The group has gone from strength to strength providing home care to the elderly and vulnerable in South Suffolk and North East Essex.

The philosophy is to support people in the best way to meet their individual needs. The team of Care Specialists visit people in their own homes to provide a friendly face, have a chat and support that person as they need. This has been all the more important for each individual during the last year with so many unable to leave their homes or have visits from loved ones.

It has fostered good relationships with the local authority and Ipswich Hospital and have a reputation for a flexible approach to care that supports the individual as well as each member of the team.

The company continues to grow and flourish and is in the process of expanding to provide more care and support to more people, so are looking for new staff to join the team.

The group also cares about the development of their own staff, as well as those workers in other companies and sectors, and finished work on their purpose built training room and facilities in 2021.

The group can train anyone in First Aid, Moving and Handling, The Care Certificate, Safeguarding, Equality and Diversity, Infection Prevention and Control, Food Hygiene, Health and Safety, COSHH, Fire Safety and Risk Management. The recent purchase of a GERT suit also helps people to understand how it feels to suffer from various conditions such as movement limitations, eye and ear problems, limb stiffness and other conditions too.

We Simply Care have been great with Dad, so caring. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. I can't praise them enough. Any problem was sorted. Carers were wonderful with Dad. Im only sorry that Dad had to go into a home because of his frailty.

Just looking back and appreciating how good the care from We Simply Care was for my mother Doreen. Reports on each visit, periodic reviews, phone calls if something needed our attention and doing all they could to keep my mother comfortable in her own home. I found the customized care plans great -
instructions like 'offer to turn the radio on', were added - a small item but knowing her favorite music was playing helped.

My mother was struggling to take care of herself but once We Simply Care started to visit each morning the change in her was noticeable immediately.


Each of the carers appointed to look after mum are so kind, friendly and thoughtful. Mum looks forward to seeing them each morning when they help her

with showering, getting dressed and making her breakfast and lunch.

We Simply Care looked after my father through his gradual decline with Parkinson's disease over a couple of years or so from his walking with sticks, frame, then moving by chair to being bedbound. They dealt with his occasional (confused) aggression and non-compliance and my mother's anxiety and panics
to keep him safe, clean and comfortable as well as looking out for my mother and supporting her. The carers were always professional, polite, patient, sensitive and friendly and the agency's communication was friendly and they were as helpful and flexible as they could be throughout. Their rates seem very reasonable compared to their competitors and we found them far easier to deal with than the other agency we had tried before falling on our feet when we found We Simply Care; my family and I have been delighted with everything about them and miss having them around. We will use them again when/if the need arises and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The support and care given was brilliant. My father looked forward to the carers visits, they treated him with dignity. The carers listen to all his concerns, did their best to make him comfortable as he was bedridden at the end. My mother is very grateful for the care and support she has been given

We Simply Care provided care for my elderly father and the service they gave was exceptional, the written reports available to view immediately online for each visit were invaluable in helping us to gauge how dad was feeling each day. If deemed necessary I would receive a call from the 'on-call team'
reporting anything of concern which provided great peace of mind. I will be forever grateful for the care and support they gave and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their service.

Dad has been receiving support from 'We Simply Care' for a couple of months now. They have been fantastic. He was very resistant to support to start with, but the carers have been brilliant and Dad really enjoys their company. I have been really impressed with the carers and the company itself. Nothing
is too much trouble, the carers really work hard and clearly love what they do, they treat Dad with such thoughtfulness, dignity and kindness. There is great communication between the office, the carers and the family and everyone in the company goes above and beyond on a regular basis! We are so pleased we found this company and are extremely grateful for all they do for Dad (and us as a family).

We Simply Care is an excellent company. Located in Brantham and the office is very close to my dad’s house! My dad has a good rapport with the Manager who comes in the morning to assist my dad, from picking up dirty laundry in the bedroom to making bed/cups of tea/breakfast to assisting my dad with
his medication. The carers in the evening a carer and her colleagues are kind to my dad, making sure he takes his evening medication, making sure the back door is locked and at his request making him a hot chocolate to drink! Nothing is ever any trouble for staff members when it comes to helping my dad. My dad appreciated the birthday card he got from the staff on his birthday

I was offered the opportunity to use this care agency to initially seek a care route to reablement in the home for my stepdad who had recently exited the hospital. Whilst it was not possible ultimately to reenable my stepdad to enjoy a safe and secure life in his family home, the care, support and responsiveness
of the team at 'We Simply Care' was compassionate, dignified and professional during each of my contacts and interactions with them. My stepdad is equally emphatic about the high quality of care he received.

My husband has dementia and our carer comes in for two hours a week for companionship for him. His mood is variable, sometimes talkative sometimes not but she is very patient with him and this takes the weight off me. It is also someone I could chat with and share any concerns or just a joke. It gives
me a couple of hours to be myself.

We Simply Care have been attending to my husband for nearly 2 years and throughout that time have been gentle, considerate, kind and cheerful. Everyone of the careers is patient and delights in doing their best not to cause my husband pain and love to see him smile.
They try to keep a regular timetable
but we understand that their work can be demanding and they sometimes have unavoidable delays.
I also appreciate their advice when they feel I should consult the Dr or ask the Community Nurse to call. Overall, they keep my husband, who is permanently in bed, clean and comfortable which I would find impossible as I do not have the strength to move him.
I therefore would have no hesitation in recommending We Simply Care to anyone needing these services.

My wife suffers from depression and anxiety with no motivation but the carers have been superb with her. She used to be a lovely cook but some time ago that stopped, microwave meals only. The carers have now managed to get her going again and talking more, also she now does the washing again, this has
been a great relief for me.

We Simply Care really do live up to their name. Every single staff member I have met have been kind, caring and compassionate They really go above and beyond for my nan not only do they assist her with her day to day needs but they really look at her as an individual and really do adapt to her needs.
My nan mostly struggles with her mental well being and feels low at times but the care staff know her so well they arrive in a positive manner and play her favourite music while helping her get ready and sing and dance this helps more than they know. They are so positive and do their best to keep her positive. They don’t just rush off and leave after helping Nan they sit and chat with her which also impacts her well-being and has a positive impact, they give her time and are so patient. We Simply Care have been the light at the end of the tunnel after trying so many different companies. They treat my nan with so much love and respect. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have found We Simply Care Ltd to provide an absolutely terrific service - always going the extra mile. They keep my Dads place spotless and have a very good relationship with him, always kind and they really do care. They took him out for an extra special birthday treat the other week and even bought
him a big happy birthday helium balloon, I was so touched.
