotas, allocate visits efficiently, and make sure carers have the information and support they need to deliver outstanding care.
I maintain regular communication with clients, their families, carers, and healthcare professionals to ensure any changes to care requirements are identified and acted upon promptly. By helping to coordinate services effectively, I support the smooth day-to-day running of care delivery and help ensure continuity for both our clients and care team.
I am also a point of contact for our carers, providing guidance and support with schedules, care updates, and any challenges they may encounter. I aim to help create a positive experience for both our clients and colleagues while maintaining the high standards of care that Avanti is committed to delivering.
