My mother has been having daily care visits from Kingsley for over a year now. She has got to know the regular carers well and enjoys their visits. It has provided security to my mum and peace of mind for me and my siblings. They go above and beyond and I rate them very highly. Would definitely recommend them as an agency.
Thank you for your lovely feedback, it's so nice to hear such positive things about our carers.
Kingsley Home Care Services have been brilliant with daily visits to my mother-in-law. They are easy to contact, helpful and very flexible when changes need to be made. The carers are kind, reliable and have been excellent. I would not hesitate in recommending their service as we have been delighted and very grateful for their superb support. Thank you very much.
Thank you for the lovely feedback, I know all the carers that went into your mother-in-law enjoyed looking after her and I will be sure to pass on your feedback.
I have only been receiving care since 30/05/23 inclusive and since that time I have been well satisfied. The carers have been courteous, punctual and have effectively taken care of my needs in the hourly period there spend with me each morning.
Thank you so much for your lovely feedback and we are so glad that you are happy with the service that we provide. I will ensure that we share your comments with the staff.
Lovely friendly carers took time to chat to him as well as assist him.
Will be using Kingsley Home Care Services again. Thank you so much.
I am very happy with the care that I get from my carer. They are very helpful.

Meet the Team (4)
How long have you been in the care industry, and what led you to join Kingsley HomeCare?
I have been in the care industry for 13 years, with the majority of my time spent in domiciliary care. I joined Kingsley because it was a family-run business that looked after all their staff. They had great benefits and I wanted to work with a company in my local area to provide the best care to local clients.
What do you find most rewarding about working in-home care?
Being able to provide short-term, end-of-life care which allows a person to pass awareness peacefully at home rather than in a hospital setting.
What is your vision for the future of this branch and the services it provides?
My vision for the future is for the branch to be even more successful, doubling the amount of hours and eventually covering a wider area so we can provide care to more people, and get the Kingsley name out even further.
What are your hobbies and passions outside of Kingsley?
I enjoy knitting and crochet, or just about anything crafty.
Helen joined us in 2025 and has been an integral part of the team - always with a big smile on her face and happy to help.
Sukie is a fantastic member of our care coordination team - helping clients find the care that suits them best.
I joined the care industry in 2010. I started my career as a domiciliary Care Support worker, then delved into residential, nursing and specialist Dementia care. I was then offered the opportunity to become a care coordinator and complete my Level 5 qualification; I jumped at this opportunity and came back into domiciliary care. I then progressed to a registered manager. I joined Kingsley because the Support Manager role immediately stood out to me. Having spent many years as a Registered Manager, I understand that support in that position can sometimes be limited. The opportunity to be part of a role dedicated to helping managers develop and succeed was something I was keen to be involved in.
What do you find most rewarding about working in home care?
I am passionate about supporting people to live independently in their own homes—the place where they feel most comfortable and where so many of their memories are held. I take great pride in promoting independence, as it is vital that individuals are encouraged and supported to continue doing the things they are able to.
I also value the support our care providers provide not only to our clients but to their families as well. It allows families to spend meaningful quality time together, while also giving them peace of mind that, when they are unavailable, their loved ones are in the safe hands of a compassionate and professional carer.
What is your vision for the future of this branch and the services it provides?
My vision is to continue supporting local communities, whether that is by meeting care needs or contributing to local initiatives and charities. I am committed to making a positive difference both through high-quality care and by actively supporting the wider community.
What are your hobbies and passions outside of Kingsley?
I don’t get a lot of time for hobbies, but family is always my priority. Spending time with the people I love is my biggest passion. That can be baking cakes or just watching TV. I do have a big love for music, and you can often find me and my daughter singing and dancing in the garden.
