Blue Angel Care Basingstoke

Mum was a client of Blue Angel for over 3 years after transitioning from another care company. The staff were very professional and caring and always put mum first. No problem was too great and contact with myself was first class. When mum was diagnosed with only days to live, they were quick to put in place overnight care with carers who had known mum for a long time volunteering to look after her. We even had carers calling in during their breaks to see mum and have a cup of tea with her during her last days. We could not have survived her last days without them. I would highly recommend this company for the care that they provide.

During the very first visit, my husband fainted, but the carer was brilliant, and kept me calm too! It’s only 2 weeks, but I feel so relieved, knowing we have a Blue Angel behind us. Thank you.

I cannot stress how truly grateful I am, not only for the day-to-day multi-faceted care but also for the unbelievable quick thinking of one of the Blue Angel team, who was able to turn, what could have well been a disaster, into an incredible outcome. Despite the fact that I am approx 150 miles away, (and over 70 years old!) This team of Care workers, have given me peace of mind knowing they do what they say on the tin!.... My mum is a service user and has had bad experiences in the past with care companies. Yours was recommended and wow we are so pleased she came to you. The helpfulness and willingness of staff whether carers through to management has exceeded her expectations. Mum struggles physically and the fact the carers don’t rush her and handle her gently is very important to her. So too is having the consistency wherever possible of carers. Thank you Blue Angel for your role in mums life plays a big part and it has made such a positive difference (especially during the lockdown and isolating).

Cannot fault the excellent care from every member of staff. My dad was very well looked after from the start right up to his passing on 17th November 2020.

Very efficient.

Overall care is very good and most of the staff are polite. But there will never be 100% with caring as we are all human and we cannot get on with everyone. But I have not found any major issues and if I did I would take them to the office.

Our carer is a wonderful representative of your company. She is always cheerful, helpful and particularly good with my husband. He is always happy when she arrives. We cannot thank you enough for sending a wonderful person to our aid. Thanks a million and keep up the good work.

Excellent care and service provided by Blue Angel as the daughter of the client she enjoys their company. Blue Angel respect their clients. And they do everything possible for you. I know I can leave my mother in their capable hands.

They do regular reviews and are always there at the end of the phone or by email. Communication is excellent and all of the team are punctual and reliable. Would highly recommend.

Having been a client with Blue Angel for nearly two years I can honestly say that they are one of the best companies that I have ever used. Their timekeeping is very good and the carers will ring me if there's a problem and they're running late, which happens occasionally. The carers often go over and above a simple job of just assisting me by listening to my problems. I would highly recommend them.
