Endless Love was quick to respond to our sudden need for care and worked empathetically and professionally with my parents to have the carers ready to help. My parents very much enjoyed their visits, chatting with them was part of the service and it was a great support knowing that they were there. I would recommend Endless Love for their kindness and professionalism.

I feel truly blessed to have chosen Endless Love as my care provider. From the very beginning, the attention-to-detail and care and consideration has been first-class. The manager consistently goes the extra mile to ensure each client is comfortable and always receiving all the help and support they need. The manager's team of carers are wonderful, building strong, empathetic relationships very quickly. Everyone in the Endless Love team works very hard but they are always upbeat, kind and positive, which is always so uplifting and has helped me tremendously. Communication with service users is excellent and the team are always on time and willing to do all they can to help. My sincere thanks to all the team - they have made such a difference and I am extremely grateful.

The manager and her team looked after my mum for a short period of time, once she passed, they took over the care of my dad. They were understanding to our/dad's needs, we worked together over the year and, as time went on, were very accommodating to our changes, often at short notice. Dad had dementia, the team were very caring and always came in with a smile and he looked forward to their visits. We were very grateful for their assistance in helping us keep Dad in his own home, which was all he wished for. I can highly recommend the Endless Love team.

Excellent service with polite and professional carers and management team. Arrive on time all the time and provide a great experience for my mother. They assist her in showering, dressing and basic domestic care like doing bed changes, emptying waste bins and doing some dishes.

Initially dad was adamant that he wasn't having carers coming to his home. His initial scepticism borne out by the lack of interest in him as a person, and an eventual failure to care for his medical wellbeing by your predecessor. We made it known to the local authority what we expected in terms of specified service. Then the manager and at times, others arrived. More than our family could have asked for. A complete transformation. His standard of care from here on was excellent. Not just the physical side of things I should stress, but a real interest in those things that still motivated dad. Like his music. An interest that went way beyond contracted hours. Extra and unpaid time that thrilled this proud frail man who was our dad. You went more than the extra mile and made his last days memorable for him. I don't believe in angels. But if they were to exist. You folks would be in the first squadron.

The care my grandfather recieved was outstanding, all carers went above and beyond for him. He was extremely lucky to have such wonderful caring carers. Each one treated him with respect, they ensured he kept his dignity at all times. My grandad looked forward to his daily visits and he was always greeted by them with a warm smile. As a family we couldn't have asked for better carers, I would highly recommend Endless Love Healthcare Services.

Endless Love Services supported my mother and father over the last 2 years. They showed my parents total dignity and kindness. My father had dementia and they supported us to care for him in his own home as that was his wish. In moments when we were overwhelmed by some of the challenges, Endless Love stepped in quickly to support us. Our wonderful carers worked 7 days a week and built up a good relationship with my father. Without these wonderful ladies, we wouldn't have been able to fulfil my father's wishes to keep him in his own home. We are so grateful and can highly recommend it.

As my previous reviews said, we are happy and always recommend Endless Love for the professional yet personal touch and approach to Mother-in-law. For making us all comfortable and satisfied in all aspects.

The staff are very friendly and respectful. I am grateful that they have patience with dad as his days can be very different from one day to the next. Dad is a proud man, the staff treat him with dignity and respect which is greatly appreciated.

After being a bit apprehensive as a family to use a carer's service for my dad, who has dementia, we really didn’t need to worry. Endless Love Healthcare Services provided just what we needed to help my dad while the family were working. They came in twice a day to help with meals and check on him. It was always the same carer, which really helped. She was friendly and caring and if she had any concerns she would always contact us to let us know. Gave us all peace of mind.

Endless Love Healthcare have been coming in daily to help my dad out with his meals. I have met his carer a couple of times and found her to be attentive. She really showed care for my dad and his needs. The communication has been good and it has given us all peace of mind that he is being checked on every day. I would highly recommend them.

Endless Love Healthcare Services have provided care for my dad for about 8 months calling twice a day to make meals and check he is ok. He has dementia and won't get himself food or drink so having this schedule gives me peace of mind while I'm at work. The carers are always on time and follow my instructions each day leaving everything tidy and secure. I've had no problems at all and have found it easy to contact them when I have needed to. I can check an app to see a daily report or schedule which is useful. This is our first experience dealing with a care provider and I have been very happy with my dad's care thus far. I would fully recommend Endless Love.

Endless Love Healthcare Services have been supporting my mum with her personal care since June. My mum is always happy to see them and enjoys their morning visit. Mum looks clean and well-presented every day. Endless Love are kind, caring and professional. They are my eyes when I am not there and will report anything they feel I need to know. My father-in-law is always telling me he loves his carer. She emails me with any problems or if she needs to inform us of any needs he might require. I can also email or text her to tell her if Dad is not going to be home. She is always friendly and polite.
