Verity Healthcare carers are outstanding. They are passionate and truly caring. They had time for my mum. Their reassurances helped my mum to engage with the care and truly put my mind at rest. Although, I find it difficult to trust new people but on the first visit, I knew the carer was genuinely caring. She genuinely wanted to know my mum and how she wanted her care delivered. She always went the extra to support my mum and me and to signpost us to other services. On my mum's birthday, we brought in beautiful flowers and lots of gifts to cheer my mum. The carer supports my mum very well. She is an outstanding lady who truly cares. She has become part of our family and provides insightful advice to support my mum's condition. She has received support from Verity Healthcare management, to train in massaging and so she is able to massage my mum perfectly. The massages help to alleviate my mum's pain and so she is able to sleep. The carer supports my mum to take measured risks to walk into her garden and enjoy her hobby and at the same time to exercise herself, especially her legs. Verity Healthcare Management is brilliant, especially one member of staff in particular. I can call her anytime and she would be there to listen and act on my requests for further help.
