Nothing is too much trouble and all of the team are friendly, caring , professional and hard working.
Many of the carers are very experienced so have been very helpful with ideas on what will help my parents as of course this is all new to me . I particularly find the App and visits reports very useful as I get a report after every care visit .

The carers are extremely good in dealing with both our parents who have Alzheimer's Dementia and adapt easily between their varying individual needs.
The level of communication we have with both the carers and the administration staff is excellent and I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

My elderly Father has been cared for by the wonderful team at Radfield care in his own home, for a year and a half now. The team are caring, considerate, thoughtful and thorough. They help with all aspects of his care and wellbeing, as well as bringing a smile to his face regularly. The communication is excellent, confirming each day who will be with him the next day and what time. They try their best to meet his every request, I can't recommend them highly enough for at home care.
Thank you for your wonderful words. Its a pleasure to support Dad. I will ensure that your positive feedback is passed on to the team.Best Wishes
Radfield Homecare provided excellent support for my mum, who has dementia. The service is professionally run, and the staff were kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. Mum felt completely at ease with everyone, which also put me at ease. They kept me fully informed of any concerns or changes, and their communication was always clear and compassionate. I'm very grateful for the care they gave her.
Ian, it was an absolute pleasure to support mum. She is an amazing person and we are going to miss her. I will pass on your kind words to the team. Thank you
The Radfields carers started helping Mum out when she was 99 years old, for her to maintain her independence. This they did with compassion and professionalism, and even staged their own 100th Birthday celebration for her when the time came. Unfortunately, Mother has had to move into a residential care home for her own safety, but still talks fondly of the visits from her ' Ladies ' to ' her little bungalow '. Now in her 101st year, we thank Radfields for the care they provided Mum to get her to this milestone.
We are so pleased that you are happy with the support you receive from us for your mum. She was a pleasure to be with. Thank you for your kind words. I will pass on your feedback to the team. Thanks
More importantly, Mum has felt very comfortable with every Carer who has looked after her. There is regular communication through ongoing reviews, and daily observations can be viewed on an app. Would definitely recommend their service.
Thank you for your kind words. It's a pleasure to support mum, and we are pleased that you are happy with our services.
Radfield cared for my Mum with absolute professionalism. They were compassionate, kind thorough and approachable. I cannot thank them enough for the support they gave both her and me. Remaining in contact with me and keeping Mum safe were vital. I always felt that we were in a safe pair of hands. Thank you so much for your wonderfully professional care
Nicola,Thank you for your wonderful feedback. It is a pleasure to support mum so that she can live independently at home. I will pass on your positive feedback to the team. Thank you
I have only got praise for the services provided from Radfield Home Care. We have been using Radfield for nearly 18 months and they have been amazing!! All of the carers are kind, considerate and compassionate about their job. The staff have worked so hard to gain my mum's trust and although she was totally against any help to begin with, this is now not the case! Radfield go one step beyond their duty and for that I am very grateful for. The service I receive from the management if I have a concern regarding my Mum is always dealt with professionally and with kindness towards myself. I have recommended Radfield already and would not hesitate to continue to do so!
Thank you very much for the kind words. Its always a pleasure to support to mum remain at home independently. I will pass on your great feedback to the staff. Thank you
We appreciate the care that was taken to provide us with the right fit for my husband's requirements.
As he was bed bound this required commitment and experience.
Thank you and please pass on our best regards to those carers who went out of their way to communicate in such a friendly way.
It made a huge difference.

Finding care for the most important person to you - my father - was incredibly emotional for us as a family. We were very impressed with the professionalism of Radfield Care. They showed empathy and kindness at a time we were struggling with my father's increasing needs.
Almost every carer shower great compassion, always prompt and respectful. We are very grateful for their support.
Many thanks

I was very pleased with the care I received.
Thank you for your feedback. It was lovely to assist you even though it was for a short time.
The team from Radfields have gone above and beyond to support my grandmother and us as a family before her stay in hospital, during her stay in hospital and her respite in a care home and then her transition back home. They have worked tirelessly to meet her needs and make her feel cared for, especially during some high levels of distress behaviour due to illness. They continue to work with us and other professionals to ensure we are consistently moving forwards towards independence levels similar to those from before Grandma was in hospital. Whilst Grandma knows she's not always the easiest person to be around in the morning, her Radfields team are always there with a smile, ready to make getting out of bed feel more do-able than it had before. We've seen huge improvements in Grandma's mood and health since coming home and that is entirely down to the high levels of care and support she is receiving from Radfields. We couldn't look after her without them - thank you!
Thank you very much for the kind words. Its great to hear that you are pleased with the quality of care your grandmother receives from us. Its a pleasure to support her to continue to remain in her own home. I will pass on your feedback to her team of carers.
Once the carers were settled with him, he had a good experience. One of the carers even looked after him when he was admitted to hospital which made a big difference to him but also made me feel he was safe. The support I got from the care supervisor meant I felt involved in decision making and supported as Dad started to decline. Allowing Dad to have his final wish of dying at home has helped me to cope with my bereavement. The role that Radfield played was crucial and I would recommend them to anyone needing similar care.
Thank you for your kind words. It means so much to us that we were able to make his wish of dying at home a possibility. It was a pleasure to look after him and I am glad that you were happy with our services and the support our care supervisor had provided to you.
Radfield Home Care provided excellent in-home care for my mother over a 3 year period. Very professional well trained staff who were always polite, respectful and very caring. Regular reviews were conducted in a thoughtful and considerate way, with lots of opportunity for input into mum's care needs. Thank you to the whole team for all the hard work and care provided.
Thank you for your kind words. I am pleased that you were happy with our services and it was a pleasure to look after mum.
As a family, we are forever grateful for your care of our Dad. His carers were genuinely caring and brought warmth, humour, and compassion. They treated our Dad with dignity and respect and visits were positive and uplifting during our darkest times. Thank you to all.
Thank you for your lovely comments. It was a real pleasure to support your dad and your family during difficult times. It's so nice to hear that we were able to help and make a difference. Thank you.
I am pleased and satisfied with Radfield. Thank you.
We are so pleased to hear that you are satisfied with our service. It's a pleasure supporting you and we are very grateful that you have taken the time to submit a review for us. Thank you.
Providing quality care is challenging and stressful for all concerned. Radfield fully understands this and has been sensitive and considerate, helping me on my journey of caring for my wife. We have had our ups and down and not all carers are able to bond with my wife in the way I need. However, I've been privileged to have two excellent carers whom I now depend on. Radfield is a first-class care provider and I have no qualms in recommending them.
Thank you for your thoughtful review. We understand how important it has been to provide the right team to support your particular needs and I am pleased that we have been able to do that. We appreciate your recommendation and look forward to supporting you in the future.
