Communication from the office is abysmal. There should be communication through a portal but the access to it has never been sorted out for me. There have been several phone calls however but things are left not followed through. Visit times have been changed without any notice, up to an hour either
way of when they should start. Some visits have been cancelled and not rearranged so I have had to try to manage without.
The actual care staff are pleasant. The standard of work is variable and some of it is completely unsatisfactory although some of it has been wonderful. I am cancelling as I am too disappointed with being continually let down. (since starting in December so it's been a good 3 months of not good enough)

We have looked into your concerns and it is our understanding that the fish tank (significant in size) water change task was asked of the carer and this was completed, however, this is not a task we would undertake due to health safety protocols. My mum's carers are very good. They really do seem to care about the clients that they visit. If there any concerns about their visit they always contact me to let me know. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for care.

Kingsley has been amazing with regards my mum. We have struggled getting help for Mum but thanks to all the staff at Kingsley making a massive effort, from the office staff to the carers. Well done to you all, I cannot recommend enough.

I would recommend Kingsley Home Care, all the carers and staff have shown extraordinary kindness and empathy to our mum each day as they provide support in the home. We are pleased with the reassuring support they have provided to us too as we live away from Lowestoft. We wholeheartedly know they are

We would recommend Kingsley Carers, the lovely ladies who have been supporting our dad show him kindness and respectfulness. We can’t fault the service offered from the caring team who visit or the management team and are very grateful for everything they do to help keep Dad in his own home.

Over the last few months we have found our mother’s dementia had moved to new level and we found ourselves needing extra care.
After a recommendation for Kingsley from a friend and from our first introductory meeting we knew Kingsley was the right one for Mum.
Everyone we have met has been caring
and considerate, from the office team to the ladies on the ground 'we couldn’t be happier'.
We have always found them to be punctual, respectful, patient and trustworthy.

All my carers are absolutely lovely and treat me with respect and dignity at all times, I would recommend them to anyone. I am quite a young person to need this kind of care, but they make me feel better about myself and my situation.

All members of the team who visited me always arrived on time and always with a smile. They showed great empathy and kindness and helped me to regain my confidence and ability to care for myself after my operation. I even received a card and plant from the team on my birthday! I cannot find any fault with the carers, they are polite, friendly and treat me with respect. I hope Winter time they put covers on their shoes when it is wet.

The help and support that Kingsley provide for my mum (who has Dementia) has been amazing and invaluable to us as family members, the peace of mind that their visits give has been a relief at a time when we were struggling to cope.
The support from the carers and manager has been supportive, reliable,
caring and flexible. This is the first time we have needed to explore the use of carers and so far the experience we have had has exceeded our expectations. Well done Kingsley, you are doing so well with the service you provide, keep up the good work!
