I have found your care service to be very professional. The carers have shown compassion and given my wife a lot of comfort.

As a young mum with young children, I didn't want carers in and out of my home. But I needed them, I was worried about how my children would act with strangers coming into their home. Wow, I couldn't believe their reaction towards the carers was and still is amazing. All the staff are absolutely over amazing words can not tell you in words until you have them yourself. They have been amazing with me so caring, gentle and kind, they go over and beyond the care to provide us with the best care possible. They all treat me and my kids as a family they come in, notice my kids and other visitors who come into my home, and all polite caring excellent manners and consider everyone. I will never change my care providers. The owner well she is absolutely the most caring and understanding and goes above and beyond her level of caring. I can't thank you all enough for what you have done and still doing for me. My children and I love the relationship you all have with them and make them feel safe and welcome.

The care my mum and dad received was acceptable. The carers followed a prescribed regime of care for my dad and mum. The agency staff were flexible with the timings of attendance. The manager was very helpful with organising the total care for my dad and mum.

The staff are looking after my husband who has terminal cancer, they are the most caring and friendly people I can’t praise them enough. My husband really enjoys the banter and looks forward to their visits, they brighten his day.

As the sister of the client, I have observed the way that the staff has shown care and attention towards my sister and the way they are able to identify what her needs are. The staff are gentle and kind and exercise the utmost patience when they are dealing with her. The manager has always accommodated my sister by helping her with any questions she may have. My sister always appears to be happy with the service and will like to continue with Demidav home care in future.

I just wanted to say the biggest thank you for the care that your team showered on both my hubby and I in those short weeks before he sadly died. I'm heartbroken and so lost. The team you have working for you is one in a million. The most amazing, caring, loving, supportive, unconditional special people. I and our boys are eternally grateful and appreciative of the outstanding care they provided in his last weeks with so much dignity, grace, love and support. We couldn't have been in better hands. Such wonderful, wonderful people that I will always be indebted to. Thank you.

Demidav have been caring for my Mum since October 2022 and the whole family have been incredibly impressed with the service that Demidav have provided. All of the care staff are polite, professional and very methodical. The staff place Mum at the very top of their priority and target Mum's specific needs, explaining every step and process to her as they carry out their tasks. The care staff are very dedicated and work exceptionally well as a team, they cheer Mum up when she's down and reassure the family that all is well. I have had to have carers since around the start of the year and the service I have received from all of my carers is excellent. Every carer I have seen is so pleasant and will do anything for me. Always so polite, kind and caring. Very appreciative of the work they do.

I cannot rate the care my husband received from each and every carer highly enough. He was treated with the utmost dignity and respect by every carer that came into our home to carry out personal care and make him comfortable in the last weeks of his life, I couldn’t have coped without them. I will be forever grateful to them for their kindness, help and support.

My dad received care from Demidav for almost 2 years before moving into a care home in April. I am forever grateful for the brilliant care they provided that allowed him to go about his day happier and safer, and for the support I felt from them that made my role of carer that bit less lonely and daunting. The app to view care notes was so useful to keep up daily with his care and if there were ever any questions I could always speak to the team directly to resolve them. The initial move to having care at home was tricky, but the staff navigated it with ease and really made my dad feel comfortable with people suddenly interfering in his routine and life. It was clear from day one that they really care about the individuals and how best to support them and I could see the difference they made to my dad’s well-being and happiness in his own home. Thank you for making the last two years that bit easier and for doing what you do so brilliantly - you are stars!

A big thank you to all the caring staff who are currently looking after my mum in palliative care. You really are a wonderful dedicated team and very attentive to Mum’s needs, treating her with respect and the dignity she deserves. We really couldn’t manage without you and making things easier for our family to cope with a difficult time.

All staff we have had contact with from Demidav have been extremely kind, caring and helpful not only to myself but to my wife also.

Care given to my husband by visiting carers, who come regularly and are very helpful and kind to both me and my husband. They do a very good job. Well done.

When I'm out or not available I know the carers will do whatever needs to be done and leave my mum comfortable until I get back. They also talk with my mum even if they are not getting much in response.

Demidav carers looked after my mum for her last four weeks before she passed away. The staff always treated her with respect, maintained her dignity and kept her comfortable. They had a very good understanding of palliative care needs. They were extremely considerate of our needs as a family as well and showed concern and compassion to us.
