My partner and I would recommend the services of SureCare to anyone looking for compassionate care and nursing experience for themselves or their loved ones. We've been lucky enough to receive care from the team for almost 12 months now, and the consistency and high level of care are still excellent. The ladies are warm and welcoming at every visit, nothing is ever too much trouble, and they constantly show sensitivity in what can often be very difficult and personal situations. A great team and a pleasure to have in our home.
Thank you for your lovely review and comments about our team. It has been a pleasure caring for your partner and meeting you; the support of family members makes all the difference to people. We're lucky to have a great team that is adaptable to all of the changing needs of our clients.
SureCare has provided my mother with excellent support over the last three years. It was a challenging time for them because my mum, who is fiercely independent, has suffered increasing short-term memory loss. Initially, a carer from SureCare visited morning and evening only, but as time went on, it became clear that, for Mum's safety, a lunchtime visit was also necessary. Their regular attendance ensured that my worries about her nutrition, hydration and safety were vastly reduced so Mum could remain living alone in her flat for as long as possible. The quality of SureCare's support to my Mum has sometimes varied, caused by their business 'growing pains' (i.e. staffing issues) and lack of experience of some of the younger staff allocated to my mum, who is 99 years of age and sometimes highly inflexible. However, these issues diminished significantly when SureCare were able to match appropriate carers to Mum, especially during morning visits. Their understanding of this need was vital.
Thank you for your review, and it has been a pleasure supporting your mum to remain at home for as long as she was safe to do so. We always adapt to the needs of the people we are supporting and find the most suitable team members to provide support, working with family members to ensure the care...
We got to know you all very well, and it was reassuring for us to know Mum was happy and in safe hands.
We would wholeheartedly recommend SureCare and all the team to anyone.
Thanking you once again, take care.
Thank you so much for taking the time to provide a lovely review of our team. We know you've had a very difficult time after the loss of your mum, and we have to say it was an absolute pleasure caring for your mum and getting to know you and your family too. We know how fond our team were of you...
I have osteoporosis and experienced a fractured jaw in November of this year. I live alone and do my best to maintain independence. However, on returning home from the hospital, I needed a bridge between the weakness and general debility the injuries had caused and the level of wellness required to cope alone. Having had similar care in 2020, I had no hesitation in contacting SureCare once I knew I was being discharged from the hospital. I rang from my hospital bed and arranged care following my discharge. I began with an hour a day, and as I got stronger, reduced it to half an hour per day. Although I did not need help with showering and dressing, I knew I was unsteady and needed someone to be in the house with me as I undertook these tasks. Other basic household tasks were done by the carer, but as I felt more able, I took the tasks back. I was escorted outside to walk, and as I feel stronger, we will agree on an end date. It's a short-term bridge to health.
Thank you for your lovely review and honest feedback. We are so glad that we were able to assist you again at a time when you needed us to help you return home and give you the reassurance of having someone there whilst you recovered. We are very flexible in our care delivery and will adapt to the changing needs of our clients. We will always be here should you need us again in the future.
Enjoy the company.
They are all very helpful and do anything I need to be done.
Thank you for reviewing us. We are so happy that you are enjoying the company of our team. We like to build relationships with people and will always do anything you need to help you throughout the day.
We are delighted by the service provided by SureCare. The cares are, without exception, efficient, helpful and kind. They are never time-wasting and will always go out of their way to help us.
Thank you for your lovely review. We are really pleased that you are happy with our care. We like to ensure our clients get the most benefit from our calls and will always provide additional help and support when needed. It is a delight to visit you and your wife.
My father has always received fantastic care from all staff at SureCare. They are always so kind and go beyond what is required of them; they treat my father with the utmost respect. They always keep me informed on any issues and are all very knowledgeable.
Thank you for your lovely review. The whole team are so very fond of your father and have built a great relationship with him. We always like to keep clients' family members up-to-date and work together to resolve any health or care issues and support them.
