The carer has built a strong relationship with my mother and she appreciates the consistency of the carer especially during this COVID period when it has been important to keep visitors to a minimum. The staff are reliable, no missed calls and the office have kept us informed of any changes.

The service Oak Healthcare have provided for my Mum is second to none and I can't thank them enough. The Director and his team have been fantastic in not only supporting my Mum but also myself. Nothing is too much trouble for them and I feel at ease knowing good care is being provided. My Mum's house is kept clean and tidy by both carers and they always ensure medication, care needs and food and drink is given to Mum. Mum looks forward to her visits and after her being so poorly I could not have managed without the care and support Oak Healthcare have given us. Thank you so much.

We have just started using Oak Health Care services for a few months and they have provided an outstanding service for my mother. We are really proud of the carers that come to provide care for my mother. My mother seems to enjoy the carer and is really proud of them. We have used previous agencies before but by far, Oak Health Care have been outstanding. They have put a smile on my mum's face. The carers are always on time, always smiling and are really positive.
