The Home Instead team are doing a great job supporting Mum, who is housebound at this time, which is great for her and a weight off my mind. The carers have built up a good bond with Mum, which is vital to her being able to live independently, which is what she wants.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Any issues or questions are dealt with swiftly and as I live a distance away it is very reassuring to know they are contactable and responsive to any queries.

I always had complete confidence in the management team. As well as organising the carers, they ensured the provision of hospital equipment, so that Mum could be moved safely from bed to living room. I always felt that I was also cared for by the management team. They were so friendly, kind and supportive when I needed it.

My mothers carer is a breath of fresh air. She is kind, gentle and a good companion when she visits my mum. My mum really appreciates her and feels that her previous funds are well spent with Home Instead.

Every time I've met a carer from Home Instead they've been fully engaged in the task however difficult my aunt was. I've met other carers over the years whilst visiting my clients (in a different area) and I have not felt they enjoyed their job like the Home Instead staff.

Have been looking after my mother for over a year. A few teething problems along the way but cannot fault the care given to my mum and the great liaison with the company. Sometimes above and beyond what has been needed. My mother has always felt secure and that her wishes were being abided by. Would recommend the company and thank them for all they have done and are continuing to do.

All carers are kind and gentle. Extremely supportive of my husband and myself. Always arrive promptly, are cheerful and competent and help to lift our spirits at what is a difficult time. They are very much appreciated and nothing is too much trouble.

I have two carers, both female who alternate so that they share my care. One is several years younger than the other so both have very different things to chat about. They are both happy to do almost anything for me which is much appreciated, including going to the local shop once a week. They carry out personal care with dignity. I would not change anything.

Good team of carers. Cover provided when needed. Personal care for my wife morning and evening, with social care early afternoon, all excellent. Care staff friendly and listen to any concerns.

I have found my care helper extremely helpful with looking after both my wife and my interest. Always prompt in turning up, and always willing to go that extra mile.

Having spent three months during the covid19 lockdown without a carer or physiotherapist, we were recommended to the care company. The carer who comes promptly at 9:00 am each day is not only an SR nurse in previous times, but is very knowledgable in other fields of care too. We will be most sorry to lose her if in the future she leaves the company.

When contacted, as care was required urgently. The office took immediate action, and my parents now have two wonderful carers, who are kind, engaging, thoughtful, who are a joy and easy to have in the house for six hours they are here. We highly recommend Home Instead.

I needed help due to heart problems and age. I was so pleased, after lots of searching, to find that you were here in the area. I employed your company and have been delighted with the result. I have been very happy with the care my mother has received. Knowing that she has the same carer for every visit is very reassuring. She has dementia and needs time to get to know anyone new.

Medication is always administered correctly, and communication is good with us being given regular feedback.

We are pleased to say we have no complaints, only praise for our experience with our carers and the company for its choice of these carers. Excellent.