It was very difficult getting a company that covers the rural area. However, Surecare came up trumps. All the staff are very caring, polite and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and we feel they are part of the family. Thank you so much for what you do; it's really appreciated.
Thank you for your review, and we are so pleased to hear that you are happy with the team. It truly melts our hearts when we are welcomed as family, and we know the team are very fond of you both. Thank you for choosing SureCare.
SureCare came amazingly to my husband for end of life care. They were so good to us. When he passed away, they were there for me. As I have no family and I suffered from COPD, I asked them to look after me, that was two years ago. They have been marvellous, and I do not know what I would do without them.
Thank you for your review, which we really appreciate. We like to establish relationships with our client's families, so when your husband sadly passed away, it was a pleasure to provide support for you too. With being with you for as long as we have, we certainly know you and your routines well, and the whole team enjoy seeing you.
Carers provide the best possible care for my relative, even though she mostly refused their interventions. They treated her with respect and dignity at all times. I had a good rapport with the staff. They welcomed my assistance and suggestions. They always contacted me if they needed to. Thank you to all the team.
Thank you for the review, and we really appreciate your comments. We are very proud of the outstanding quality of care our team provides, and a key part of this is developing that good rapport you talk about with family members. As you experienced, we believe good communication is an essential part...
We find SureCare excellent and runs very smoothly. Carers are very caring and understanding. Management is excellent and never let us down. They are always available and take care of us in a caring manner.
Thank you for your review, which is really appreciated. We are so happy that our team are taking good care of you, which we will continue to do for as long as you need us.
We find this service is excellent and couldn't manage without SureCare. All staff are very polite with pleasant personalities. They are caring and very thoughtful of our needs.
Thank you for your lovely review. We always want to provide an excellent service and are glad that this has been your experience. We have a great team who pride themselves on the quality of their care.
Brilliant company. They stepped in at short notice when our previous company dumped us. The carers are all so good with my wife, who has MND and struggles to communicate. They've made the effort to understand her needs and have also been very helpful in managing changes brought about by the progression of her condition. The owners have come on on a number of occasions to liaise with other professionals involved in my wife's care so that we get a holistic approach to solution-finding. They've gone out of their way on occasions to provide emergency supplies of things like pads. Despite all the challenges facing them in the current environment, their staff are always cheerful, polite and caring. Always on time. We'd be lost without them.
Thank you for your review of our company. It has been a pleasure getting to know you and your wife. Our aim has always been to help and support people and provide the very highest levels of care. We act on feedback from our team and our client's families to ensure the support we are providing is...
Really caring staff. The place is kept spotless, and they really take their time with my dad at a personal level.
SureCare is my dad's third care provider over the past 7-years and by far the best so far.
Thank you for your fantastic review. We pride ourselves on the quality of care we provide. We have very high standards, and all of our team genuinely want to provide the very best care. It is a pleasure to provide support for your dad.
Very good service, I feel very confident in their service. Always ready to offer extra help, for example with fetching shopping. Lovely ladies to chat to and encourage you.
Thank you for your review; we are really pleased that you are happy with our service and the extra support that we provide. Our fantastic team will always encourage people to be as independent as possible. We look forward to providing support for as long as you need it.
SureCare provides the most amazing care to my mother-in-law. She has suffered from dementia for over 12-years now, and we have had a few agencies over the years involved with helping us provide care for her at home. SureCare from the very start has been a breath of fresh air compared to the other companies we have used in the past. They are reliable and accommodating, the staff are very highly trained, and all the team really care not just about mum, but us, as a whole family. Amazing, lovely carers and managers that I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for the best care for a loved one. I really can't praise them enough!
Thank you for your heartfelt review. We do pride ourselves on the quality care that we as a team provide. Having highly trained and compassionate team members means that not only the loved one is cared for, but the family are supported too, and we are very pleased that we have been able to provide that support to you and your family. Thank you for recommending us.
Every query or preference from Mum or the family was listened to in a timely fashion and this interest was appreciated to help everyone meet the necessary goals for her. Every carer who visited showed their caring attitude and concern, developing bonds as they got to know Mum.
