Overall Experience

We have been so, so impressed with the care we have received from Homely Healthcare. Although we have only been using them for only four months I can contrast this with the care we were receiving from two other agencies we have been working with for the last three years. Sadly we have learnt what to expect from one of the agencies, Impressions, who seem to be very focused on what they can make from the client and have little regard for both the client and indeed their staff.
With experience in mind it was with a little trepidation that we switched agencies and I'm so pleased we did. My wife has very complex needs and both the staff that are with us and the management have done their homework and knew what was required and have implemented in an understanding and caring way. We've had a couple of complex bits to accommodate and Homely have been very capable of adjusting and working through difficult situations.

I've dealt with my wifes condit for 28 years & am so happy with the support.

Overall Experience

Homely Health Care have been providing care for a family member for the past two and a half years. We are extremely happy with the care team that we have, they're everything that you would want a carer to be, reliable, competent, friendly and most importantly caring. Added to this, the very approachable and accommodating support we get from the office staff who have ensured all shifts are covered as well as providing additional care when requested. I have no hesitation recommending Homely, we're extreme grateful for all the high quality care we have had, thank you very much!

Overall Experience

I cannot recommend Homely Healthcare in Bournemouth highly enough. I have been with Homely Healthcare for over a year, and throughout that time I have consistently received outstanding care and support.
The staff are excellent, friendly, caring, and always professional in the support they provide. Living with MND, it is incredibly important to me that my condition is fully understood and that my thoughts, wishes, and personal preferences are respected, and Homely Healthcare consistently does exactly that.
The carers always treat me with dignity, kindness, and compassion, taking the time to listen and ensure my care is tailored to my individual needs. I never feel rushed, and I am always involved in decisions about my care, which gives me confidence and peace of mind.

The service they provide is exceptional value for money, with a level of care that truly goes above and beyond expectations. Their commitment to delivering person-centred care is evident in everything they do.

Overall Experience

Homely Healthcare have been caring for my son who has complex needs since October 2025. I can honestly say that the care this agency have provided has been second to none. They provide daily care to my son, and have not once let us down. The training the carers receive is excellent and tailored to the client. We have a small team of carers who have been trained specifically for my sons needs, and if anyone new comes on board it is obvious they have been extremely well briefed in my sons conditions. I was very apprehensive about setting up care in the home, but Homely have made the whole process easy for us and given us the confidence we needed. I would recommend them to anyone.
