I have been with Blue Angel Care as a client for nearly 5 years.
All the staff are brilliant (carers and office staff). I always feel safe whenever I go on my days out with any carer, whether it’s in their car or around town.
Would highly recommend this care company.

Wonderful support from the team at Blue Angel during a time of crisis. The management team did a great job of finding care at short notice. The carers understood my father's needs and adapted their care to meet them. Lovely trips out and showed a real interest in making sure he had a good time. Thank

Excellent service with outstanding carers who looked after my husband during the last few weeks of his life. They gave time to get to know and understand my husband and I and adapted quickly as his health declined. If there were changes in carers or slightly delayed, they would call me to let me know.
As they cared for my husband, the carer's wealth of experience let me know about products which I never knew existed eg self-washing shower caps! The carers were also very adaptable to the equipment that was being installed such as hoists and slings. As my husband became more bedbound, I was comforted to see carers change the bed and wash him with such respect, talking to him all the time even when he wasn't communicating well. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, for helping to care for my husband.

The carers are amazing; they do a fantastic job.
As an ex-carer myself, the care given is beyond - 10/10. They work so hard, so kind and respectful.

Mum was a client of Blue Angel for over 3 years after transitioning from another care company. The staff were very professional and caring and always put mum first. No problem was too great and contact with myself was first class. When mum was diagnosed with only days to live, they were quick to
put in place overnight care with carers who had known mum for a long time volunteering to look after her. We even had carers calling in during their breaks to see mum and have a cup of tea with her during her last days. We could not have survived her last days without them. I would highly recommend this company for the care that they provide.

My husband has only recently needed home care, but I cannot sing the praises of the team at Blue Angels Care, or thank them enough.
I was a little nervous having to go down this road, but from the initial assessment meeting, and the understanding and kindness showed, I felt very confident about their
services, and I was right.
During the very first visit, my husband fainted, but the carer was brilliant, and kept me calm too! It’s only 2 weeks, but I feel so relieved, knowing we have a Blue Angel behind us. Thank you.

I cannot stress how truly grateful I am, not only for the day-to-day multi-faceted care but also for the unbelievable quick thinking of one of the Blue Angel team, who was able to turn, what could have well been a disaster, into an incredible outcome. Despite the fact that I am approx 150 miles away,
(and over 70 years old!) This team of Care workers, have given me peace of mind knowing they do what they say on the tin!.... They CARE....they really care!!.... Thank you, Blue Angel Care.

My mum is a service user and has had bad experiences in the past with care companies. Yours was recommended and wow we are so pleased she came to you. The helpfulness and willingness of staff whether carers through to management has exceeded her expectations. Mum struggles physically and the fact the
carers don’t rush her and handle her gently is very important to her. So too is having the consistency wherever possible of carers. Thank you Blue Angel for your role in mums life plays a big part and it has made such a positive difference (especially during the lockdown and isolating).

Overall care is very good and most of the staff are polite. But there will never be 100% with caring as we are all human and we cannot get on with everyone. But I have not found any major issues and if I did I would take them to the office.

I started working for Blue Angel Care in September 2018 as a Care Manager and opened up the Basingstoke location. I am now the Registered Manager of our Basingstoke location.


I chose this job because I love helping people and making a difference. I am a real people person so knowing that I have made a difference to someone along the way makes me truly happy. I love organization and that helps me endlessly in my role. When managing and mentoring staff, I love watching people grow and overcoming challenges.


I am a mum of 2, family time is precious so making memories with my family is a must. My son is football mad so whether this is standing on the sideline, taking the children out for days out, or walking the dogs - it's all precious to me.

I started off at Blue Angel Care as a Senior Caregiver, 2 months later I got the opportunity for being a Care Specialist in the office in August. I was then working alongside my Manager and helping with the Coordinating after which I got offered the role of the Care Coordinator in October 2020 which I accepted.


What I like most about my role is working on rounds that are well suited for the carers and work well with the clients. I enjoy templated rounds and keeping the team happy. I enjoy seeing carers progress in their job roles and some are now working alongside me in the office


In my free time, I enjoy riding and competing with my horses, I have 2 horses called Amos and Bertie. I also help out others with their horses and also help at shows when they are competing. When I'm not doing this I enjoy playing with cars, taking my car to car shows and racing

I have two boys and a sausage dog at home and when I am not working I am with my children and partner. You will normally find us on long walks in the countryside or at a theme park! We love an adventure!