We are so pleased we chose Surecare, thank you all so much.
Thank you for your lovely review. Every one of our carers who went to your mum enjoyed the time they spent with her. We are very happy to have been able to help when needed to enable your mum to stay at home and hope that she continues to enjoy her new environment. Thank you for choosing SureCare to provide your families care.
SureCare started caring for my nan in about December. From the start, I thought they were amazing with how they dealt with her and her needs. She has dementia, so can be hard to deal with at times, but every single carer that visited her treated her so well and understood her condition and how it affected her. I knew she was in very safe hands when they were with her. My only wish is that we would have found them sooner to care for her, as she has had to go into a care home. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
Thank you for your heartfelt review. The whole team enjoyed going to see your nan, and she always had the most beautiful smile. I wish we could have cared for her sooner too and got to know her more, but she is happy and safe where she is now. Thanks again.
Thank you so much.
Thank you so much for your review and we are so glad that we could help at a time when your family needed support. We have a great team who enjoy their jobs and spending time with so many wonderful people every day. Thanks again
SureCare are an absolute god-send to me as a family member. I feel confident knowing that my great-aunt is treated so kindly, thoughtfully and with the utmost care. The carers are professional but also show a great level of 'friendship' to my aunt at all times. Thank you for all of your support.
Thank you for your review and we are so pleased that you are happy with the care we provide to your great-aunt. We aim to give reassurance to families that when they are not there, we are looking after family members and building friendships as well as providing care and support.

Meet the Team (7)
Sarah initially joined SureCare as a care assistant and very quickly built great relationships with our clients and other team members.
Sarah demonstrated superb care skills and was soon making lots of suggestions on how to improve the care provided for clients, getting to know them and their conditions. Sarah frequently goes above and beyond to bring smiles to people's faces and has an incredible eye for detail. Sarah enjoys learning more about the varying conditions clients have and finding different ways to support them, following new developments and breakthroughs in care and support.
Sarah has grown as an individual and shown great strength in the way she manages relationships with compassion and has been promoted a number of times, firstly as a Senior Carer in December 2021, then to a Team Leader role and took her first steps into management in 2024 as was promoted to Care Manager and now has the highest position in home care as the Registered Manager. We are very proud to support her ongoing career in care.
In her spare time, Sarah likes to spend time with family and friends, regularly visiting her grandparents in Newcastle, providing support for them. Sarah enjoyed all aspects of renovating her house, from stripping walls back to brick to painting and designing the house.
Ashleigh initially joined SureCare as a care assistant and shared a lot of her knowledge and experience of having previously worked in care. She built great relationships with many clients and has a great rapport with other team members. Having worked in the role for 3 years when the opportunity arose to gain experience in a different area of the company she applied for the role of Quality Assurance and Compliance Officer. Ashleigh has since become our care co-ordinator to ensure all client calls are arranged smoothly and the team have rotas that mean they spend the most amount of their time with our clients.
Ashleigh has excelled in the role and enjoys thinking of new and fun ways to celebrate national days with our clients and how we as carers can enrich our client’s lives. In the future, she would like to build relationships with local community groups to help benefit our clients.
In her spare time, Ashleigh enjoys reading, gardening and spending time with her family.
Kerry initially joined SureCare as a care assistant and demonstrated the high-quality care we look for in our team, questioning why and how we did things and looking to make improvements. This resulted in Kerry taking a step up to a senior carer when the position became available. Kerry has since had a further promotion to Team Leader and manages our team of senior carers.
To expand her skill set and progress further in her role within the company Kerry wants to complete her NVQs in Health and Social Care as well as her continual personal development with other relevant training to support clients. Kerry wants to specialise in dementia and become the leader within the team to not only support those living with the condition but also provide support to team members so that their knowledge increases, sharing tips and hints along the way.
Kerry enjoys completing exercises with clients to increase their strength and mobility and can often be seen joining in alongside clients with her own leg lifts and other exercises – a great way to keep her own fitness levels up.
