Blue Angel Care Basingstoke

It's early days, but so far so good. We are really pleased with the care provided by Blue Angel staff. Everyone is respectful and well-mannered. Polite and punctual. We feel listened to and know that we are able to make contact at any time. We are very happy with the service we have received so far.

I am pleased to have Blue Angel Care in my support. My carers are kind, helpful and experienced. They help me with showers and with morning routines. They are usually on time. I can contact my key worker and all office staff when needed.

My only complaint and it's only a small one, is the time changes on the rota. It would be good to get a text message telling me the time of the carer's arrival has been moved backwards/ forwards! Having said that I am very aware of how difficult it is to juggle rotas along with holidays and sickness.

The carers provided are always polite and visit on time. We have a regular carer now and my wife looks forward to their visits as you would that of a close friend or member of the family. They always manage to lift her spirit and mood which is fantastic and rubs off onto me. It is like a breath of fresh air that has come into our everyday life! Thank you Blue Angel Care Basingstoke.

I am very happy with my care. My main carer is very professional and helpful.

The care I get for my husband is very good. All the carers that come treat my husband with respect. I am starting to have regular carers who have a rapport with my husband and he is starting to recognise them which helps him very much.

My mum had a live-in carer start halfway through November, and he was amazing made progress with my mum no other carer has managed to fully make. I was at complete ease knowing my mum was being taken care of outstandingly. I would 100% recommend Blue Angel Care Basingstoke to anyone looking for care at home, they go above and beyond and are friendly and caring. They put you at ease it’s like having extended family they truly are amazing. Thank you so much for everything you’ve done for my family and are still doing for my family.

A friend with no family was put into supported living accommodation in the Basingstoke area and placed under care of Blue Angel Care. The team have made her life and living conditions so good and she is so happy. Nothing is too much trouble, her one to one carer is so nice and makes my friend feel really special. All the carers look after her really well, take her shopping and out for days. I could not do their job, they are angels. I am so glad they were put in place by adult services, I can rely on them to look after my friend and contact me if the need occurs, they also look after her complex medical needs.

Wonderful support from the team at Blue Angel during a time of crisis. The management team did a great job of finding care at short notice. The carers understood my father's needs and adapted their care to meet them. Lovely trips out and showed a real interest in making sure he had a good time. Thank you.

Very supportive, caring and professional. Really put the needs of their clients first. Friendly and helpful. The carers try to fit in as much as they can in the time allotted, even if they are short-staffed. Thoroughly recommend.

Excellent service with outstanding carers who looked after my husband during the last few weeks of his life. They gave time to get to know and understand my husband and I and adapted quickly as his health declined. If there were changes in carers or slightly delayed, they would call me to let me know. As they cared for my husband, the carer's wealth of experience let me know about products which I never knew existed eg self-washing shower caps! The carers were also very adaptable to the equipment that was being installed such as hoists and slings. As my husband became more bedbound, I was comforted to see carers change the bed and wash him with such respect, talking to him all the time even when he wasn't communicating well. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, for helping to care for my husband.

I cannot explain what a difference you have made to ease the every day to day stress of life for my mum. My mum so looks forward to your visits. Since losing her sight she has struggled, but your care has helped her in so many ways and also given me peace of mind. I am very grateful.

Mum was a client of Blue Angel for over 3 years after transitioning from another care company. The staff were very professional and caring and always put mum first. No problem was too great and contact with myself was first class. When mum was diagnosed with only days to live, they were quick to put in place overnight care with carers who had known mum for a long time volunteering to look after her. We even had carers calling in during their breaks to see mum and have a cup of tea with her during her last days. We could not have survived her last days without them. I would highly recommend this company for the care that they provide.

During the very first visit, my husband fainted, but the carer was brilliant, and kept me calm too! It’s only 2 weeks, but I feel so relieved, knowing we have a Blue Angel behind us. Thank you.

I cannot stress how truly grateful I am, not only for the day-to-day multi-faceted care but also for the unbelievable quick thinking of one of the Blue Angel team, who was able to turn, what could have well been a disaster, into an incredible outcome. Despite the fact that I am approx 150 miles away, (and over 70 years old!) This team of Care workers, have given me peace of mind knowing they do what they say on the tin!....
