Amazing company. Work with you to give regularcarers so that the service user gets used to regular faces. Top man for my mum is Samuel. He's encouraging, caring and cheery which can be very hard to maintain regularly in this type of occupation.
Thank you so much for your feedback, it's lovely to hear about the experience your Mum has had with the carers, especially Sam. We will make sure this is passed on
the only thing i dont like is when my regular carers are off some off the bank carers are not as helpfull to the regular carers
Thank you for your feedback, I will make sure this is passed onto your regular carers
The care provided was very good and very professional, one carer in particular was excellent. The only difficulty was the timing of the visits. The morning visit (anytime between 10.15 and 11.30am) was too late to help him with showering and/or dressing and breakfast as he is diabetic and needs breakfast around 8am. The lunch visit was too late at 2pm ish to give him lunch ( being diabetic he needed something at 12.30) and the evening visit ( anyime between 6.30 and 7.30) clashed with our evening meal and was too early to put him to bed!
Thank you for your feedback, this is very valuable and we will take all onboard going forwards
Kingsley Homecare looked after my neighbours a few months ago short term, they were very pleased with how quickly things were put in place, with the help they received they were able to continue independently after care had finished, and they couldn't praise the carers enough. They would definitely use Kingsley Homecare again in the future
Thank you so much for your review, we're always happy to help again in the future
We started Kingsley Home Care after my Mum was in a bad accident, to help her and my elderly Dad. They have always been very reliable and caring, and my parents got to know their main carer really well. She was always so friendly and cheerful, she prepared specialised meals for them according to their needs and tastes, and went the extra mile, making it much more than just providing care. My brother and I always felt very comforted knowing they were being looked after so well. Thank you.
Thank you so much for your feedback, I will ensure this is passed on to the regular carer
Kingsley Care are very professional and understanding when someone they care for who you love very much needs care. The carers were lovely and kind to mum but due to the town mum lived in the staff KC employ were always in a rush as there are so few to cover the area.Sometimes mum would have been happy with a nice cup of tea and a chat to break up her day. However, each lady that cared for mum was kind and thorough and I would recommend anyone who wants exceptional care for their loved one to use Kingsley Care.
Thank you for your review, it was a pleasure to look after your Mum and I will pass your feedback onto the carers
Kingsley have been supporting my mum now for the last few months, mum has found the carers all incredibly friendly and helpful, and I have found the admin team really easy to communicate with, and helpful with changes that I need to mum's daily routine
Thank you for your feedback, I will ensure this is communicated to the team
It has been important to Mum to have continuity, so having the same carer on a regular basis has been wonderful.
Thank you for your lovely review, it's really important to us to have such valuable feedback
We really needed respite help as the weeks and months passed. Kingsley Homecare were amazing, they helped us all to manage my mother's care and her exceptional recovery was definitely aided by their outstanding staff.
She was so impressed with the Kingsley staff and carers, that she still has the loveliest carer come to help her twice a week. My mother looks forward to seeing her each week, they chat away together while she attends to her needs with dedication and kindness.
Thank you so much for everything that you have done and continue to do for my mother.
Thank you so much for your lovely feedback, it's really appreciated
Thanks for all that you and your team do to support my brother each weekend and for sending the weekly rota list through to me which is reassuring. He has not complained once about the service that you provide. I would not hesitate to recommend you to others.
Thank you very much for your feedback, this is incredibly valued by us as a team
Having someone in the house doing the work that I should be doing was very hard to come to terms with. I have now got used to it and appreciate it very much. Our carer is efficient and caring and we both treat her as a friend.
Thank you for such positive feedback, I will ensure this is passed onto your carer
Carers arrive on time and engage with those they care for.
Would not hesitate to recommend this service
We really appreciate such positive feedback, I will ensure this is passed onto the team
Great service, nothing is too much trouble. Efficient, reliable, caring , professional, trustworthy and friendly and cheerful.Lovely staff who are more like friends now. My parents always have enormous praise for them especially my dad who wasn't keen on having a carer to start with. Would highly recommend.Dont know what we would do without them.
Thank you for your feedback, this is really valuable and will be passed onto the team
I have been accessing carers for my dad since last autumn. After my mum died, nearly three years ago, demands for caring for my dad on my own became increasingly difficult. A conversation with hospital staff brought me to the attention of Kingsley Care home, and suggested making contact to have support in caring for my dad in his own home. This all started the process with carers and has dramatically altered both mine and my dad's quality of life. One staff member, from Kingsley, came out and met with me directly: He was extremely understanding in the circumstances and listened well to all my concerns. I cannot find fault at all with either them - their time and attention given to my dad means so much to me: purely for the fact that he likes them and finds them kind, caring and genuinely interested in helping him. That means so much to me and gives me peace of mind to continue living my life with both family and work commitments - improving my relationship as a daughter.
