The carers are extremely polite and caring and carry out all their duties to a professional standard. They are always punctual and fulfil the jobs as originally requested. We are very happy with this company including all the admin staff and if we have a query they are always happy to sort it out.
Thank you very much for your kind words and for your time in giving us such a lovely review. It is very much appreciated.
We have employed Cura Care to give assistance to my wife who has Alzheimer's disease. The care is provided 3x a day carrying out essential hygienic tasks, administering medication etc. All the carers are very engaging and soon establish relationships with my wife which is as important as everyday procedures. The office staff respond quickly to deal with any problems which make life less stressful at such a difficult time.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review Allan, it's much appreciated.
I was an athlete and a teacher and a mother of 4 children. My experience of getting old is bad enough. Getting help is nil up til now, I have no teeth, have little hearing, my sight is poor and have mobility only with help. So considering my problems the staff manage with excellence. The experience is high with no future!
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review Pamela, it's much appreciated.
Cura Care has always been very responsive and their communication is excellent. I am very happy with the service they provide and their kind attitude makes it a pleasure to deal with them. I would highly recommend them.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, it's much appreciated.
My sisters and I have been hugely impressed with the professionalism and level of personalised care provided by Cura Care, East Sheen over the past year for our mother. All the carers have been wonderful, well-trained and professional and very respectful of our mother’s needs and preferences. The office staff have been fantastic - incredibly responsive via both email and telephone and trying their very best to accommodate changes in rotas even at short notice. Our mother has recently had her first annual review which was done with thoughtfulness and attention and a real desire to meet her needs. We would highly recommend Cura Care to others and feel very lucky to have found them.
Thank you very much for your kind words and for your time in giving us such a lovely review Laura. It is very much appreciated.
I am very happy with the carers you send me, always ready to help me with my needs. That is why I say excellent service. Thank you so much.
The manager has been working with us to provide ongoing daily care visits for my elderly mother for two years. Her communication and her caring attitude and persona have been exemplary. The office organisation is well managed and there is always somebody on the end of the line at Cura Care in an emergency - which has been a great help. I would very highly recommend Cura to anyone needing care for their family in and around the East Sheen area. Thank you to all the wonderful staff; your friendly and cheerful dispositions have been a joy.
On behalf of our office team and all carers, we have truly enjoyed caring for your mum over the past two years.
When he arrived to stay with us recently we were delighted to find that one of the care team had packed a delicious lunch for his train journey. These details are typical of the Cura Care team and we are constantly reassured by the care he receives.
Cura Care went above and beyond to take good care of my mother at home. Carers were on time, courteous, caring, respectful and kind. Managers were always extremely responsive and kept track of everything my mother needed. I am very grateful and highly recommend Cura Care.
The manager has followed up on health care and other issues promptly and ensured that action has been taken. Staff have been trained to provide a personalised service and to give support with warmth and good humour.
I set up care for someone recently. On contacting CuraCare, I found them to be very professional and understanding. The set up of care was very quickly and smoothly ensured they had a firm understanding of the person’s needs. I would not hesitate to use CuraCare again for anyone needing care.
Thank you for taking the time to review the care Natalie, it's much appreciated.
My cousin is in her nineties and lives alone. She has increasingly needed support to continue living in her much-loved house. That support has been provided by Cura Care East Sheen. I cannot speak too highly of the care Cura Care East Sheen provided, beginning with weekend support, increasing to daily visits and with overnight stays after my cousin had been in hospital. There really is a culture of 'care' amongst the carers, so that I always felt my cousin was in safe hands and would receive professional support with that extra human touch. My cousin is a Russian-speaker and Cura Care East Sheen made sure her main carers spoke Russian, something I greatly appreciated because it helped to keep her mind alert. Cura Care East Sheen was remarkably flexible and supportive about fluctuating care needs if my cousin was unwell or was hospitalised. I recommend them unreservedly.
I found Cura Care East Sheen by accident when another agency let my mother down. Cura Care East Sheen responded quickly that day, even though it was a Saturday morning and they continued to be responsive and flexible. One of Cura Care East Sheen great strengths is the excellent communication between the managers and the clients. At first the carers made lunches and helped my mother with her morning routine. She liked the meals and getting to know the carers. Gradually, as she became more and more frail, they came more often and we both enjoyed those friendly relationships, which with some of the carers lasted five years or more. During the pandemic, I moved in with my mother and was able to observe the professionalism and kindness of the carers first-hand. It is completely thanks to Cura Care East Sheen that my ninety four year old mother was able to die peacefully in her own bed at home as she wished. I am grateful to the whole team.
I had a very good experience with Cura Care through rapid response. All of the carers were pleasant, caring and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and always a cheery smile at the end of the visit.
What a fantastic, professional but at the same time incredibly caring service from the team of staff in East Sheen. All of the carers involved with my mum's care were exceptional at what they did and how they treated her. She felt safe and nurtured in their hands and I felt complete reassurance. From the very start, both my mum and I were listened to. This showed in the little details. Thank you for taking a weight of worry off my shoulders.
Cura Care provided care and support to my grandmother, who had dementia and mobility problems. They managed to provide compatible carers who got to know her daily routine and adapted to help her with her changing needs. The carers were very caring, considerate and became good friends and understood her dementia. The service was regularly reviewed. The family could trust the carers to work alone with my grandmother.
The carers at Cura Care have meant the world to my parents - my father needed help with my mother's care and very reluctantly agreed for a carer. Initially, he was suspicious and upset at the intrusion into his home, but quickly realised what a difference it made to his quality of life.
Over the past year, my parents' home-care has increased. Changes and transitions were handled very smoothly by Cura Care from the very start. The main carer has been the most amazing person you could ever have looking after your loved ones. Each carer brings their own personality into the house, and my parents’ faces light up when they see each one walk through the door.
I don’t know what we would have done without all the wonderful staff from Cura Care.
We feel confident that she will be looked after very well.
Cura Care ensured the appropriate care was provided throughout. They provided efficient and responsive administrative support but most importantly they sought to provide consistent carers who provided excellent care for him. I have nothing but respect for those who care for him with such patience and compassion.
All staff, without exception, are professional, courteous, and willing to assist in any way to help my aunt. I would happily recommend Cura Care and their manager to anyone and believe this standard is what every care company should be working to.

