Their service is A star! I have had two other companies but SureCare is definitely the best! Especially, my carer! I'd recommend them to anyone who needs any care! Although I have had one carer who I don't really gel with, the manager has assured me that will be rectified as soon as possible.
Thank you for your review, and we are so pleased that we are A Star! We always try to match personalities with our clients and carers and glad that we can resolve the issue you had. We hope that we can continue to be the best care company you have had. Many thanks.
I cannot speak highly enough of the care that the SureCare team are providing to my Mum in Audlem. From the initial contact with the team easing Mum and me into the world of care (neither of us relishing the idea) and the selection and introduction of the carers, it has been such a positive experience. Mum now looks forward to her morning and evening visits and sees all the Carers as part of her family. Since I'm living far away in Texas, we have the peace of mind that she has caring professionals coming in to look after her needs at the start and end of every day!
Thank you so much for your lovely review and we are so pleased that we can provide the reassurance that you need whilst living so far away. Your mum is an absolute delight to visit and the calls are not like we are working at all, more like visiting a friend whilst providing the support that she needs.
His needs are not straightforward and he has many issues, however, SureCare have been tremendous in coping with everything. The care has been of an incredibly high standard and nothing is ever too much trouble. On the odd occasions where minor emergencies have occurred, outside his normal visiting hours, they have always risen to the challenge and been at hand within the hour. They have even taken on the many tasks I hadn't even considered at the start and it is always without hesitation or making any of us feel guilty or awkward.
Without SureCare my dad would have been unable to return to his home and would have lost so much of what is dear to him. My dad feels safe at home and we know that he is being very well cared for. It is a huge weight off our minds knowing that we have a highly professional, well trained and above all caring team in place to support us all.
Thank you so much for your wonderful and honest review of your dad's care. It has been great caring for your dad, and we know that the team are very fond of him. We pride ourselves on delivering the very highest levels of care and going above and beyond. We are so very pleased that our team has taken a weight off your mind and we will continue to work with you and your dad for as long as needed.
Staff are friendly, caring and polite.
Nothing is too much trouble.
I really look forward to my visits.
I would highly recommend this service.
Thank you for your lovely review, and we are so pleased that you look forward to your visits, this is exactly what we aim for.
We are extremely pleased with the care my Mum receives from SureCare. All her carers are excellent and are always prepared to help out if there are any problems. We would have no hesitation in recommending SureCare to anybody.
Thank you for your positive review and we are really pleased that you are happy with our teams care. We know they always go above and beyond each and every day and will always encourage them to do this.
I have received excellent care and they brighten up my day whenever they come.
Thank you for your great review and we are really pleased that you have been receiving excellent care as this is what we strive to provide. We're very happy that we brighten up your day too and will continue to visit with a smile and good humour.
The team at Nantwich looked after Mum for a few short months, following her discharge from a nursing home until she passed away in February 2020. Mum loved being back in her own home and we will always be grateful for SureCare for the excellent care they provided. Mum looked forward to the company. It was so reassuring to us that she was happy and had friendly faces looking in on her. Thank you.
Thank you for your lovely review. It was an absolute pleasure to spend time with your mum, she was a fantastic person with great character and spirit. We will not forget her and very much miss her.
I was reluctant to have carers, but I would not be without them now. They have improved my living standards as well as a cheery chat they provide housework and go beyond my expectations.
Thank you for your lovely review. We know that many people are reluctant to have care but often find that once they do they develop friendships and look forward to our visits. We are really pleased that you enjoy the visits - going above and beyond is what we do best!
As I said to the girls, needing care wasn't what I dreamed of, but they were all superb.
Thank you for your review. We know that nobody truly wants care but we are really pleased that we were able to support you when needed. We will pass on your comments to our team as we know that they are absolutely superb. Thank you
Excellent care.
Thank you for your 5-star review. We are really happy that you are so pleased with our service.
We required care urgently owing to a recent fall and increasing frailty and loss of confidence of a lady 90 years plus living at home. The manager from Surecare visited the next day, assessed her needs and provided care efficiently and professionally immediately. During the next week, it was necessary to increase the care package at short notice and this was carried out as soon as possible. Owing to several immediate and short admittances to hospital, the team were always flexible and understanding. All the carers were warm, friendly, efficient and professional, putting the needs of our friend first at all times. The communication was always good and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone requiring care at home.