In her spare time, Kerry likes to go rambling in the countryside, fish, read books and play computer games.
Rebecca, known as Becky, has worked in a number of nursing care settings, gaining both clinical skills and a wealth of experience. Becky has also worked on a one-to-one basis with clients with complex needs, which can often be very challenging and require a great deal of knowledge. Becky enjoys learning and expanding her knowledge in care and has shared her knowledge with us, implementing different methods of working since joining us as a senior carer.
Becky spent time supporting her own grandparents with their care needs and was able to care for them at home where they felt most comfortable together. This experience developed a passion within Becky for supporting people in their own homes. Promoting independence is at the forefront of everything she does.
Becky enjoys being involved in palliative care, offering reassurance and comfort to clients and families alike.
In her spare time, Becky enjoys spending time with her family, walking her pet pug, visits to the beach and listening to audiobooks.
Lauren came to SureCare after becoming a mum and wanted to find a career where she could make a difference. Her previous roles in pharmacy, health and safety and customer service provided her with a range of transferable skills that she uses when providing care. She brings innovative ideas to improve both client care and training for the team.
Being new to care when she joined, Lauren trained under senior and experienced care assistants at SureCare, first as a care assistant, then, just before her first anniversary with the company, as a senior care assistant. She completed her Care Certificate and then went on to complete her Level 3 in Adult Care through an apprenticeship.
Lauren is passionate about providing person-centred care that promotes choice and independence for clients, believing everyone is unique, making their care needs individual to them. She learns about clients' medical conditions and medications, understanding how they impact them day to day, and enjoys helping clients to improve or maintain their health through diet, fluids and exercise.
To help clients manage their complex care needs at home, Lauren has completed additional training in Catheter Care, Stoma Care, PEG Feeds and the Wzhan Blue Box, a digital Health Monitoring System to provide vital information to other health professionals.
Lauren understands the impact of caring for a loved one on family and friends from growing up caring for her 3 autistic siblings and from looking after her son after he became unwell. This has made her passionate that caring for an individual is also about supporting their family, whether that’s giving a family member 10 minutes to have a cup of tea in peace, or collecting a prescription to take a task off their never-ending to-do list.
In her spare time, Lauren enjoys spending quality time with her son and husband and knitting, crocheting or crafting, usually while listening to a podcast or audiobook.
Tina established SureCare Central Cheshire with her business partner Kirstie after they met whilst working at their local authority in Cheshire. Tina spent 13 years working in local government supporting local communities. Prior to this Tina had a long career working in the tourism industry managing a busy restaurant, café, gift shop and small zoo. The customer care skills developed in her early career combined with the time spent working with local communities have transferred well into the care industry. Tina and Kirstie are both keen to enable people to remain a part of or reconnect with, their local community.
Both ladies also deliver care and enjoy their time on the rota building relationships and seeing exactly what is needed for their clients from a carer's perspective.
In her spare time, Tina enjoys hiking, scouting with her role as chair of a local scout group, learning Spanish and when time allows getting lost in a good book – preferably whilst on a beach!
Kirstie established SureCare Central Cheshire with her business partner Tina after they met whilst working at their local authority in Cheshire.
Kirstie spent almost 30 years working in local government in a variety of roles, starting in benefits and finally managing a wide range of community services. She used this experience, along with her qualifications in Community Development, Leadership and Management to be able to take on the role of Registered Manager so that the ladies could operate immediately and provide much-needed care around the rural areas of Nantwich.
Since establishing the company, only 1 year before the global pandemic, a lot has been learned. The pandemic has challenged everyone, not least of all those receiving care as well as those providing care. Reassurance and support were required throughout and following the ethos of the company it was ensured that all clients received their calls and for the full call length during very difficult times.
Both ladies also deliver care and enjoy their time on the rota building relationships and seeing exactly what is needed for their clients from a carer's perspective.
In her spare time, Kirstie enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, going on long walks with her dog and tending her horses and chickens.
