All the carers have been very kind to me I have really come out of hospital as I like my own I need a little more help they have been very kind to me.

As a recently widowed person with a fairly severe disability, I was very impressed by the way my needs were assessed by a caring team. The programme arranged for me is working really well and the carers very helpful and allow me to lead a reasonable life. I look forward to spending time with the very likeable, efficient, and helpful team.

Amazing company. Work with you to give regularcarers so that the service user gets used to regular faces. Top man for my mum is Samuel. He's encouraging, caring and cheery which can be very hard to maintain regularly in this type of occupation.

I think some sort of electronic system that we could log onto to see both the carers remarks and view a medical/food log would be beneficial.

Plaxedes and Erica and Mercy all provide personal care needs for my mum.

They provide a great service and always attend to my mums personal care needs, and preparing her breakfast and lunch and making her feel special.

My mum adores Erica and Mercy as they are both so kind and friendly and just so caring.

The carers have been very reliable, very caring and friendly. They chat in an easy, friendly and relaxing way to put my husband at ease.

The girls are very welcoming and I always look forward to their visit. I enjoy a cup of tea with them in the morning and appreciate their support with a shower. All in all they provide a very good service and I highly recommend them.

Overall, the carers are good, with some better than others. All very friendly and caring.

After many weeks of trying to convince my mum that it would be beneficial for her to have someone come in a couple of days a week to cook a hot meal for her. My mum is thrilled to see a smiley face on Mondays and Tuesdays, have some lovely company and a nice warm meal. This has helped both my mum and myself and taken a huge burden off my mind. I cannot thank your team enough for providing such a first class service!

the only thing i dont like is when my regular carers are off some off the bank carers are not as helpfull to the regular carers

The care provided was very good and very professional, one carer in particular was excellent. The only difficulty was the timing of the visits. The morning visit (anytime between 10.15 and 11.30am) was too late to help him with showering and/or dressing and breakfast as he is diabetic and needs breakfast around 8am. The lunch visit was too late at 2pm ish to give him lunch ( being diabetic he needed something at 12.30) and the evening visit ( anyime between 6.30 and 7.30) clashed with our evening meal and was too early to put him to bed!

Kingsley Homecare looked after my neighbours a few months ago short term, they were very pleased with how quickly things were put in place, with the help they received they were able to continue independently after care had finished, and they couldn't praise the carers enough. They would definitely use Kingsley Homecare again in the future

We started Kingsley Home Care after my Mum was in a bad accident, to help her and my elderly Dad. They have always been very reliable and caring, and my parents got to know their main carer really well. She was always so friendly and cheerful, she prepared specialised meals for them according to their needs and tastes, and went the extra mile, making it much more than just providing care. My brother and I always felt very comforted knowing they were being looked after so well. Thank you.

Kingsley Care are very professional and understanding when someone they care for who you love very much needs care.The carers were lovely and kind to mum but due to the town mum lived in the staff KC employ were always in a rush as there are so few to cover the area.Sometimes mum would have been happy with a nice cup of tea and a chat to break up her day.However, each lady that cared for mum was kind and thorough and I would recommend anyone who wants exceptional care for their loved one to use Kingsley Care.
