My dad received care from Demidav for almost 2 years before moving into a care home in April. I am forever grateful for the brilliant care they provided that allowed him to go about his day happier and safer, and for the support I felt from them that made my role of carer that bit less lonely and daunting.
The app to view care notes was so useful to keep up daily with his care and if there were ever any questions I could always speak to the team directly to resolve them. The initial move to having care at home was tricky, but the staff navigated it with ease and really made my dad feel comfortable with people suddenly interfering in his routine and life. It was clear from day one that they really care about the individuals and how best to support them and I could see the difference they made to my dad’s well-being and happiness in his own home. Thank you for making the last two years that bit easier and for doing what you do so brilliantly - you are stars!

Staff are very friendly and professional, understanding that sometimes the person they are caring for can be a bit awkward or unapproachable depending on how they are feeling on the day, nothing is too much trouble.
I genuinely don’t know how we would cope without the care and the support they give.

When I'm out or not available I know the carers will do whatever needs to be done and leave my mum comfortable until I get back. They also talk with my mum even if they are not getting much in response.

Demidav carers looked after my mum for her last four weeks before she passed away. The staff always treated her with respect, maintained her dignity and kept her comfortable. They had a very good understanding of palliative care needs. They were extremely considerate of our needs as a family as well
and showed concern and compassion to us.

Demidav provided care for my father only for a short time until his death. They always treated my father with respect and compassion. I cannot fault the service they provided, with the team working hard to ensure he was comfortable and had everything he needed, encouraging him to eat and drink, which
cannot be said of other care agencies initially involved in my fathers care.

I thoroughly recommend Demidav Ltd to anyone requiring first-class care for a member of their family. The Demidav Ltd representatives cared for my husband for four months until he sadly died. Their care was professional, knowledgeable and so caring and cheerful ensuring he had the best possible treatment.
During his last few months, my husband was treated with the utmost care and consideration as well as offering support to myself. If you are looking for care and support for a loved one this is definitely the company I recommend you use.

Demidav has provided my father the care that has allowed me to relax, knowing my father is safe and well looked after. I enlisted the help of Demidav when my father required care before he could return home after an extended time in the hospital. Demidav was fantastic from the beginning, contacting
me to offer help with numbers and contacts for the different things I had to arrange. The manager is warm and caring while most importantly being proactive, sensible, and pragmatic. They arranged consistent care for my father that has been a godsend, especially since I do not live locally. My father's health improved significantly from having the consistent care from his primary carer, and they have adapted to any new health care needs as they have arisen and have treated my father with care and respect. I am kept up to date with how he is doing and any concerns/needs are raised to me, often with help to deal with it. I am truly grateful for all their care and dedication.

My stepfather was a frail 95-year-old who came out of the hospital in early summer and required help with his washing and house cleaning. Demidav Ltd provided these services and he soon struck up a bond with his carer who was very attentive and likeable. Unfortunately, after a few weeks, his health
began to deteriorate again and it was a concern of the carer that led to him being readmitted into the hospital and sadly after 11 days he passed away at the end of July. During his time in the hospital, Demidav Ltd enquired after his health every day. I cannot praise the care he received at home highly enough, the friendship he received. Each morning when I telephoned him he would tell me he was waiting for his mate to arrive.
I found Demidav Ltd. a delight to deal with and I would without hesitation recommend their services to those in need of care.

My mother had terminal cancer and the care provided by Demidav was absolutely first class. They were very professional and commenced care very quickly which eventually became 24/7. They were 100% reliable and punctual and kept my sister and I fully updated about everything. We and our mother were so
appreciative and I cannot recommend this company highly enough. The compassion they showed went above and beyond and the care my mother received was second to none.

The team at Demidav provided excellent care when our dearly beloved Mum needed 24hr palliative care at home.
Mum soon struck a bond with all the carers. When coming into the house they showed respect (Mum was very house proud), they were friendly, professional, caring and gave that personal touch
to Mum's needs. As a family, we felt comforted that Mums care was being met to a high standard. They kept in constant touch, giving us daily updates via text /telephone on Mum's health and well being.
Sadly Mum passed away a week ago peacefully at home. On behalf of the family, we would like to thank the team for their above and beyond devoted care to Mum and look forward to continuing services with Demidav for my disabled stepfather.