Thank you for your lovely feedback, it's very much appreciated.
My wife has a very positive view of the Kingsley care service and the carers that provides her help on the three occasions each day. I have a similar view. Each of the carers have quickly understood my wife's needs and when necessary ask me any appropriate questions as to any additional requirements.
Thank you so much for your feedback, it's so lovely to hear.
Made my Grandad feel so comfortable and he always enjoyed and looked forward to the carers coming.
Thank you so much for your feedback, it's so lovely to hear.
All carers whom have been to attend to my mother and previously my father have been very professional and polite with a deep sense of caring. They have respected her and promoted her independence when attending to personal care. During her companion visit she developed strong friendships and shared experiences with those carers giving her a sense of purpose.
Secondly I would like to express my gratitude to the staff in the office whom are always there to solve any problems, or concerns I may have to ensure positive experiences for both my mother and us as a family.
Thank you for you feedback, we really appreciate it.
We have been using Kingsley Care for some time now and both my mother and I are getting used to it now. We find the people at Waveney Valley very easy to communicate with and any problems we have are usually sorted out very quickly. The only slight issue that we have sometimes is timing but we understand there is very little the carers can do about that if they have to stay somewhere longer. I like the fact that if any medication is running low we are emailed about it so that something can be done. I really like the service and it is really helping my mother.
Thank you for you feedback, we really appreciate it.
Without hesitation, I highly recommend using the services of Kingsley Home Care and especially the dedicated team who have provided an outstanding service to my mother. They have been extremely supportive throughout, providing an evolving care plan to meet my Mum's changing needs and their app giving immediate feedback on visits provides great comfort that Mum is in such capable hands. As for the Care Team themselves - every single one of them is absolutely fantastic - patient, understanding, considerate and so kind-hearted.
Kingsley Home Care stepped in to help my elderly mother following her discharge from hospital in December 2023. Their daily visits gave me huge peace of mind that someone would be there when I couldn't be. All the carers were very kind and thoughtful and willing to do any task.

Meet the Team (4)
How long have you been in the care industry, and what led you to join Kingsley HomeCare?
I have been in the care industry for 13 years, with the majority of my time spent in domiciliary care. I joined Kingsley because it was a family-run business that looked after all their staff. They had great benefits and I wanted to work with a company in my local area to provide the best care to local clients.
What do you find most rewarding about working in-home care?
Being able to provide short-term, end-of-life care which allows a person to pass awareness peacefully at home rather than in a hospital setting.
What is your vision for the future of this branch and the services it provides?
My vision for the future is for the branch to be even more successful, doubling the amount of hours and eventually covering a wider area so we can provide care to more people, and get the Kingsley name out even further.
What are your hobbies and passions outside of Kingsley?
I enjoy knitting and crochet, or just about anything crafty.
Helen joined us in 2025 and has been an integral part of the team - always with a big smile on her face and happy to help.
Sukie is a fantastic member of our care coordination team - helping clients find the care that suits them best.
I joined the care industry in 2010. I started my career as a domiciliary Care Support worker, then delved into residential, nursing and specialist Dementia care. I was then offered the opportunity to become a care coordinator and complete my Level 5 qualification; I jumped at this opportunity and came back into domiciliary care. I then progressed to a registered manager. I joined Kingsley because the Support Manager role immediately stood out to me. Having spent many years as a Registered Manager, I understand that support in that position can sometimes be limited. The opportunity to be part of a role dedicated to helping managers develop and succeed was something I was keen to be involved in.
What do you find most rewarding about working in home care?
I am passionate about supporting people to live independently in their own homes—the place where they feel most comfortable and where so many of their memories are held. I take great pride in promoting independence, as it is vital that individuals are encouraged and supported to continue doing the things they are able to.
I also value the support our care providers provide not only to our clients but to their families as well. It allows families to spend meaningful quality time together, while also giving them peace of mind that, when they are unavailable, their loved ones are in the safe hands of a compassionate and professional carer.
What is your vision for the future of this branch and the services it provides?
My vision is to continue supporting local communities, whether that is by meeting care needs or contributing to local initiatives and charities. I am committed to making a positive difference both through high-quality care and by actively supporting the wider community.
What are your hobbies and passions outside of Kingsley?
I don’t get a lot of time for hobbies, but family is always my priority. Spending time with the people I love is my biggest passion. That can be baking cakes or just watching TV. I do have a big love for music, and you can often find me and my daughter singing and dancing in the garden.
