Excellent staff threw out providing great care an understanding of my nans needs an requirements i can see a visable different in my nan shes more happier in herself since bluebird started caring for her

Bluebird care were engaged to care for my dad who's mobility and frailty gradually got worse from the summer of 25. Everything was explained from day one and the girls who came to him every day were always very caring and personable and respectful towards Dad and nothing was ever any trouble. If there was any issue appearing overnight at the morning visit, there was never any issue with staying for extra time whilst the medical side was sorted out etc. Palliative care was in place for the the final two weeks and again that personal touch that the girls gave him was very much appreciated. If ever I need to engage a care company again, I would have absolutely no hesitation in employing Bluebird.

The management staff are always extremely helpful and will accommodate any changes we feel necessary. They go above and beyond to help. We are so glad that we chose Bluebird Care, it's a totally different experience to the care we had for our brother a couple of years ago. I was apprehensive about having carers for Mom, but I really needn't have worried. Only wish we had had them for our brother.

A wonderful team of carers who supported our step father right up to the end of his life. Could not fault any of the care team. Each and every carer was amazing with our step father. Me and my family are so truly greatful for all the hard work and time spent looking after our loved one.

My carer is someone I can trust and is willing to carry out any task I ask of her and like her caring she does it with passion I look forward to seeing her with her happy smiling face and cheerful chit chat she makes me day. My carer is a gem the best carer on the planet.

I cannot praise Bluebird care enough. They provided excellent care for my mom. She was in and out of hospital, so we were constantly cancelling or changing scheduled visits. Bluebird were always very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend this company.

Bluebird carers care for my mum professionally and with respect. Visits can be challenging, to say the least, but the carers still carry out their job with a minimum of fuss. This gives me the confidence to enjoy evenings away and to wake in the morning knowing that my mum is clean, dressed and fed. The carers go above and beyond what I expected - they also look after my mum's flat, change her bed and do the washing. It's always clean and tidy there and leaves me with more time to be a daughter rather than also trying to clean the flat. A huge thank you to both the carers and the management there.

Staff have all been friendly and approachable and I have confidence in their ability to provide a high standard of care.

Very grateful to have a care company that I know looks after my mum without our family having to worry. The managers and carers go above and beyond what is expected. My mum is treated with dignity and love. The managers have also supported us as a family too.

Would definitely recommend Bluebird even though a little more expensive than other providers.

All of the staff are friendly and will go the extra mile to make things easier for my mom. They are very reliable and always on the end of the phone for any questions and advice.

I feel reassured that I will be alerted by the team if anything is amiss when the carers visit.

The carers from Bluebird were fantastic from the offset when caring for my elderly father, and looked after him for over fourteen months. Each carer and the management were wonderful, kind and patient with him as he had to learn to accept their help, and they learned to anticipate his needs. The care was excellent from day one, making sure Dad was clean, had what he wanted and needed, and also offering him emotional support and friendly company. They would take the time to chat with him, get to know him, and always asked if there was anything more they could do for him. Bluebird started caring for my dad in September 2022 when he was discharged from hospital for palliative care. Based on how he presented at the time, we did not think he would be with us for more than a few months, but thanks to the care he received we had longer with him and managed to keep him at home, as per his wishes. In his final days every member of staff was exceptional and supportive. We can't thank them enough.

Bluebird are a highly organised and professional team who are a credit to their profession. My mum was treated with the utmost respect and care over the 2 years she was looked after. These lovely ladies became an extended part of our family and genuinely 'cared' for my mum even through the most difficult of times, going above and beyond on countless occasions. Timings were adjusted to suit Mum's ever-demanding needs with meetings even taking place in hospital with family when Mum was admitted to review her healthcare and ensure everything was in place for her discharge. This care continued during Mum's hospitalisation with this dedicated team visiting when the family was unable to, keeping Mum's spirits up and giving our family much-needed comfort during difficult times. I can't recommend this company highly enough, they truly put the 'care' into carers.
