Rest Assured really care about their clients. They do all they can to help them. They were always there, either for a meeting or at the end of the phone to discuss Mum's care plan and any changes that were needed. They are very friendly, approachable and professional. They helped us in conversations
we needed to have with Social Services.

Excellent care received by my father. Carers are clean and smart, kind and helpful with a cheerful manner. The manager is wonderfully helpful, supportive and flexible and has excellent communication skills. Rest Assured gives me peace of mind and is excellent value for money.

O would have no hesitation in recommending this care provider. They are friendly, helpful and very respectful of our needs, which is very reassuring. Overall, we are very happy with our carers; they do a marvellous job.

Often, we want to be there as a daughter, son, grandchild, niece, or nephew—to spend quality time, share stories, and create lasting memories—not just to manage daily chores.


With this in mind, I founded Rest Assured Homecare in 2019, with the goal of providing the same high standard of care that I would want for my own family. At Rest Assured, we understand how important it is to get care needs right. That’s why we’ve created a caring, nurturing, and exemplary culture—one where every member of our team, no matter their role, is encouraged to play to their strengths and feels genuinely valued.
