Having started my caring career 17 years ago, I have had the privilege to work alongside other professionals in different health and care settings which has massively helped me to build a good CQC rating service, helping our Local Authority and the NHS by enabling people to stay in their own homes and community for as long as possible.
I am extremely passionate about excellence in care and believe that people must receive excellent service which promotes independence, choice, and dignity. I recently completed a BTEC Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care which I found very rewarding and helpful in how I manage my team, clients, and business. My key strengths are my ability to build relationships, develop and motivate teams, influence stakeholders, and sell a shared future vision of growth.
I am proud that I have been privileged to work with so many wonderful people who not only allow us in their lives but trust us to hold their hands through the process. Caring is not a job for me! it is who I am, and I am passionate about it.
