Very friendly, kind, good all-round care. Dad really likes his friendly visitors.
I have found We Simply Care Ltd to provide an absolutely terrific service - always going the extra mile. They keep my Dads place spotless and have a very good relationship with him, always kind and they really do care. They took him out for an extra special birthday treat the other week and even bought him a big happy birthday helium balloon, I was so touched.
I am very happy with my liaisons with my carers. We have easy relationships which are very helpful in old age.
We Simply Care could not have a better name, they simply care for all involved, user and family. I can't praise them highly enough. They visit and it's like a breath of fresh air. The improvements is so vast, I watch a miracle happen.
My mum is very happy with the care she receives. The ladies are always on time and are friendly and chatty. She feels comfortable with them all. I have total peace of mind with this care company.
All the carers are very helpful, caring and thoughtful.
My experience of We Simply Care is first-class in all respects, i.e well mannered, helpful and caring. Doing small jobs for me like press trousers and feed the birds. I am on my own, my wife passed on in January 2021 and I want to remain independent.
Excellent professional and caring service.
All aspects of care, administration and supervision have been excellent. It is reassuring to be able to communicate with the office and obtain information. Carers are kind and very supportive.
My wife has dementia problems, does not walk, or see very well and has We Simply Care people in the mornings to get her up and as late as possible (around 9pm) to get her into bed. 10 pm would be better but unrealistic. They are a small independent local firm, which is brilliant for us. Their staff are also fairly local, all-female for my wife, all pleasant, mostly youngish, well trained, courteous to both of us, and very good with my wife. It would be ridiculous to think that we could improve on them.
