Overall Experience

I've been using Sova Healthcare Harrogate for about a year three times daily. I've had a number of carers over that time. All have provided a service that has left me comfortable. I have no complaints whatsoever.

I have to say I definitely would not recommend and have had to report a few issues to CQC.

Sova Healthcare will not be going back to care for my father.

Overall Experience

The carers come in to look after my dad who’s on palliative care but they made sure my mum was ok even though they didn’t have to.

Lovely, friendly, caring staff that are happy to do what they can to make my dad's life that little bit easier. We are reassured that my dad is in good hands and is being well looked after by the regular carers that visit multiple times a day. Couldn’t ask for any better service.

The care staff are exceptional and caring. The company manager comes out to work, no job is too small for her. They look after my wife as well. The carers are very polite and helpful and it's an outstanding service.

Overall Experience

I am extremely happy with the care that I receive. They are so nice and very supportive, in all tasks they go above and beyond. I feel at ease when they are in my home which, in the beginning, was a concern for me as I am quite a shy person however I feel as though I have known the carers that come for years. I would very genuinely recommend them to anyone who is in need of home care.

Hi, I'm Tracy, and I've been working alongside the Registered Manager, Fozia for just under 3 years. I manage the day-to-day running of the office and support our care team by being hands-on when needed.

I've been extremely lucky to have worked in the care industry for over 20 years in Harrogate. No day is the same, which is part of the 'excitement' that each day brings. I am currently working towards my Registered Manager's Qualification.

In my spare time, I love spending time looking after my grandchildren. I love to cook and share my creations with my family and colleagues at work. People would describe me as an approachable manager, with a kind and caring outlook.

I love to travel, especially to the Canary Islands, and I enjoy my long walks with my dog. Read less
