All excellent

Everyone has been competent, and some have been excellent. It has been good to have the same people over a period of time, which maintains continuity of routines. The main problems concern timekeeping, which is understandable with the travel involved, but it does restrict our ability to plan social activities. Most visits are less than 30 minutes, so I feel very rushed with little choice to do extra mobility exercises. Language difficulties can also cause confusion, but we are content with things so far.

I am treated with respect and dignity every day. They have become part of my family!

Very happy with the standard of care. Our carers are extremely helpful and always in a good frame of mind, which keeps my wife relaxed and she enjoys their company. Very friendly and always in good humour.

ABC Care have been supporting our 94 year old Mother in her home since April 2025. All the carers are very supportive, caring and friendly, and enable my Mum to live independently. She is listened to and respected, she has a small team that supports her and feels like the carers are her friends, which is very important to her.

Her Care Plan was well structured and written with her and her children. It supports my Mum in her medical needs, keeps her home clean and tidy, ensures she is eating properly, and stays independent. As Mums needs have changed ABC have adapted to these changes professionally and quickly. They are responsive, supportive and always listen.

This has been a difficult period in time as no one likes to see their mother’s health rapidly deteriorate. However, finding ‘ABClivein Care’ has made a difficult process a lot easier. The manager has been very supportive and has been extremely professional in selecting a live-in carer for my mother. Two members of staff in particular have been fantastic and quickly became part of the family as they supported my mother's needs 24/7, they are kind and very caring. I know when I leave her, she is in capable hands. I would highly recommend this company and their services to others.

What a wonderful organisation. I receive care from ABClivein Care since February 2019 and I am extremely satisfied with the service. Carers are very professional and caring. Are treating me with dignity and respect. The carers are very understanding of my needs. My needs are all met. The carers go beyond the call of duty. If I have to call the office and arrange an earlier call because of hospital appointments whoever I speak to is very helpful. I would recommend ABClivein Care to anyone who needed care. I am more than happy I was referred to them by social services.
