One staff member, from Kingsley, came out and met with me directly: He was extremely understanding in the circumstances and listened well to all my concerns. I cannot find fault at all with either them - their time and attention given to my dad means so much to me: purely for the fact that he likes them and finds them kind, caring and genuinely interested in helping him. That means so much to me and gives me peace of mind to continue living my life with both family and work commitments - improving my relationship as a daughter.

there is very little the carers can do about that if they have to stay somewhere longer. I like the fact that if any medication is running low we are emailed about it so that something can be done. I really like the service and it is really helping my mother.
