Everything in my experience was amazing, caring and in no way embarrassing. I would definitely use this company again. Thanks to your amazing and caring staff, nothing was too much trouble.

Radfield Homecare staff looked after my father really well, we could not fault them. They put our minds to rest with their excellent attention to detail regarding dad's care. His personal washing, dressing, medication and preparing meals were very good. Any problems with his health and safety were dealt with and reported to us straight away. They were all very friendly and courteous at all times. Dad thought very highly of them all. We are very grateful to everyone for making him comfortable.

We returned to using Radfield Home Care, Stamford in October after having a very good experience with them on several occasions in the last year. On this occasion, their standards were equally high and communication and the service were both excellent.

Following a fall I needed assistance to stay at home. I cannot fault the speed and efficiency of setting up my requirements. Also, the very pleasant carers who visited me.

I am caring for my Aunt diagnosed with dementia who lives on her own an hour and a half away. Radfield Home Care is helping me support my Aunt in her own home for as long as possible. The owner, care manager and their team have been extremely helpful, supportive, professional and experienced. They are available at the end of a phone 24/7 to talk through any issues arising, enabling me to make decisions to ensure my Aunt is safe and supported effectively. She has a small team of carers who are all local, very kind and treat her with dignity and respect. I get daily updates via the app and am in regular contact by phone and email with the owner and the care manager. I do feel as if I'm part of the team working together to care for my Aunt. Their support and assistance are taking away much of the worry and pressure of caring for someone with dementia.

From the first visit, we have been so impressed by the personal care and attention given to Mum. We all as a family have total confidence in Radfield Stamford. Mum is treated with respect and looked after as if she is a member of the family. When care was halted for a while because of hospital admission we were phoned regularly to ask after Mum's health. The care was then adapted to suit changing needs. Nothing is to much trouble. We are so very grateful and so thankful to have found this wonderful facility.

From the moment we phoned Radfield they were by far the most professional, caring company we’d spoken to. They arranged an initial meeting with my mother and myself to get to know every detail about my mother before coming up with a care plan that matched my mother’s needs perfectly. Each member of staff that cared for my mother was introduced to her by the management and knew her every need before starting. The whole team are extremely efficient and genuinely care. In an emergency situation, they were very professional and actually saved my mother’s life. While my mother was in hospital I had regular phone calls from the Director to find out how she was. Before she came out of hospital a new care plan was put together to ensure all her needs were met. My mother loves every member of the care team. She is an independent woman despite her disabilities and feels extremely happy with the care they all give her. We thoroughly recommend this wonderful, caring home care service.

The care and support Radfield Care are providing for my neighbour and friend is very helpful and valuable. It has taken some of the worry and stress from my shoulders, as I know she is being helped to keep safe and maintain a healthy routine. All the staff are very kind and helpful, and I know my neighbour appreciates regular contact and assistance.
