As soon as Aston Care took over my care from the previous company it's been a breath of fresh air since the first carer came to see me. Very caring and helpful, and very efficient including the office staff. I have not had care before but I have found it extremely helpful and a necessity. No problems worth reporting and long may we continue.

Really pleased with the care given to my father. The staff are caring and attentive. Always asking what additional tasks need doing to ensure my father is comfortable and extremely well cared for. All staff are extremely pleasant and helpful.

My husband got to a stage where he needed care in the home as he was suffering from a terminal cancer. We were lucky that Aston Care had capacity to take him onto their books. Sadly he only used their care for one month before he died in hospital after contracting coronavirus after an admission for blood transfusions. He developed a friendship with his regular carer who went beyond our expectations. It was a relief for us that he had continuity of care, except for her time off. We were pleased with this company's schedule flexibility to fit in with family visits. All in all, we had no complaints and would like to wish this fledgeling company all good wishes for the future.

Once we could have the same carer each time it was much more convenient and satisfactory for us. We appreciate all they do and always accommodated our needs when we contacted the Aston office.

Entrusting a very close relative to the care of a third party can be a stressful and upsetting process, both for the person requiring the care but also any wider support network/family. However, in my experience, this is a situation Aston Home Care approach with great sensitivity, real compassion and huge expertise. Having been fortunate enough to have a relationship with them for a considerable period of time it is clear they are underpinned by an experienced and knowledgable managerial team and a very efficient and well organised back-office function. The care provided is extremely reliable, considerate personalised and of high quality. The care team are well trained, always friendly, helpful and obliging and communicate well in all aspects. I would highly recommend them.

Overall very good, but expensive compared to others. Had lots of carers in - all do the job to a good standard/treat with dignity but would prefer to stick to the same carer if possible.
Thank you for your review, I believe there is now continuity of Carers in place. We can not always guarantee the same Carer due to days off etc but have noted and endeavour to continue with the continuity.
My mum reports that carers who visit are pleasant and helpful.

After a bad experience with another provider I contacted Aston Home Care to provide care for my dad. Right from my initial inquiry the staff have demonstrated a very caring and compassionate approach. They have given an excellent level of support to both me and my dad. They always provide a consistent high level of professional care. The staff are always happy and help to brighten my dad's day.
