We are so pleased that we have been using SureCare for our relative. The visiting staff are excellent - both caring and professional. The management staff are similarly excellent and have guided and supported us towards evolving plans to deal with a complex situation. Other features such as invoicing are clear and efficient. We consider them very good value for money in going beyond what we expected into, for example, a proactive role with our relative's health issues.
Providing compassionate, professional care while adapting to changing needs is...
They are all more than just carers to me, they are also friends and an extension to my family. No task is too difficult for them. You can clearly see the fulfilment they all get from their roles.

It has taken a big weight from me as I have suffered stress from the effects of the Alzcheimers's. I am delighted how much my husband has come on since having the carers, he feels very comfortable with them. Thank you team.

We are so pleased that your husband has benefitted from having care and we will continue to adapt our care to meet his changing needs.
I have noticed that times change slightly and I am not informed. I would prefer to know if times change as I get my mum up and give her insulin and breakfast before the carer arrives.
Thank you for your 5 star review and we are glad that all of the team are respectful. We appreciate the comment about time changes and do have a 15 minute tolerance on time changes where we don't always contact a client but this is generally for last minute time changes due to circumstances on the...
Then when it became impossible for him to stay living alone, he moved into a care home and we continued to have Sure Care visiting in order to settle him in. The ladies were familiar faces to him and this helped him settle because they were visiting daily .
I will always be grateful that it was one of the young Sure Care staff, who noticed that dad had a UTI which ultimately led to him being in the home. Without their professionalism, knowledge and compassionate service, it could be that my dad would no longer be alive.
So I will be forever grateful to Sure Care for their remarkable work.
Thank you for your very heartfelt review of our service and care team. We have an incredible team who are caring and knowledgeable and look out for signs that could indicate further professional help is needed. We know that everyone in the team who has met your dad is very fond of him and have...
I have found SureCare a fantastic company in their commitment to the clients. The carers are excellent, very cheerful and most importantly they listen to the clients requests, and match the care givers to the needs of their patients. I would not hesitate in recommending SureCare to anyone who needs I:I care. They are an amazing company and the only reason we are terminating the contact with them, is that we are leaving the area.
Thank you for your lovely review. We are very lucky to have such a great team of carers who are very adaptable to changing needs. We totally understand the re-location and I know 1 carer that is tempted to re-locate with you! We wish you and your family all the very best for the future and have enjoyed the time we have been able to spend with your family.
I am so pleased I decided to use Surecare for my parents, it all came to be last August when my mum was discharged from hospital after being an inpatient for 3 weeks with pneumonia. She needed a bit extra care to start with, I rang up and asked for help with some care and they had it sorted immediately and started within about 4 days. They now come every night and stay over. Lovely girls and Mum and Dad think the world of them, they will do anything they want, help them get ready for bed and stay over night in case they are needed in the night and they are there to help them get dressed in a morning and get breakfast, they couldn't manage without them it is the same two girls that do the nights between them do there is continuity. If anyone is looking for any care I fully recommend Surecare for their efficiency and professionalism!
Thank you for your heartfelt review and recommendation, which we will share with our team. The girls are so very fond of your parents and don't see their jobs as work as spending time with your parents is such a joy for them.
SureCare has been providing daily care for my mother over the past six months and assisting my father with various tasks since January. The team consistently delivers exceptional care, demonstrating professionalism, compassion, and dedication. They always ensure my parents' comfort and well-being, offering personalised attention and clear communication that truly make a difference. I highly recommend SureCare for their outstanding service and commitment.
Thank you for reviewing our team and we are so pleased that you are happy with the care your parents are receiving. Our team always strive to provide exceptional care with the personal touch. We know the team are very fond of your parents and will be very proud to read your 5* review.
I regularly travel all over the country for work and being physically disabled, I have to arrange care in hotels everywhere I go. I'm so glad I found SureCare. The service has been excellent, the carers are friendly and reliable which is critical for my work. They are always able to provide care when I stay in the area. The office staff have really helped by setting me up with other SureCare agencies around the country which enables me to expand my work. A really excellent service, I would definitely recommend SureCare Central Cheshire.
Thank you for your review. Sarah initially joined SureCare as a care assistant and very quickly built great relationships with our clients and other team members.
Sarah demonstrated superb care skills and was soon making lots of suggestions on how to improve the care provided for clients, getting to know them and their conditions. Sarah frequently goes above and beyond to bring smiles to people's faces and has an incredible eye for detail. Sarah enjoys learning more about the varying conditions clients have and finding different ways to support them, following new developments and breakthroughs in care and support.
Sarah has grown as an individual and shown great strength in the way she manages relationships with compassion and has been promoted a number of times, firstly as a Senior Carer in December 2021, then to a Team Leader role and took her first steps into management in 2024 as was promoted to Care Manager and now has the highest position in home care as the Registered Manager. We are very proud to support her ongoing career in care.
In her spare time, Sarah likes to spend time with family and friends, regularly visiting her grandparents in Newcastle, providing support for them. Sarah enjoyed all aspects of renovating her house, from stripping walls back to brick to painting and designing the house.
