I am completely blind and without the care and support I receive from ABC I would not be able to swim and enjoy walks with my carer. They give me the confidence to leave my house as I know I am completely safe in their care.
ABC have taken wonderful care of me the last five years, and have gone above and beyond on multiple occasions. My primary carers have not only cared for me, but supported my independence and confidence, and I am forever thankful.
ABC Care have been supporting our 94 year old Mother in her home since April 2025. All the carers are very supportive, caring and friendly, and enable my Mum to live independently. She is listened to and respected, she has a small team that supports her and feels like the carers are her friends, which is very important to her.
Her Care Plan was well structured and written with her and her children. It supports my Mum in her medical needs, keeps her home clean and tidy, ensures she is eating properly, and stays independent. As Mums needs have changed ABC have adapted to these changes professionally and quickly. They are responsive, supportive and always listen.

This has been a difficult period in time as no one likes to see their mother’s health rapidly deteriorate. However, finding ‘ABClivein Care’ has made a difficult process a lot easier. The manager has been very supportive and has been extremely professional in selecting a live-in carer for my mother. Two members of staff in particular have been fantastic and quickly became part of the family as they supported my mother's needs 24/7, they are kind and very caring. I know when I leave her, she is in capable hands. I would highly recommend this company and their services to others.

My experience with ABClivein Care is hugely positive. Everyone is so hard worker, sympathetic and nice character. The company always listen and helps with all I need. Lovely company and lovely staff.

We have been fortunate enough to receive care from ABC Carers since February 2022. During this time our family member has sadly become increasingly disabled. Our carers always give 100% attention to all needs. They often offer suggestions for better comfort or apparatus to be requested which will facilitate this comfort. They are always polite, respectful and observant. They afford our family member the greatest respect. Any queries to head office are dealt with efficiently and swiftly. I have Multiple sclerosis and over the last three years I have had many urinary tract infections, covid, septicaemia and pneumonia, my bedridden body is going to take a slow long process to be more independent.
The carers are very gentle and professional.
They have been there from the beginning, when I couldn't function very well, to hopefully seeing a little success with the physio exercises and movement now.
I was at breaking point a few times after being affected by the illnesses and their love and care have been a great and needed positive thing in my life and to many others the company cares for.

The carers are reliable and do a great job. They are friendly and always have a laugh and a bit of fun but treat my father with great dignity and respect making each visit a pleasure. Keep up the good work.
Over the past 18 months I have been the main carer for my husband working alongside the carers from ABC. They have provided all the support I have needed in an extremely compassionate and caring way. My husband had had Parkinson's for many years and his difficulties more recently had required a lot of understanding from his carers. ABC carers were all able to encourage him to keep some of his independence and dignity. I was fortunate to have had equipment in place for hoisting my husband from bed to wheelchair and all the carers had been well-trained to handle all the equipment safely. Sadly my husband lost his battle with Parkinson's a month ago but right up until the last few days of his life ABC carers carried on their duties in a sympathetic manner while at the same time giving me tremendous support and I can't thank them enough for that.
This service is excellent. The carers are courteous and well informed. A very useful and well run daily service.
