Every member of the care team is carefully selected, fully trained, and experienced in providing specialist support with empathy and professionalism.

Care is available to both private individuals and through public sector referrals. A thorough care assessment is carried out to ensure each person’s unique needs are fully understood and met. This may include input from a Local Authority Care Manager.

The agency operates within a 7-mile radius of Poole, serving communities in Broadstone, Oakdale, Parkstone, Lilliput, Sandbanks, Canford Cliffs, Canford Heath, Sterte, Ashley Cross, Westbourne, and Branksome.

For Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and News Years Day fees will be classed as double time. Our fees are payable each two weeks and you are expected to make this payment within 7 days of receiving invoice.


A MILEAGE CHARGE OF 6% IS PAYABLE FORTNIGHTLY IN ADDITION TO THE TOTAL CARE COST.

We consider ourselves very lucky to have found Poole Home Care to care for our Dad. The whole team provided excellent care and attention and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We were impressed with not only the level of personal care they gave to our Dad but also how well they helped take care
of his home. They were so responsive and really eased the pressure on us as a family. Dad was able to stay at home which was something he really wanted. We are so grateful to the manager and the team.

Poole Home Care started caring for my mother in late January 2021. I cannot put into words how loving and caring everyone has been to my Mother who died at home in April 2022. Not just to my mother but to my father also. Nothing was too much trouble and each and everyone was so gentle and loving with
them both. Most of all, my mother never lost her sense of humour and they joined in and encouraged the laughter and banter on every visit.

For the past 6 months, Poole Home Care have been in caring for my grandparents. They have done a fantastic job right to the very end. Nothing has been too much trouble, they have stood by us with palliative care needs even stepping in at night when we couldn’t find cover ourselves. They are an amazing
team and really do go the extra mile. The carers knew my nan loved music so would play one of her favourite songs for her every day, they took time to learn my granddad's favourite joke, how many care company’s go that extra stretch? Cannot recommend this company enough and it’s been a pleasure having them there with us through all the ups and downs.

Inspired me to start going outside again. Organised everything in my life beautifully, so I can upkeep it. Whereas I didn't care or even think of cleaning in-between visits, a tip each time, now I clean enough between visits to keep up.
I have done some more self-care, Aided my decision to never self-harm
again.
Manager to get me out to buy a new sofa. Massive thank you.

Would just like to leave a big thank you for all the great care given to my mum.
Ever since her care started over a year ago and throughout the Covid time, you all went above and beyond to make sure she had everything she needed, especially as it was difficult to see her at times, as I was shielding
myself at the time.
Again, a big thanks for all your care, compensation and kindness.
If I was asked to recommend a good care service; it will be yours without a doubt.

I cannot fault this agency and have only high praise. My mother has recently died but over the 18 months they cared for her the service was second to none. From the owners/managers to the carers that arrive at the door they are kind, considerate and exceptionally helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble
and they were always happy to go that extra mile. I could not have done it without them.
My mother called them her angels and I am ever grateful for the care they provided. 10/10. So if you are looking for a service - have confidence that you have found the right place here.

My husband was suffering from metastatic cancer and had carers four times a day until his death in November.
I cannot fault anyone of those concerned in his care.
Their professionalism was only surpassed by the consideration, cheerfulness and ability to bring comfort to a man in the last months of
his life.
They all deserve the highest commendation.