Ashleigh initially joined SureCare as a care assistant and shared a lot of her knowledge and experience of having previously worked in care. She built great relationships with many clients and has a great rapport with other team members. Having worked in the role for 3 years when the opportunity arose to gain experience in a different area of the company she applied for the role of Quality Assurance and Compliance Officer. Ashleigh has since become our care co-ordinator to ensure all client calls are arranged smoothly and the team have rotas that mean they spend the most amount of their time with our clients.
Ashleigh has excelled in the role and enjoys thinking of new and fun ways to celebrate national days with our clients and how we as carers can enrich our client’s lives. In the future, she would like to build relationships with local community groups to help benefit our clients.
In her spare time, Ashleigh enjoys reading, gardening and spending time with her family.
Kerry initially joined SureCare as a care assistant and demonstrated the high-quality care we look for in our team, questioning why and how we did things and looking to make improvements. This resulted in Kerry taking a step up to a senior carer when the position became available. Kerry has since had a further promotion to Team Leader and manages our team of senior carers.
To expand her skill set and progress further in her role within the company Kerry wants to complete her NVQs in Health and Social Care as well as her continual personal development with other relevant training to support clients. Kerry wants to specialise in dementia and become the leader within the team to not only support those living with the condition but also provide support to team members so that their knowledge increases, sharing tips and hints along the way.
Kerry enjoys completing exercises with clients to increase their strength and mobility and can often be seen joining in alongside clients with her own leg lifts and other exercises – a great way to keep her own fitness levels up.
In her spare time, Kerry likes to go rambling in the countryside, fish, read books and play computer games.
Rebecca, known as Becky, has worked in a number of nursing care settings, gaining both clinical skills and a wealth of experience. Becky has also worked on a one-to-one basis with clients with complex needs, which can often be very challenging and require a great deal of knowledge. Becky enjoys learning and expanding her knowledge in care and has shared her knowledge with us, implementing different methods of working since joining us as a senior carer.
Becky spent time supporting her own grandparents with their care needs and was able to care for them at home where they felt most comfortable together. This experience developed a passion within Becky for supporting people in their own homes. Promoting independence is at the forefront of everything she does.
Becky enjoys being involved in palliative care, offering reassurance and comfort to clients and families alike.
In her spare time, Becky enjoys spending time with her family, walking her pet pug, visits to the beach and listening to audiobooks.
Lauren came to SureCare after becoming a mum and wanted to find a career where she could make a difference. Her previous roles in pharmacy, health and safety and customer service provided her with a range of transferable skills that she uses when providing care. She brings innovative ideas to improve both client care and training for the team.
Being new to care when she joined, Lauren trained under senior and experienced care assistants at SureCare, first as a care assistant, then, just before her first anniversary with the company, as a senior care assistant. She completed her Care Certificate and then went on to complete her Level 3 in Adult Care through an apprenticeship.
Lauren is passionate about providing person-centred care that promotes choice and independence for clients, believing everyone is unique, making their care needs individual to them. She learns about clients' medical conditions and medications, understanding how they impact them day to day, and enjoys helping clients to improve or maintain their health through diet, fluids and exercise.
To help clients manage their complex care needs at home, Lauren has completed additional training in Catheter Care, Stoma Care, PEG Feeds and the Wzhan Blue Box, a digital Health Monitoring System to provide vital information to other health professionals.
Lauren understands the impact of caring for a loved one on family and friends from growing up caring for her 3 autistic siblings and from looking after her son after he became unwell. This has made her passionate that caring for an individual is also about supporting their family, whether that’s giving a family member 10 minutes to have a cup of tea in peace, or collecting a prescription to take a task off their never-ending to-do list.
In her spare time, Lauren enjoys spending quality time with her son and husband and knitting, crocheting or crafting, usually while listening to a podcast or audiobook.
Tina established SureCare Central Cheshire with her business partner Kirstie after they met whilst working at their local authority in Cheshire. Tina spent 13 years working in local government supporting local communities. Prior to this Tina had a long career working in the tourism industry managing a busy restaurant, café, gift shop and small zoo. The customer care skills developed in her early career combined with the time spent working with local communities have transferred well into the care industry. Tina and Kirstie are both keen to enable people to remain a part of or reconnect with, their local community.
Both ladies also deliver care and enjoy their time on the rota building relationships and seeing exactly what is needed for their clients from a carer's perspective.
In her spare time, Tina enjoys hiking, scouting with her role as chair of a local scout group, learning Spanish and when time allows getting lost in a good book – preferably whilst on a beach!
Kirstie established SureCare Central Cheshire with her business partner Tina after they met whilst working at their local authority in Cheshire.
Kirstie spent almost 30 years working in local government in a variety of roles, starting in benefits and finally managing a wide range of community services. She used this experience, along with her qualifications in Community Development, Leadership and Management to be able to take on the role of Registered Manager so that the ladies could operate immediately and provide much-needed care around the rural areas of Nantwich.
Since establishing the company, only 1 year before the global pandemic, a lot has been learned. The pandemic has challenged everyone, not least of all those receiving care as well as those providing care. Reassurance and support were required throughout and following the ethos of the company it was ensured that all clients received their calls and for the full call length during very difficult times.
Both ladies also deliver care and enjoy their time on the rota building relationships and seeing exactly what is needed for their clients from a carer's perspective.
In her spare time, Kirstie enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, going on long walks with her dog and tending her horses and chickens.