Thank you for your lovely review. It was a pleasure to look after your friend, who is a very nice lady. We always try to accommodate all the needs of our clients and pride ourselves on how adaptable we are. Thank you again.
I was unable to leave hospital as I could not access the care I needed to make me safe at home through East Cheshire or West Cheshire care providers. Thanks to Surecare in Nantwich care was provided that has enabled me to return home for which I am eternally grateful. I thoroughly recommend the entire team. They have been so supportive in helping me towards recovery and everyone has always been a pleasure to have in our home. Many thanks.
Thank you so much for your fantastic review. It has been a pleasure spending time with you and we were really pleased that we were able to assist you in returning home, which we are sure has aided your recovery. We hope that we can assist more people to return home to rural areas and will pass on your comments to our team.
The care for my dad was organised within two days and the speed and efficiently of the people involved was second to none. I am extremely grateful for the excellent care and attention given to my dad. I was able to go away and enjoy a lovely holiday knowing he was in very safe hands. Thank you so much to all involved.
We were so pleased that we could help out at short notice as a respite for loved ones is so important. Your dad was very well-liked by our team and we're really glad that you were happy with your dad's care and managed to enjoy your holiday. We will always be here should you need us again in the future and thank you so much for your review.
This was organised within a day and I have to say the care and attention to detail along with the professional can-do attitude of all involved was amazing.
My husband and I are extremely grateful for the support provided to us and the excellent care, kindness and attention given to his mum, who has dementia.
The SureCare team helped us through a very stressful time and gave us help and reassurance and peace of mind knowing she is being cared for and in safe hands when we can’t be with her.
Thank you to all the SureCare team.
Thank you for your lovely review as this is the exact thing we want to achieve - provide reassurance and peace of mind for families and their loved ones. We will pass your comments on to our team. We are so glad that we could help when needed.

Meet the Team (7)
Sarah initially joined SureCare as a care assistant and very quickly built great relationships with our clients and other team members.
Sarah demonstrated superb care skills and was soon making lots of suggestions on how to improve the care provided for clients, getting to know them and their conditions. Sarah frequently goes above and beyond to bring smiles to people's faces and has an incredible eye for detail. Sarah enjoys learning more about the varying conditions clients have and finding different ways to support them, following new developments and breakthroughs in care and support.
Sarah has grown as an individual and shown great strength in the way she manages relationships with compassion and has been promoted a number of times, firstly as a Senior Carer in December 2021, then to a Team Leader role and took her first steps into management in 2024 as was promoted to Care Manager and now has the highest position in home care as the Registered Manager. We are very proud to support her ongoing career in care.
In her spare time, Sarah likes to spend time with family and friends, regularly visiting her grandparents in Newcastle, providing support for them. Sarah enjoyed all aspects of renovating her house, from stripping walls back to brick to painting and designing the house.
Ashleigh initially joined SureCare as a care assistant and shared a lot of her knowledge and experience of having previously worked in care. She built great relationships with many clients and has a great rapport with other team members. Having worked in the role for 3 years when the opportunity arose to gain experience in a different area of the company she applied for the role of Quality Assurance and Compliance Officer. Ashleigh has since become our care co-ordinator to ensure all client calls are arranged smoothly and the team have rotas that mean they spend the most amount of their time with our clients.
Ashleigh has excelled in the role and enjoys thinking of new and fun ways to celebrate national days with our clients and how we as carers can enrich our client’s lives. In the future, she would like to build relationships with local community groups to help benefit our clients.
In her spare time, Ashleigh enjoys reading, gardening and spending time with her family.
Kerry initially joined SureCare as a care assistant and demonstrated the high-quality care we look for in our team, questioning why and how we did things and looking to make improvements. This resulted in Kerry taking a step up to a senior carer when the position became available. Kerry has since had a further promotion to Team Leader and manages our team of senior carers.
To expand her skill set and progress further in her role within the company Kerry wants to complete her NVQs in Health and Social Care as well as her continual personal development with other relevant training to support clients. Kerry wants to specialise in dementia and become the leader within the team to not only support those living with the condition but also provide support to team members so that their knowledge increases, sharing tips and hints along the way.