My core principles for ensuring high-quality customer service and first-rate care come from previous work in both the health and hospitality sectors, as well as personal experience.
Sadly, I had witnessed some poor levels of service being delivered to the older people in a care setting. I saw firsthand how moving an individual into unfamiliar surroundings, such as a nursing home, could lead to deterioration.
I have also been where many reading this are. I have personal experience of trying to find the best care at home for my grandmother. These combined experiences prompted me to establish CuraCare. Together, Ciara and I strive to deliver a service we’d wish to receive ourselves.
Socially, I’m a keen Scuba Diver, which ties in nicely with my fondness for travel. Closer to home, I enjoy catching up with friends, and I like cycling.

I am lucky enough to have firsthand experience of caring for my Grandad in his own home for nine years. Looking back, there was negligible information or support available to my family at the time. Therefore, I truly understand what our client and family can be experiencing, and I passionately believe in the value of the service our expert team delivers every day.
My early career in TV sports production & sports sponsorship served me well in honing skills which I now bring to bear in jointly running our award-winning, family-run service.
Adrian founded CuraCare in 2011, and we are still an independent business to this day. Together, we have done every role in the business. We truly appreciate our like-minded, caring and professional team.
Outside work, I love to travel, enjoy horse riding and singing, as well as attending sports events.

