Lovehands Care Service Ltd on the whole have provided a good caring service, with some staff going above and beyond to make my dad comfortable, giving him the encouragement to carry on, sometimes in the most difficult of times. I have appreciated the management staff helping me with reviews and are
really helpful with all problems we have had to work through. The only downside is the cost.

We have been using Lovehands Care provides for nine months. Their carers are reliable, punctual, efficient and kind. The communication between the team is good, so requests are passed on to other helpers within the team. My mum (97) is very happy with the callers.

Generally very pleased with the service provided by LoveHands. My father needs carers for times a day to cater for his every need and the staff are kind and compassionate. At times they have gone beyond their allocated tasks when extra tasks were needed without needing to be told. Lovehands also provided
24-hour care briefly at short notice when my father needed it upon leaving hospital. The family are confident that he is in good hands when we are not there.

I have had excellent experiences with this company and relied on them on several occasions. The staff and carers have all been courteous, efficient, communicative, reassuring and reliable. My mum spoke well of each carer she came in contact with for live-in care; when I needed occasional respite and
it didn't take long at all to gain trust in the company. A bonus point was that many shared the same faith as mum. They provided me with peace of mind and warmth and support in understanding my mum's needs, as well as my own, as a daughter and full-time carer. Highly recommend

Lovehands have provided exemplary care service for my dad. This involves 24/7 care. The carers are brilliant. Also, Lovehands look after their own carers making sure they are supported and have the required breaks.

I am on bed rest and rely very much on my carers. A gold service has been given on the whole. If I have any complaints management usually sort it out promptly. I have seen new staff monitored by experienced staff. The team has helped to get me back to good health after being in hospital. I would like
management to hear the importance of a lighter load in some cases and the importance of frail skin care.

Lovehands supported my wife at night. She has Parkinson's Disease (PD) and I was recovering from surgery. Staff were always on time, polite, caring and supportive. They paid attention to what care was needed and were patient with my wife. One member of staff has a lot of experience with PD and gave
an extra level of reassurance - which was much appreciated. This was a first time/unique experience for us having carers stay at night. It was a success.

As a family, we have been extremely impressed with the care Mam has been given. The carers have amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Mam's condition has deteriorated due to her progressive illness but nothing has phased the company and they continue to remain caring, supportive, professional and

Am extremely pleased with the service. Mum has dementia so its really important to us that she has a regular carer and Loveday have facilitated that. They came and visited us beforehand to meet Mum and shadowed previous carers so they could really understand Mum’s needs.
Cannot fault at all.

Being a Managing Director at Lovehands, my aim is to manage the provision of care and support to people in their own homes of high quality. Having started my caring career 17 years ago, I have had the privilege to work alongside other professionals in different health and care settings which has massively helped me to build a good CQC rating service, helping our Local Authority and the NHS by enabling people to stay in their own homes and community for as long as possible.


I am extremely passionate about excellence in care and believe that people must receive excellent service which promotes independence, choice, and dignity. I recently completed a BTEC Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care which I found very rewarding and helpful in how I manage my team, clients, and business. My key strengths are my ability to build relationships, develop and motivate teams, influence stakeholders, and sell a shared future vision of growth.


I am proud that I have been privileged to work with so many wonderful people who not only allow us in their lives but trust us to hold their hands through the process. Caring is not a job for me! it is who I am, and I am passionate about it.
