Overall Experience

The team at Bluebird are amazing (very personable, caring, professional and experienced). At the beginning of June, I did not know where or how to get help. Living outside the area, I needed to find a company I could trust. The team has provided much-needed support for my relatives, particularly around hospital appointments, organising home appointments /medication and helping with shopping. The things I value most from the team are: 1) The great warmth that they show my relatives and me. 2) Total trust; nothing is too much trouble, the phone is answered day and night and I know that the team will always be there and on time. 3) The team's experience and advice; I would be lost without it. 4) How they look after their team: career progression, support and good working environment. One of the key factors why I initially engaged them. Excellent service and good value for money. Highly recommended. Thank you, team.

I am very happy with the Bluebird Care agency. They are very patient, understanding and accommodating when it comes to caring for my brother. They do their utmost to help and go the extra mile. I recommend the agency and their staff with no hesitation.

Overall Experience

Very happy with the care that my mother receives. We did have another care agency but things didn't go well. Coming to Bluebird Care, everything has improved and my mum treats them like family and she is happy.

Overall Experience

From the offset, the manager has been ever so wonderful and helpful, and all the care staff have been always trying extremely patient and kind with my grandfather, giving him outstanding care and being friendly with him. They always leave him comfortable, ensuring he has everything he needs and always ask if there's anything else he would like them to do. They leave the house clean and tidy. It's such a relief and so reassuring to have such wonderful carers looking after my grandfather, especially as he is so reliant on them; they have all made an effort to build a relationship with him, so they do his personal care. All the staff are so helpful; they are all fantastic with him and a great support and comfort to the family.

Overall Experience

I can honestly say Bluebird are professional and very helpful when contacted. All staff that attend to my mother-in-law treat her very well and are patient and kind. The tea that attends to our property are respectful and pleasant and do their role very well. I can honestly say overall, this company/team are very good at their job, and we, as a family, are very grateful.

Bluebird Care on the whole is very professional. They provide 100% commitment to their clients. As a son of a service user, I feel confident that my mother is in the best care and in good hands of this company. My mother-in-law is very, very happy with her carer who is extremely caring and professional, also she is polite and makes sure my mother-in-law is happy and safe. She leaves a first-class carer in my view, also a nice young lady.

Bluebird Care Sandwell has made such a massive difference in our lives recently. This is our first experience with a care company and everyone I have had contact with is truly lovely. My mum always says how nice the ladies, who visit her are. Minor issues we have had have been addressed and carers are always on schedule. Thank you so much.

First class service. All the carers were young and very caring and nothing was too much trouble. Times allocated to each visit were kept to and I was made aware of carers' names before they arrived always on time.

Overall Experience

Bluebird has worked very hard to help Mum live independently in her own home. The Care Coordinater has gone above and beyond to personally ensure Mum has the right level of care. Her Carers have been kind, considerate and helpful in all aspects of Mums personal care. Again all have done a lot with Mum to ensure her care is of a high standard. We thank all at Bluebird for bearing with us during a worrying time because Mums health deteriorated. However, the care coordinator and the team always try their utmost to look after Mum and her needs. Thank you very much.

Overall Experience

Since being taken on as an emergency complexed care need package. I have received 100% at present all aspects of my care needs have been met. Food nutrition, I have multiple food allergies and my food has to be cooked from scratch, however Bluebird staff have gone above and beyond their duty of care to manage my nutritional needs. I would recommend Bluebird Care to family.

Jatinder & Kiran Sahota

Jatinder Sahota and Kiran Sahota are the owners and directors of Bluebird Care Sandwell.

After qualifying as a Pharmacist Jatinder spent five years working in the community gaining experience in helping elderly and vulnerable customers. Kiran completed a degree in Economics and worked for a leading bank as a trainer and customer services manager. They wanted to put their gained experience, knowledge and skillsets to use by doing something that would positively impact others’ lives and decided to join the Bluebird Care network and open Bluebird Care Sandwell.

It is important to Jatinder and Kiran that the homecare services that Bluebird Care Sandwell deliver are consistently delivered to a high standard. “Good old-fashioned service” is not just a tagline, we mean it!

Kayleigh Martin
Kayleigh is our CQC registered care manager and is responsible for the wellbeing of our customers and staff team. She joined us as a care assistant in 2019 with a passion to care and a love for all things 50’s related. Within a short space of time she was promoted to care supervisor and in 2021 took another step up into the role of Care Coordinator. In September 2022 Kayleigh accepted her current position as registered manager and has since made a positive impact to the services we provide and is an asset to our organisation.

Nicole Arnold

Nicole is usually the first face you will meet as she is responsible for completing all new customer assessments and ongoing reviews. Nicole loves being out in the field meeting our wonderful customers and collecting invaluable feedback.

Nicole joined our team as a care assistant in 2021. She was new to care but impressed us with her naturally caring nature and ability to learn quickly. She was soon promoted to supervisor and then care coordinator where she continues to go above and beyond for our customers and staff team.

Zoe Martin Job Title: Training & Recruitment Administrator Joined: 2021
Zoe Martin

Zoe is usually the first voice you will hear when you call our office. She is responsible for onboarding new carers and dealing with all general customer queries.

She started with Bluebird Care Sandwell in 2021 as a part-time administration apprentice while studying at college.

Zoe impressed us with her eagerness to learn and take on more responsibilities. She enjoyed her role so much that she left college and came to work with us full-time as a training and recruitment administrator.

Fozia Fiaz Job Title: Field Care Supervisor Joined: 2023
Fozia Fiaz

Fozia is the newest member of our office/management team. She has many years of care experience and is very confident out in the field. You will find Fozia visiting our customers regularly to update care plans and assessments to ensure we meet our customer’s ever-changing needs.
