When booking care I only have to give a few days notice which is so very useful particularly if attending appointments etc.

We previously used Kingsley Home Care in their own setting at Earls Colne for several respite care sessions for my Dad. They were fantastic and I was disappointed when they couldn't provide any further respite time due to being fully booked. However they recommended Kingsley Home Care from Sudbury who provide care in your own home. I was sceptical about trying home help as I didn't think it would give Mum the respite she needed as well as a reset for Dad. I should not have been worried, Tina from Kingsley Sudbury has been amazing. Dad has responded very well to her visits and keen to do activities with her. She has helped restore a little spark which we thought he had lost. I would highly recommend Tina, we all have such peace of mind Dad is being so cared for when we are not present. Mel

All the carers have been very kind to me I have really come out of hospital as I like my own I need a little more help they have been very kind to me.

The actual care staff are pleasant. The standard of work is variable and some of it is completely unsatisfactory although some of it has been wonderful. I am cancelling as I am too disappointed with being continually let down. (since starting in December so it's been a good 3 months of not good enough)

I am vary happy with the my carers they do the taske and have a chat with me. Carers come and go sometimes difference ones but they all to me to be friendly and weliness to do the taske I ask them to do. It is nice to trust your carers into my flat a happy moment to look forward to and miss them when they gone xxx

My mum's carers are very good. They really do seem to care about the clients that they visit. If there any concerns about their visit they always contact me to let me know. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for care.

I have found all the carers to be extremely kind and caring. They are all extremely friendly and cheer me up when I'm feeling down. I couldn't ask for anything better.

Kingsley has been amazing with regards my mum. We have struggled getting help for Mum but thanks to all the staff at Kingsley making a massive effort, from the office staff to the carers. Well done to you all, I cannot recommend enough.

I would recommend Kingsley Home Care, all the carers and staff have shown extraordinary kindness and empathy to our mum each day as they provide support in the home. We are pleased with the reassuring support they have provided to us too as we live away from Lowestoft. We wholeheartedly know they are meeting and caring for our mum well so she can stay living in her own home.

We would recommend Kingsley Carers, the lovely ladies who have been supporting our dad show him kindness and respectfulness. We can’t fault the service offered from the caring team who visit or the management team and are very grateful for everything they do to help keep Dad in his own home.

Very pleased with the service, the girls are friendly and very helpful. We now have a permanent arrangement and as I am due to have an operation within the next couple of months, I will need their services even more.
