Very friendly and got to know dad he was very comfortable being left with her. It gave my mum and I peace of mind he was being well looked after.

We were very happy with the care shown, the person who came was very freindly and pleasant, my husband who has dementia got on with her very well. I would reccomend the service with a 5 star.

The care provider St George's is local to where I live and I had heard that they had an excellent reputation which is why my family and I decided to approach them following my fathers accident. He had had a long stay in hospital and then a care home for some respite before returning home. We weren't sure how my father would take to carers coming in to his home but from the start they proved to be exceptional in every way - hardworking, friendly, reliable - I could say many more good things! From the management to the carers we are very impressed with their service and we would highly recommend them.

Dad has taken to his carer, which we are thrilled about. Having a warm and dedicated carer has put all our minds at rest. Mum can go out without feeling guilty.

We consider ourselves very lucky to have them to assist with Mum at this stage in her life. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kingsley Home Care.

Staff have all been excellent; from the initial visit, contact with the office, and the team who visit. They all show genuine concern and attention to detail, and provide fantastic support to mum - from very basic help such as a quick chat & making a cuppa, right through to any maintaining her dignity with personal care needs that she may have. I cannot recommend this team highly enough.

These ladies have been a godsend to us. Mum requires a lot of help daily with dressing, washing, toileting, eating and drinking and the ladies go above and beyond every day in our opinion. On a separate note Gemma and the other members of staff in the office have also been so helpful and always reply to our emails and messages quickly and efficiently.

Amazing company. Work with you to give regularcarers so that the service user gets used to regular faces. Top man for my mum is Samuel. He's encouraging, caring and cheery which can be very hard to maintain regularly in this type of occupation.

Mum was very well cared for by the St George's home are team . They are friendly kind and responsive to my mums care needs and to us as a family . We are very grateful for their excellent care and support. Her care plan was very person centred and it allowed mum to remain near my father during his last months of life . I appreciated being able to access her care plans on the app on a daily basis

I think some sort of electronic system that we could log onto to see both the carers remarks and view a medical/food log would be beneficial.

Plaxedes and Erica and Mercy all provide personal care needs for my mum.

They provide a great service and always attend to my mums personal care needs, and preparing her breakfast and lunch and making her feel special.

My mum adores Erica and Mercy as they are both so kind and friendly and just so caring.
