Blue Angel Care Basingstoke

My experience has been excellent from Blue Angel Basingstoke. All the carers and other staff have been really kind and conciderate and very patient to my needs. When I need to change something with my care package nothing is too difficult. The carers will do any thing for me within reason. I also get told if there is any change in carers due to illness etc.

Continuity of care is very important to me and Blue Angels ensure that I always have the same group of carers at the times that best suit my needs. Sometimes I need call times to be adjusted so that I can attend hospital appointments or my monthly WI meeting and the staff in the office always change the call times to accommodate this.

As a family, we have complete trust and confidence in the care provided, and we are deeply grateful for the support given to both my mum and ourselves. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this service to anyone in need of outstanding care.

Blue Angel Care have been providing support for my Mum for nearly three months now. They have been amazing, really accommodating to changing requirements and flexible with time slots. The carers have all been very friendly and caring. Right from the initial contact the office team have been helpful in arranging meetings, offering solutions and quick in their responses.

Excellent service and kind care given by all the staff at Blue Angel. It is immediately obvious that they are all very well trained and briefed on the quality of care to provide. All are smartly turned out in a uniform with identity badges, and they always put shoe protectors on before entering the house and walking on carpets. Willing to do a variety of home tasks and always polite and friendly.

Also, the staff in the office and the carers keep us updated with their notes, which is good.

Although my wife only needs Blue Angel for personal care I apppreciate how much they are ready to take on: domestic care, medication supervision, taking clients shopping, doing cleaning, etc.

Blue Angel Care have been caring for my husband's parents for approx 2 months and to date the experience has been very positive. Our client manager is well organised and responsive to our extra requests. The care team who visit the house are professional, well presented and friendly. They have settled with the care team immediately and they have been invaluable to my family. It takes time to get into a routine that suits everyone but the care team are adaptable and receptive to feedback. Personal care and domestic care is completed to a high standard.

I have been with blue angels since June and they have been amazing with me. Every single carer I have met have all been so lovely and have made me feel so comfortable, the office staff have been so supportive. They have done everything to make sure I'm getting the right help and care I need. I was very nervous to start with them especially with my age and my care needs but I was reassured straight away and everyone has been so understanding and respectful. When I have carers I can always talk to them about anything and I never been judged. The times I don't have my carers I can always call into the office and they have all been so lovely and are happy to help.

The carer is on time greets us with a smile very bubbly.

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Blue Angel.

Despite a few issues along the way I felt that the manager and the team were always supportive and treated my son with kindness, positivity and respect. Because of this, I would go back to Blue Angel, Basingstoke in the future for my son's ongoing care should his needs change.

From the initial enquiry back in January to the present day, Blue Angel Care have always been responsive, polite, friendly and always happy to help. The care workers who come to help my husband three times a week are punctual and always come in with a smile on their face and brighten our day with their friendliness. They are caring, considerate and respectful in every way. Sometimes, I have occasion to telephone our care co-ordinator to rearrange a visit or request a longer visit. My requests are always dealt with promptly and efficiently, thus allowing me to enjoy a few hours of respite to play golf or spend time with girlfriends. We are very thankful to have Blue Angel Care in our lives.

My Mum has recently started to receive care from Blue Angels. The process of discussing what was needed was really easy and it was great that a member of the team met Mum whilst she was still in hospital so that everyone knew what was going to be put in place. Since returning home Blue Angels have been brilliant with Mum making her feel very comfortable and reassured. As I no longer live in the UK it is reassuring to me that Mum will be looked after and cared for by the Blue Angels team.

As a family we had a very positive experience with Blue Angel Care. The communication was excellent and we always received a quick response to any queries or questions we had. The care my Mum received was always respectful and she built a wonderful relationship with her carer which made it much easier for her to accept the support that she needed.

We've used Blue Angel Care for almost 3 years and cannot fault them. They are always very easy to communicate with and 100% reliable. They provide invaluable companionship for my Uncle, without them he wouldn't see anyone for days - thank you

The setting up of a care package for my mother was extremely thorough. We had a meeting at the hospital and in Mum's home, and met her carer in advance of the first visit. Everything was covered with many helpful suggestions of things we needed to organise or which would improve Mum's situation at home. Sadly, Mum was soon unwell and had to go back to hospital, but she was looked after amazingly by her carer while we waited for an ambulance. I have been extremely grateful for their support and help with Mum.

My brother has really benefited from the care and support offered by his male support worker. He likes to be physically challenged and having a male counterpart has helped settle him.he looks forward to the sessions each week.