Kerry enjoys completing exercises with clients to increase their strength and mobility and can often be seen joining in alongside clients with her own leg lifts and other exercises – a great way to keep her own fitness levels up.
In her spare time, Kerry likes to go rambling in the countryside, fish, read books and play computer games.
Rebecca, known as Becky, has worked in a number of nursing care settings, gaining both clinical skills and a wealth of experience. Becky has also worked on a one-to-one basis with clients with complex needs, which can often be very challenging and require a great deal of knowledge. Becky enjoys learning and expanding her knowledge in care and has shared her knowledge with us, implementing different methods of working since joining us as a senior carer.
Becky spent time supporting her own grandparents with their care needs and was able to care for them at home where they felt most comfortable together. This experience developed a passion within Becky for supporting people in their own homes. Promoting independence is at the forefront of everything she does.
Becky enjoys being involved in palliative care, offering reassurance and comfort to clients and families alike.
In her spare time, Becky enjoys spending time with her family, walking her pet pug, visits to the beach and listening to audiobooks.
Lauren came to SureCare after becoming a mum and wanted to find a career where she could make a difference. Her previous roles in pharmacy, health and safety and customer service provided her with a range of transferable skills that she uses when providing care. She brings innovative ideas to improve both client care and training for the team.
Being new to care when she joined, Lauren trained under senior and experienced care assistants at SureCare, first as a care assistant, then, just before her first anniversary with the company, as a senior care assistant. She completed her Care Certificate and then went on to complete her Level 3 in Adult Care through an apprenticeship.
Lauren is passionate about providing person-centred care that promotes choice and independence for clients, believing everyone is unique, making their care needs individual to them. She learns about clients' medical conditions and medications, understanding how they impact them day to day, and enjoys helping clients to improve or maintain their health through diet, fluids and exercise.
To help clients manage their complex care needs at home, Lauren has completed additional training in Catheter Care, Stoma Care, PEG Feeds and the Wzhan Blue Box, a digital Health Monitoring System to provide vital information to other health professionals.
Lauren understands the impact of caring for a loved one on family and friends from growing up caring for her 3 autistic siblings and from looking after her son after he became unwell. This has made her passionate that caring for an individual is also about supporting their family, whether that’s giving a family member 10 minutes to have a cup of tea in peace, or collecting a prescription to take a task off their never-ending to-do list.
In her spare time, Lauren enjoys spending quality time with her son and husband and knitting, crocheting or crafting, usually while listening to a podcast or audiobook.
Tina established SureCare Central Cheshire with her business partner Kirstie after they met whilst working at their local authority in Cheshire. Tina spent 13 years working in local government supporting local communities. Prior to this Tina had a long career working in the tourism industry managing a busy restaurant, café, gift shop and small zoo. The customer care skills developed in her early career combined with the time spent working with local communities have transferred well into the care industry. Tina and Kirstie are both keen to enable people to remain a part of or reconnect with, their local community.
Both ladies also deliver care and enjoy their time on the rota building relationships and seeing exactly what is needed for their clients from a carer's perspective.
In her spare time, Tina enjoys hiking, scouting with her role as chair of a local scout group, learning Spanish and when time allows getting lost in a good book – preferably whilst on a beach!
Kirstie established SureCare Central Cheshire with her business partner Tina after they met whilst working at their local authority in Cheshire.
Kirstie spent almost 30 years working in local government in a variety of roles, starting in benefits and finally managing a wide range of community services. She used this experience, along with her qualifications in Community Development, Leadership and Management to be able to take on the role of Registered Manager so that the ladies could operate immediately and provide much-needed care around the rural areas of Nantwich.
Since establishing the company, only 1 year before the global pandemic, a lot has been learned. The pandemic has challenged everyone, not least of all those receiving care as well as those providing care. Reassurance and support were required throughout and following the ethos of the company it was ensured that all clients received their calls and for the full call length during very difficult times.
Both ladies also deliver care and enjoy their time on the rota building relationships and seeing exactly what is needed for their clients from a carer's perspective.
In her spare time, Kirstie enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, going on long walks with her dog and tending her horses and chickens.
