Demidav provided care for my father only for a short time until his death. They always treated my father with respect and compassion. I cannot fault the service they provided, with the team working hard to ensure he was comfortable and had everything he needed, encouraging him to eat and drink, which cannot be said of other care agencies initially involved in my fathers care.

My husband looked forward to having a bath and being creamed by this company and they always cheered him up.

Their care was professional, knowledgeable and so caring and cheerful ensuring he had the best possible treatment. During his last few months, my husband was treated with the utmost care and consideration as well as offering support to myself. Demidav has provided my father the care that has allowed me to relax, knowing my father is safe and well looked after. I enlisted the help of Demidav when my father required care before he could return home after an extended time in the hospital. Demidav was fantastic from the beginning, contacting me to offer help with numbers and contacts for the different things I had to arrange. The manager is warm and caring while most importantly being proactive, sensible, and pragmatic. They arranged consistent care for my father that has been a godsend, especially since I do not live locally. My father's health improved significantly from having the consistent care from his primary carer, and they have adapted to any new health care needs as they have arisen and have treated my father with care and respect. I am kept up to date with how he is doing and any concerns/needs are raised to me, often with help to deal with it. I am truly grateful for all their care and dedication.

My mother had terminal cancer and the care provided by Demidav was absolutely first class. They were very professional and commenced care very quickly which eventually became 24/7. They were 100% reliable and punctual and kept my sister and I fully updated about everything. We and our mother were so appreciative and I cannot recommend this company highly enough. The compassion they showed went above and beyond and the care my mother received was second to none.

Demidav Ltd have been caring for Mum three times a day for two-and-a-half months now and I can’t speak highly enough of them. The team that look after Mum are respectful of being in someone else’s house (they have access to a key safe and let themselves in but still always knock first and then call out to let my mum know it’s them), cheerful and friendly, and demonstrate genuine caring in all aspects of their interactions with Mum, myself and other family members. Reliable and punctual, the team’s care extends to Mum’s physical environment which they always leave clean and tidy. The team are concerned to make Mum’s life as good as possible – they’re made various recommendations that have improved Mum’s daily life - and she is visibly blossoming under their care. I’ve had experience of a number of care agencies over the past 8 years, with both Dad and now Mum needing support and Demidav Ltd stand head and shoulders above all the others. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Demidav looked after my frail 92-year-old dementia-suffering father for just a month. I needed help getting him washed, dressed and breakfasted one morning a week. They were very professional, commenced the care very quickly and were reliable and punctual. My father and I had no complaints at all. I had to end the contract abruptly after about a month simply because my father deteriorated after a bout of pneumonia in hospital and he needed to go into a care home as I could not meet his care needs anymore.

If she is not happy with the look of the skin or bruising on any part of the body, I am asked to consult the doctor.

My father deteriorated rapidly and it became clear that he urgently needed home care. His mobility is his main problem but hygiene was also an issue. After a few phone calls by a family member, not knowing any carers she came across Demidav Ltd who were available to assess him. His care started that day. Since that day his quality of life has improved. He had a setback and was in hospital for three weeks - Demidav Ltd was in constant contact with my stepmother - went into the hospital and visited him and his care started again the day he went home. Not living in England, Demidav Ltd have an app which I can access every day that shows the care my father is receiving and any issues he is having which require attention. I find this app invaluable as it keeps me up to date without a daily phone call. I can not recommend this company highly enough. The compassion they show my father goes above and beyond and the care he receives is second to none.
