Overall Experience

I started with you on 18th August 2026 for 2 hours 3 times a week. This has proved to be an excellent service. There are 2 carers who alternate and its nice to have familiar people visiting me. I have been taken out on one occasion so far and expect there to be another. They are really good so I am glad I come to thank you.

Overall Experience

Tina the Branch Manager has been amazing with covering things over stepping problems. Mum is thrilled with her new carer Alex and everything has been plain sailing. We as a family are more than happy with mum's care plan and the service we consistently have.

Overall Experience

Kingsley group has been supporting my mum for a few months now. Tina has been an absolute godsend. Mum gets on very well with Tina, they spend several days a week together either chatting or going out for coffee/lunch or appointments. The only ongoing issue we have is mum is still not taking any of her medication.

Have only just started using kingsley home care for my mother. So far I have found them to be extremely helpful, kind and considerate.

When booking care I only have to give a few days notice which is so very useful particularly if attending appointments etc.

We previously used Kingsley Home Care in their own setting at Earls Colne for several respite care sessions for my Dad. They were fantastic and I was disappointed when they couldn't provide any further respite time due to being fully booked. However they recommended Kingsley Home Care from Sudbury who provide care in your own home. I was sceptical about trying home help as I didn't think it would give Mum the respite she needed as well as a reset for Dad. I should not have been worried, Tina from Kingsley Sudbury has been amazing. Dad has responded very well to her visits and keen to do activities with her. She has helped restore a little spark which we thought he had lost. I would highly recommend Tina, we all have such peace of mind Dad is being so cared for when we are not present. Mel

I found Kingsley home care after realising that my elderly Mother was in need of a bit of help with bathing and washing. Tina and Maddie came out to us on the same day of contacting them and we realised straight away that they were the ones we'd
like for Mum. They have been wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble and their kind and caring natures are very apparent.

We consider ourselves very lucky to have them to assist with Mum at this stage in her life. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kingsley Home Care.

Overall Experience

Communication from the office is abysmal. There should be communication through a portal but the access to it has never been sorted out for me. There have been several phone calls however but things are left not followed through. Visit times have been changed without any notice, up to an hour either way of when they should start. Some visits have been cancelled and not rearranged so I have had to try to manage without.

The actual care staff are pleasant. The standard of work is variable and some of it is completely unsatisfactory although some of it has been wonderful. I am cancelling as I am too disappointed with being continually let down. (since starting in December so it's been a good 3 months of not good enough)

I am vary happy with the my carers they do the taske and have a chat with me. Carers come and go sometimes difference ones but they all to me to be friendly and weliness to do the taske I ask them to do.
