CuraCare is a local, family run, award winning provider of trusted home care and support services in East Sheen. Tailored support ranging from hourly visits to 24-hour-live care is personalised to each client and delivered by the passionate care team.

CuraCare was founded by a local family who aimed to provide the standard of care that they would want to receive themselves, should they ever need it. They don’t believe in off-the-shelf packages or automated telephone lines, instead providing a local, friendly one-to-one service. You won’t be just a client to the team at CuraCare, you’ll be a friend. Their mission is to enrich the life of each client they work for, not just to maintain it, and so they take the time to tailor each care package to the exacting needs, goals and preferences of each individual.

People are at the heart of everything they do at CuraCare and that applies not only to their clients but to their carers too, who are the heart and soul of the service. The business is growing and always on the look-out for exceptionally compassionate individuals who want to play a rewarding role in making a difference in their community.

What a fantastic, professional but at the same time incredibly caring service from the team of staff in East Sheen. All of the carers involved with my mum's care were exceptional at what they did and how they treated her. She felt safe and nurtured in their hands and I felt complete reassurance. From
the very start, both my mum and I were listened to. This showed in the little details. Thank you for taking a weight of worry off my shoulders.

Cura Care provided care and support to my grandmother, who had dementia and mobility problems. They managed to provide compatible carers who got to know her daily routine and adapted to help her with her changing needs. The carers were very caring, considerate and became good friends and understood
her dementia. The service was regularly reviewed. The family could trust the carers to work alone with my grandmother.

The carers at Cura Care have meant the world to my parents - my father needed help with my mother's care and very reluctantly agreed for a carer. Initially, he was suspicious and upset at the intrusion into his home, but quickly realised what a difference it made to his quality of life.

Over the

past year, my parents' home-care has increased. Changes and transitions were handled very smoothly by Cura Care from the very start. The main carer has been the most amazing person you could ever have looking after your loved ones. Each carer brings their own personality into the house, and my parents’ faces light up when they see each one walk through the door.

I don’t know what we would have done without all the wonderful staff from Cura Care.

Excellent service, right from the very beginning at my mum's home assessment; everyone has been very helpful, caring and very professional. My mum's care plan is detailed and followed every day. We are very pleased to have Cura Care looking after my mum.

We feel confident that she will be looked
after very well.

Cura Care provided homecare to my next-door neighbour for the last 12 months. During that time his needs changed as he became more unwell with dementia and physical challenges.
Cura Care ensured the appropriate care was provided throughout. They provided efficient and responsive administrative support
but most importantly they sought to provide consistent carers who provided excellent care for him. I have nothing but respect for those who care for him with such patience and compassion.

On a number of occasions, I have had to call on Cura Care to cover at short notice for my aunt at different times and hours. They have always responded quickly and have bent over backwards to assist in any difficulties we have had.
All staff, without exception, are professional, courteous, and willing
to assist in any way to help my aunt. I would happily recommend Cura Care and their manager to anyone and believe this standard is what every care company should be working to.

Cura Care staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble, from doing the washing and shopping, to taking my Aunt out for appointments/visits. I live overseas and it has made things easier knowing my Aunt is well cared for, has daily companionship and assistance.

We have been fortunate to have Cura Care provide daily care for my 96-year-old Mum over the past 14 months. Prior to engaging Cura Care, the care Mum received from other providers could be a bit hit and miss regarding times and levels of care. I am happy to say that this changed when Cura Care became
Mum’s provider. The Cura Care team were timely, efficient, caring and diligent, and kept us informed of any concern. Unfortunately Mum has been in hospital for the last couple of months, but Cura Care have been extremely supportive during what has been a difficult time. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

I have been using Cura Care from November 2019. I found it a very, very efficient organisation. Staff on the end of the phone are always responsive, friendly, helpful and interested. The Manager I deal with is an asset to the company. She matched myself and my carers perfectly. She was a real gem.
I
could not be happier to have them help me. It is not an easy task to match people together. Caring for someone is such a personal thing and takes a certain type of person to be compatible. So far as I am concerned, Cura Care does a marvellous job. I will most certainly recommend the company - as I was recommended to it by two of my friends.

I had a pretty positive experience with Cura Care's office in East Sheen, which I found to be a professional and responsible Care Agency. With their help, I was able to organise that my frail and elderly mother be taken out for walks around her local estate. Meeting a member of staff at their office,
and the person actually accompanying my parent, I trusted them to look after my Mother properly during her walks. The manager was kind and patient, as well as knowledgeable about the needs of elderly people. I would feel comfortable recommending Cura Care to friends and acquaintances with an elderly parent or frail loved one who needed looking after.

My core principles for ensuring high-quality customer service and first-rate care come from previous work in both the health and hospitality sectors, as well as personal experience.

Sadly, I had witnessed some poor levels of service being delivered to the older people in a care setting. I saw firsthand how moving an individual into unfamiliar surroundings, such as a nursing home, could lead to deterioration.

I have also been where many reading this are. I have personal experience of trying to find the best care at home for my grandmother. These combined experiences prompted me to establish CuraCare. Together, Ciara and I strive to deliver a service we’d wish to receive ourselves.

Socially, I’m a keen Scuba Diver, which ties in nicely with my fondness for travel. Closer to home, I enjoy catching up with friends, and I like cycling.

I am lucky enough to have firsthand experience of caring for my Grandad in his own home for nine years. Looking back, there was negligible information or support available to my family at the time. Therefore, I truly understand what our client and family can be experiencing, and I passionately believe in the value of the service our expert team delivers every day.

My early career in TV sports production & sports sponsorship served me well in honing skills which I now bring to bear in jointly running our award-winning, family-run service.

Adrian founded CuraCare in 2011, and we are still an independent business to this day. Together, we have done every role in the business. We truly appreciate our like-minded, caring and professional team.

Outside work, I love to travel, enjoy horse riding and singing, as well as attending sports events.

As the Operations Director for CuraCare, I’m proud to be part of a team of like-minded individuals striving to bring the highest quality of care whilst ensuring we are focused on an individual’s wishes and well-being.
