Simple and easy to do, the form wasn't too difficult really, the guy who came over explained nicely and simple, it wasn't stressful or long it was just the right amount of time to do it and get it done.

Overall - awful. Carers, except for 2, did less than the bare minimum. Always anxious to get away early, I have had carers who stayed 10 mins, 15 mins, 20 mins etc, they had no initiative, i.e., if the bin is overflowing, it might be a good idea to empty it. I can't begin to tell you how exhausting it was for me to ask for basic things such as, dry the dishes, wipe the counters - no work ethic, no initiative.

Homecare provide an excellent carer for my daughter. The carer is reliable, kind, responsible and supportive. The office are good at responding to messages and always offer a relief carer if the main one is unable to come. We are very grateful to them for all their help.

The manager is very approachable and puts the clients health and wellbeing at the forefront which is something that is crucially important to both my Mum and myself.

Just want you to know that since January this year the office staff has not been good as they were not very good in communication skills with me and they have been asking the carers to pass on their messages to me and they have treated both of mums carers very poorly and have not been very good with us and now after tomorrow morning call we have a new company coming in and it's a really sad situation for us and the two carers as we are very happy with them and they have enjoyed coming to work with mum they will be greatly missed by us

Great service. Staff are always on time, and keep me updated. They are polite, kind and spontaneous and professional. They just need to have wider range of activities to suggest to clients who have more active children to look after.

Overall, very pleased with the care mum receives. The company is quick to respond to any issues that mum has when I call them and, generally, they are immediately resolved. Mum has had no issues with reliability or trustworthiness and feels safe having the carers in her home.

Abdul and his team including Manoj, Naim, Sas and Yousuf (and formerly Prem) provide excellent care which is always kind, considerate and supportive for both my father (now more than 2 years) and my mother which is so much appreciated. Thank you for all that you do.

You hear so many terrible stories of below standard care for the elderly but Verity has been excellent. Would recommend them to anyone looking for good quality care.

The carers are always very polite, on time, and very helpful. They always take an interest in the care of the clients and are positive in their outlook.

Brinda and Ruth are very good and take very good care of Tania. They give very much love to Tania and are very flexible. Diviya also always respons quickly.

In general, the care provided to Isabella has been good. The carers provide and cater to Isabella's needs very well. Mariam, Grace and Comfort have been good to her aswell as Saidat, Sheepa and Amy, but in particular Grace, Comfort and Mariam. The care provided by Verity Health Centre has been good.

We are really happy with Verity Healthcare I am taking there service from last 3 years and feeling safe, satisfied with Verity's careers. Aman came for Maher and my child very happy and safe. Thank you.

I am receiving the needed care and support. Everything is good, the staff is always on time. supports my daughter, teaches her a lot of things. I would highly recommend Verity Healthcare.

There are hardworking. There are friendly. There are very helpfull for me. My daughter really like both of them.

Over all am very pleased with the support I receive here. And I am quite happy to be here as well since last year.

I am satisfied with the care that I am receiving at the moment. Because I have the same carer there is consistently with my care. She is punctual and provides a good service. We are from the same country so she understands my cultural needs.

Abdul and his team go above and beyond their remit. 'True Angels'! I phoned Abdul on Christmas Eve as my 91 year old mother had phoned me in a state of upset. Mum told me she had no incontinence pads. She has a bowel prolapse and a permanent leg catheter bag. I am a stage 4 cancer patient and I was unable to go out late afternoon in order to purchase supplies for Mum. Abdul reassured me and said he would go and make the purchase and then deliver to Mum. He made two journeys. I cannot fault these wonderful carers who are full of compassion, care and kindness.
