I have been with Radfield Home Care for one year now and my experience has been very good. I have Parkinson's disease and they are very aware of my needs. The staff are very helpful and to date not one person has refused to do what I ask of them. I am a very happy client with Radfield and I just hope this will continue. The carers are all very good but there are who stand out and they are excellent. It would be very difficult to find a company better than Radfield, and even they could probably do even better.
Many thanks for your kind feedback. It's been a pleasure and we look forward to continuing to support you into the future.
I have found that Radfield Home Care goes that extra mile with their care and attention to detail. Their experienced staff do everything for my husband's needs. They look after him with pride and care.
Thank you so much, it was lovely to read your very kind comments. We are extremely proud of our team and the support that they provide, but it's very reassuring to hear how that has made a difference for you and your husband.
I would not hesitate to contact them for further care and to recommend them.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. We really enjoyed our time supporting you and were pleased to be there to help when you needed it.
I had a team of three carers from Radfield Home Care for some eight weeks whilst recovering from sepsis. All three were excellent; however, one was absolutely brilliant. This carer's nursing care was incredible. She even quietly encouraged me to become self-sufficient in a tactful and caring manner. Thank you Radfield.
Thank you for your kind words. We are so pleased to hear that you felt that our staff were excellent and that they were able to support you whilst you regained your independence. We very much enjoyed being there for you.
I lived 190 miles away from my uncle and, as next of kin, I needed to ensure that my uncle was being well looked after, due to declining health. I picked Radfield Home Care and this was one of the best decisions of my life! (After choosing my husband!) They were all so caring towards him, but also became his friends, which he needed. They would make him a cake, or drop in on him. They all came to celebrate his eightieth birthday in their own time and he was in tears, joyful tears because they meant so much to him. The management team were also fantastic, they would phone me to tell me that he had been taken into hospital, or to arrange getting him to an appointment. I would message them and they always answered quickly and offered support. Sadly, my uncle passed away a week ago. But, a few days before one of his carers drove to see him in hospital, which meant the world to him. They sent us a lovely card with a picture of him. I would like to thank them from the bottom of my heart, you are angels on earth.
Thank you for your kind comments. It's lovely to hear how we made a difference for your uncle. He was a real gentleman and meant a lot to everyone in our team who was lucky enough to meet him. It was a privilege to support him, he will be sadly missed by us all.
I started arranging input from Radfield Home Care as my relative was beginning to struggle at home. Her dementia has progressed, and I am so glad that the team at Radfield is in place. The director was highly professional and accommodating when setting up the care, and the manager is always fully engaged in navigating the available and appropriate input needed at any given time. They have bent over backwards to provide seamless care at the drop of a hat, and the service is very flexible and responsive. All the carers are skilled and the feedback I get from my relative is how much she enjoys seeing them. The team at Radfield has enabled her to remain in her own home, - very much her wish. The price of the service is entirely justified by the quality of care, and the advantages of being able to support one's family to remain in their own surroundings. The app enables me to view the care records and keep an eye from a distance which I find very reassuring. I could not praise them highly enough.
Thank you so much for your lovely feedback, we have really enjoyed getting to know your relative. It's great to know that she is benefitting from our support and that it has enabled her to remain independent in her own home.
I came out of hospital unable to walk and needing full-time care. The staff at Radfield Home Care Stamford, Peterborough & Rutland at all times were concerned with my welfare and oversee all my needs - to be showered, shaved, dressed etc and all other functions. I just kept the morning routines and in all cases the carers were impeccable. We could not recommend Radfield Home Care Stamford, Peterborough & Rutland more highly.
Thank you so much for your kind comments. It was a real pleasure to support you during your rehabilitation and it's great to hear that our service was helpful. We are delighted that you have now recovered to full independence.
In the time my mum has had care from Radfield Home Care, approximately fourteen/fifteen months, her care has improved vastly. I'm kept informed at all times if there are any problems but these are few and far between. From the top management to the new starters, I've never had any problems whatsoever.
Thank you very much for your kind words. I'm really pleased to hear that your mum's care experience has improved since our involvement. We are a small company and really value the personal relationship that we have with all of our clients and their families. It's great to know that this is working so well for your mum.
The staff are very good and I always look forward to the visits, this lets me stay in my own home.
It's lovely to hear that our support has helped you to maintain your independence at home. We really appreciate your feedback and I know that our Care Professionals all love coming out to see you!
A wonderful service in every way. It meets my every need.
Thank you for your kind review, we are very pleased that you are happy with our service. The care team are really enjoying their visits.
The care that I have been given by the ladies who have come in to help me has been excellent. I shall miss them enormously when they no longer visit.
