I was inspired to start my business by the love and guidance of my Nan and Grandad, as well as my parents and our close-knit family. Their values, support, and example shaped who I am and instilled in me a deep respect for caring for others. I know how challenging it can be to juggle work, family life, and the responsibilities of looking after loved ones. Often, we want to be there as a daughter, son, grandchild, niece, or nephew—to spend quality time, share stories, and create lasting memories—not just to manage daily chores.

With this in mind, I founded Rest Assured Homecare in 2019, with the goal of providing the same high standard of care that I would want for my own family. At Rest Assured, we understand how important it is to get care needs right. That’s why we’ve created a caring, nurturing, and exemplary culture—one where every member of our team, no matter their role, is encouraged to play to their strengths and feels genuinely valued. I have worked in care for two years.

I work in care as it was a job I had never done before and always wanted to do so I gave it a go and I enjoy it as no day is the same and it's very rewarding. Since working with this company I have become a senior carer where I can give support to others.

Since 2022, I’ve proudly served as a Field Care Supervisor, committed to supporting individuals in the place they most want to be—their own homes.