I am originally from Pakistan and moved to the UK in 2019 to pursue a master’s degree in international finance and accounting. Prior to this, I completed my ACCA qualification in Pakistan and gained valuable experience working as an auditor.
Outside of work, I enjoy watching cricket, swimming, and travelling. I’m passionate about meeting new people and learning about different cultures, which allows me to continuously broaden my perspective and appreciate diverse perspectives.
I’m passionate about making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Working in the care sector it allows me to use my skills in a way that supports a greater purpose, enhancing the lives of those who need care and support. I find this incredibly rewarding.

I’m the In-house Trainer at CuraCare. I joined the company as a Care Assistant and have progressed to head up our in-house training programme, winning a few awards along the way! My background in social psychology helps me understand people better and support our team through meaningful, effective training.
Outside of work, I absolutely love cooking, travelling to new places, and spending time at the theatre.
Whether I’m trying out a new recipe or exploring a different city, I’m always looking for new experiences and inspirations.
I’m passionate about helping others grow and feel confident in what they do. I love working in care because I love supporting people who are unable to live a normal life, by giving them the necessary support to live a dignified life.

I moved to the UK in 2016 and have been here ever since. In my free time, I enjoy watching Greek football, especially when my favourite team, PAOK, is playing. I love travelling and plan to visit as many countries as I can. I’m also into bouldering whenever I get the chance. One of my goals this year is to learn how to ride a motorcycle, so if you’ve got any tips, I’m all ears!
On lazier days, I’m basically a housecat: ordering in, staying cosy indoors, and watching movies or series. My ideal way to unwind? A Johnnie Walker Black on the rocks.”
I initially began caring for a loved one, which led me to discover my passion for helping others and improving their lives. Seeing the smile on someone’s face and knowing I’ve made a difference is the most satisfying and rewarding part of this work.

My role is all about you, the client! I specialise in helping our clients and families to navigate care. I’m with you every step of the way and here for anything you may need.
I start by listening to you. I explain options and advice as to how we can best help. I find it really helps to focus on the outcomes as well as the immediate practical needs. Every care plan I create is personalised as not everyone is the same.
With over two years of hands-on experience as a Care Assistant, I bring valuable insight and empathy to my current role. This background allows me to truly understand what matters most to our clients and ensures I can design care solutions that are both practical and compassionate.
Outside of work, I enjoy going to the theatre and comedy shows, spending time with friends and family, and exploring new places through travel and long walks. I’m passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives and committed to delivering the highest standard of care and support.

I have always loved painting, art, cooking new recipes, and staying active through yoga and walking. I am the happiest when I am with my friends and enjoying a clear summery day.
I speak three languages and I also hold a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management and originally trained as a physiotherapist.
Working in care resonates deeply with my values of compassion, respect, and service to others. I’ve always been drawn to roles that allow me to make a direct and meaningful difference in people’s lives.
What I love most about working in care is the human connection. Every day brings an opportunity to build trust, share stories, and provide comfort, often in the smallest gestures. It’s incredibly rewarding to know that my support can help someone feel safe, valued, and dignified in their own home.

I’m a proud mother of four beautiful children and a dedicated Care Coordinator with a passion for supporting others, both professionally and personally.
Helping others comes naturally to me, and I bring the same level of energy and care into everything I do. What I truly love most about my job is the organisation and planning involved, as well as the opportunity to work closely with the team members who care for our clients. This allows me to support them in delivering the best possible care.
Outside of work, I enjoy doing hair for my friends and close family, helping them feel fabulous and confident. I also love exploring local cuisine during my holidays. My perfect getaway involves a sunny beach, with the sound of the waves crashing beside me.

Passionate traveller and creative spirit, I thrive on exploring new cultures and cuisines around the globe. When I’m not planning my next adventure, you can find me upcycling jewellery and transforming vintage pieces into unique treasures.
I am a family person who loves to entertain. I love spending time in the kitchen, experimenting with flavours and sharing delicious meals with friends and family.
Professionally, I’m not as scary as the ‘supervisor’ title sounds! I look after our brilliant care team, ensuring that they are fully supported and have everything they need to do the best job possible.