Thank you for your very kind comments, it's been a real pleasure to help you rehabilitate from your fall and to support your recovery. We will miss you too!
Radfield home care provided a professional and caring service for my stepfather in Stamford for almost a year. He had dementia. They are 100% reliable and 100% trustworthy. All staff are friendly and helpful.
Thank you very much for your kind comments. We were pleased to be of support to your stepfather and your family, it was a real privilege. We wish you well for the future.
We have been very pleased with Radfield's service from the start, they operate to very high quality standards. Being a family-run business, it is easy to know who to get in contact with to get things sorted, and they are always very responsive and clear. But of course, most important of all is the professionalism and friendliness of the carers. My mother has made lifelong friends, for which she is eternally grateful.
Many thanks for your kind feedback. We have thoroughly enjoyed supporting your mother and were pleased to see such a lovely relationship develop between her and her team of care professionals. We will all miss her.
Very professional and hardworking carers. Often above and beyond care required. I was kept informed at all times of any issues and staff were able to provide me with support and advice. Would recommend this company for care and support of the whole family at difficult times.
Thank you so much for your kind feedback. Your mum was an absolute joy to support and we all hold very fond memories of her.
Radfield Care looked after my mother at home over the past few months before her death aged 100. Without exception the care was excellent. The carers were all kind, thoughtful and prepared to help in any way they could. Communication between Radfield's office and ourselves were very good and we have no hesitation in recommending them.
Thank you so much for your very kind recommendation. We all hold very fond memories of your mother and it was a real privilege to be there to witness the wonderful celebrations for her 100th birthday.
This company requires six stars really nothing is too much trouble. I felt safer with professional carers coming in. Each one trained to a high standard. My father and mother were very grateful to get the care when they needed it with a care plan tailored to them. Thanks once again to the Manager and the team for an excellent support network for as long as we needed it.
Thank you so much for your 6* review! It was a great pleasure to work alongside you and other family members in support your parents. I'm pleased that we were able to provide the right level of help when it was needed.
Both my parents like so many other older people were reluctant to accept that they needed care. Fearing that help would mean their lives would be taken over and organised around a company schedule rather than making their own choices. Radfield home care have been the opposite knowing when to step back and when to assist they are all lovely people. They have helped me to look after my father die at home from a terminal illness when I too needed a bit of help. It is a stark reminder that aging is not easy but life can be so much better with the right care and support.
Thank you so much for your kind words, we were pleased that we could be there to help at a difficult time for your parents. We very much enjoyed our time supporting them and send our sympathy and best wishes to you and your mother at this sad time.
All Radfield's carers have been punctual, efficient, caring and kind. They have helped me through a difficult postoperative stage and made my husband's life easier, as principal carer in the home. Nothing has been too much trouble for them, and I thoroughly recommend them to friends and neighbours.
Thank you for your kind words. It's great that we were able to assist during your rehabilitation. I know that the team have all had fun supporting you!
We are using Radfield carers to support my dad who is terminally ill. The care and communication over the last 9 days since my dad was discharged from hospital and in the run-up to his discharge have been excellent. The director has been very helpful in accommodating my dad’s needs and the registered care manager has introduced each carer personally to my dad and has been proactive in ensuring that all my dad’s needs are met effectively. The carers themselves are a range of ages and all that I have met have quickly established a lovely rapport with my dad and are very client-centred in their approach. They administer my dad’s medicines, assist him with self-care, washing, dressing and toileting, heat up the meals we have made/bought, wash up, supervise him mobilising and do additional tasks as time allows. All his needs have been assessed by the care manager working in partnership with my dad/us. We have use of the app so we can get an update on all that each carer has done at each visit.
Thank you so much for your kind comments. We were pleased to be able to support your dad's return from Hospital and have enjoyed working closely with family members to enable him to manage safely in his own home. He's a real delight to look after.
We chose Radfield Home Care for their professional and caring approach at our first meeting with them. They were able to offer us the care plan we required and joined us into an app that allowed us to read about mum's visits and highlight any concerns. We found this very helpful. At first, Mum was not impressed at having carers, but she warmed to them and when the visits were drawing to an end she actually told them she was going to miss them. The team of carers provided were professional, well trained and very caring, nothing was too much for them. To have peace of mind that you can trust your loved ones are getting the best possible care is something that we can say we experienced with Radfield. We would highly recommend them and should we require care again, we wouldn't hesitate to contact them.
Thank you so much for your lovely feedback, we all really enjoyed supporting your mum and will miss her. I'm really pleased that you found the app of benefit. It's great that we were able to use this with you to share information about your mum's care. It really prompted some excellent communication between us so that we could help her in the best possible way.
