My mum had terminal cancer and had a wish to spend her remaining days at home. We thought there would only be a few days for her, but she was here for over 3 weeks. This is in no small part to the level of care and support from Bluebird and their staff. We can't thank them enough really and along with
another agency, Dad and I were able to keep her comfortable, happy and dignified for her last days. Mum needed less care towards the end as she would sleep more and this was easily accommodated and changed. There is an app you can use to see who is coming and when. They were all so lovely and professional, especially with the threat of Covid-19 hanging over us. I can not recommend them enough for the peace of mind that they gave us and the respect they gave my mum. She loved seeing who was coming in next. Thanks to all their staff that helped us.

The care Bluebird provides has given reassurance that my Aunt is ok and well in her home. They have helped her regain some independence and she thinks highly of the carer who attends. The access via the app also provide useful updates whilst I am at work and provide the reassurance that everything is
ok. Tasks required are also completed as planned and the general assistance provided ensures we can stay on top of my Aunt's care, health and overall wellbeing.

My aunt has been in receipt of care provision since Xmas time. As next of kin, I have had regular interaction with Bluebird Care, particularly with the manager there. Our working relationship is very good and a lot of consideration has been shown towards my aunt. I have access to the staff notes on
the App and can see that a good service is being provided. Staff visits are regular and timely.

Very happy with the care package my mom receives. It's good she has the same carer most days and enjoys her company as well as being helped with her everyday needs.
The manager is very helpful when times or requirements need changing, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Being
able to read the carers notes on my phone is a big help and gives me peace of mind.

We have had Bluebird care for my Father in Law since July 2019. Whoever is on duty takes care of Dad safely and in the best way. All staff, including management, are extremely friendly, professional and caring. All enquiries and problems are dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Out of all care providers

We have tried a few care providers but6 no one comes close to Bluebird. Outstanding carers. Nothing is too much trouble. They go the extra mile. Always very friendly and punctual. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for that personal connection to a friendly staff. They are an extension of our family.

I needed care for my parents one is blind and the other has dementia, the service has been excellent and my parents have taken to it very well. The staff have been very helpful and friendly always turning up on time and providing all we have requested. Although we have not been using this service for

An excellent service when we needed it most with my Mum who is in the late stages of Alzheimer's dementia.
We felt confident with their services throughout. Care plans were meticulous in addressing Mum's needs and adapted to what support was needed on a particular day.

I hired a carer from Bluebird after trying out three different caring companies.
Since I hired the services of Bluebird I have been extremely happy.
The carer assigned to me is extremely gentle, caring, polite, foresighted and above all very jolly and chatty. Takes excellent care of me. I would not
change the company so long as the present standard of care is maintained.

Jatinder & Kiran

Jatinder & Kiran Sahota

Job Title: Owners & Directors Joined: 2018

Jatinder Sahota and Kiran Sahota are the owners and directors of Bluebird Care Sandwell.


After qualifying as a Pharmacist Jatinder spent five years working in the community gaining experience in helping elderly and vulnerable customers. Kiran completed a degree in Economics and worked for a leading bank as a trainer and customer services manager. They wanted to put their gained experience, knowledge and skillsets to use by doing something that would positively impact others’ lives and decided to join the Bluebird Care network and open Bluebird Care Sandwell.


It is important to Jatinder and Kiran that the homecare services that Bluebird Care Sandwell deliver are consistently delivered to a high standard. “Good old-fashioned service” is not just a tagline, we mean it!

Kayleigh

Kayleigh Martin

Job Title: Registered Manager Joined: 2019

Kayleigh is our CQC registered care manager and is responsible for the wellbeing of our customers and staff team. She joined us as a care assistant in 2019 with a passion to care and a love for all things 50’s related. Within a short space of time she was promoted to care supervisor and in 2021 took another step up into the role of Care Coordinator. In September 2022 Kayleigh accepted her current position as registered manager and has since made a positive impact to the services we provide and is an asset to our organisation.

Nicole

Nicole Arnold

Job Title: Care Co-ordinator Joined: 2021

Nicole is usually the first face you will meet as she is responsible for completing all new customer assessments and ongoing reviews. Nicole loves being out in the field meeting our wonderful customers and collecting invaluable feedback.


Nicole joined our team as a care assistant in 2021. She was new to care but impressed us with her naturally caring nature and ability to learn quickly. She was soon promoted to supervisor and then care coordinator where she continues to go above and beyond for our customers and staff team.

Zoe

Zoe Martin

Job Title: Training & Recruitment Administrator Joined: 2021

Zoe is usually the first voice you will hear when you call our office. She is responsible for onboarding new carers and dealing with all general customer queries.


She started with Bluebird Care Sandwell in 2021 as a part-time administration apprentice while studying at college.


Zoe impressed us with her eagerness to learn and take on more responsibilities. She enjoyed her role so much that she left college and came to work with us full-time as a training and recruitment administrator.

Fozia

Fozia Fiaz

Job Title: Field Care Supervisor Joined: 2023

Fozia is the newest member of our office/management team. She has many years of care experience and is very confident out in the field. You will find Fozia visiting our customers regularly to update care plans and assessments to ensure we meet our customer’s ever-changing needs.
