My husband's carer has simply been outstanding with a total degree of care, compassion, consideration, professionalism and anticipation of his complex needs. This carer is a person who clearly understands what being unwell and vulnerable feels like and is to be commended for everything he does and is. He is a credit to your organisation and if every carer followed his example the industry would thrive.

provided 2 carers 4 times a day. He had limited mobility, and complications from the stroke/other illnesses (Gastrointestinal issues, incontinence, pressure sores from hospitalisation, significant medication requirements) as approached end of life. He passed away after 10 days at home.
Everyone from Allbest Solutions (carers, management team) were kind and considerate throughout from initial discussion, visits and consideration to family after his death. The management team were always on call and explained everything with clarity throughout, including dealing with his GP directly at times. We had the same 2 carers throughout (save for day off) and they were all very kind, informative, incredibly patient and caring. They built a rapport with my father-in-law quickly and treated him with dignity and respect. Excellent compassionate service.

The review took place at the client's home; it was a chat about the care of the client and if anything had changed over the last six months. Notes were taken and noted on mobile was asked to sign to say they were correct. Clean was asked if it was ok to ring up once a month to see how things were going, which is fine. We were also informed if we had any worries, then we can call the agency at any time, which was reassuring.

Allbest Solutions have been caring for my mother over the last two months. She has four visits a day and is dependent on them for all her personal care including medication and meals. The company has gone out of its way to accommodate my mother's needs. Most of the time my mother is visited by the same carer. This continuity has meant that my mother and her carer have quickly established a trusting relationship. The carer is very kind, respectful of my mother's wishes and mindful of her needs. The company provide an excellent service and compassion. I can thoroughly recommend them.
